Constantine sheathes his sword and draws his bow and readies his cold iron arrows.
Aurical
The golden scaled kobold tensed at the warning, his muzzle jerking up before he looked frantically to either side. He then stowed his shield and readied his crossbow. He did not want to be caught by surprise. He ducked low behind any cover he could find, and peered about for a threat.

Once the others indicate the direction the foe is approaching from, Constantine draws a cold iron arrow in his bow and readies to fire when it's within range.
Readied attack for when it's 110' since that's the first range increment of his composite longbow.

The little golden kobold fell in behind Sapphire in hiding. As the threat was out of range he changed tact and put his crossbow away. Preparing a spell while out of earshot and quietly casting shield of faith on her. "I will help you." he whispered.
He delayed until she moved, falling in behind her. Tucked in close behind so that even when she revealed herself he would remain hidden. In theory.
So I forgot small creatures get a +4 to stealth. They can also hide behind the soft cover of larger creatures at a -10. Meaning Aurical can, in theory, hide behind any willing party member at a -3 modifier. Wish I had known this when I made him. He'd have ranks in the skill!

Targis of House Fal
Targis readies his halberd to meet the flying creature as it comes down. This means if the creature is charging, I get double damage on my readied action attack since halberds have brace
"Huddle up! Don't spread out too much or it will pick us off one by one! Make sure everyone has a polearm user near them! We're going to take these flying f#~@s down!" He stands in front of Sahala. As it stood she probably looked like the easiest target for a gargoyle to prey upon. Targis of course, knew better, but still wanted to capitalize on his foe's folly.
Sapphire Aurora
"Thank you Aurical. keep close, the stone thing, bulging it will hurt it, cutting now so, so mash don't cut"
She puts her bow away and pulls a steel Ball out from her pouch.
Holding it, she moves fast to Targis, her back to his she waits for the thing to get closer.
Liliyashanina
Haha Fatty, I will reap them all in Lord Xorverons name before you even get there!
Xorveron is a demon lord, these things are very likely evil

It is not the first time the Gargoyle charges something, humans often think that bracing a weapon works, but does it? When it gets closer, its prey see that it is stone and muscles, its prey sees that its weapon will falter, that the gargoyle has so much more natural weapons, and then the prey shudders, maybe it runs, maybe wavers, and that tasty shelled morsel will be just the same! Thus it thinks, as Targis gives absolutely zero f++~s about any of that and smacks it right in the face with a resounding "BOINK".
If it didnt have its stoney form, it would be halfway death.

Saphire does some minor damage (telekinetic projectile semi specifically states that it does not count as magic).
Aurical meanwhile takes careful aim, and fires at the gargoyle! The missle directly impacts on its forehead, a "boink" sound accompanying the hit, as if striking an empty vase, but it seems to have done no damage whatsorever!
It was Sahalas turn not Saphirres, but ill just assume it was a misread, i may just write Sahala as Love in the future since the names are similar.
Fools, dont hit his head! Its redundant! Fitness freak over there is so dumb, he is invisible to mindflayers! The second Gargoyle is out of charge range and flies closer, spilling some potentially useful information.

I hope you like it... Sahala smiles slyly at the gargoyle and says a few words of a magic spell... In turn, although it is not obvious to you, the gargoyle begins to feel strange. The colors become too bright, the sounds too loud, the smells are intoxicating and the body... O Lords of the Abyss, the body begins to feel everything 100 times brighter. Where was this spell when he was "communicating" with that succubus or eating that delicious person? But no, right now it's just the pain from the blows... Reinforced a hundred times.

Aurical will drop his crossbow as it seemed useless this fight, and while he didn't feel he had any weapon to use against the gargoyle to effect he did have a tool. A very useful one called a Paladin.
While Arrius was slowed by setting up his smite, Aurical was very quick. He scampered around the paladin. Drawing out his shield as he went. Coming up on the fat gargoyle he slipped his sickle out from behind the blind spot made by the protective wood and slashed up at the heavy bastard's loins.
His chance to wound it was non existent, but this was only a dangerous looking feint to setup Arrius.
