Irregularity with subscription

Pathfinder Adventure, Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

I subscribed for the pathfinder rulebook subscription on the 17th of July, and got email confirmation saying my order was being processed, showing the correct cost and details (for the APG). I also got a second email with the same order number saying my order had been completed for $0, with no product listed. I didn't think anything of it until I never got confirmation that an APG shipped, and now my subscriptions page says the next thing I'm getting is the Bestiary 3. I sent an email with more details but am posting here because I was very much looking forward to having both a physical and digital APG, but I can't afford to get them separately.
