Erryn Canmore
|
Erryn draws her rapier, conjuring a ghostly twin as she does so. It joins in the assault on the monster.
Spiritual Weapon: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22
Force: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
◆ Draw rapier. ◆◆ Cast spiritual weapon.
Also, Jak: since you're level 3, the spells from your healing font are heightened to level 2, so your 2 action heal should be for 2d10+16!
| GM Frost |
Boo doesnt take the chaotic damage thankfully. Boo's chaotic good mean he doesn't suffer from chaotic damage. Our Lawful characters though will.
Oh, yes, I will take note that and adjust the HP as well... which makes your health become HP 4/16 only and still alive and kicking.
Lohco tries to recall the weakness of the enemy but he gets distracted by their wicked grin. He then draws his weapon and moves. Seeing Boo is badly hurt, he forges a positive connection to heal the leshy. Whether we roll the 2d10+16 or not, Boo will be in full health again. He also moves.
Mandower rages and attacks the enemy. His attack connect dealing much damage! The enemy hisses violently in anger! Before they can even retaliate, Erryn draws her weapon and strikes with another spiritual weapon that appears next to the enemy, causing also some damage! The enemy somewhat howls in pain.

Five Foot Step One action
TKP attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
damage: 1d6 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 4 + 2 = 8 Bludgeoning
After taking a huge beating by the halfling Boo quietly composes themselves. Gathering large amounts of energy around himself he finds the biggest lawn gnome he could find and flings it at his adversary. As the object lays into the enemy with deadly precision he yells,"I told you!!!! I don't know how to do basic algebra."
| GM Frost |
After unleashing their psyche, Boo projects and flings a lawn gnome towards the enemy, hitting them square in its face! (16 total damage).
Razzm, with his shield always ready, gets close and hacks at the enemy!
+1 Shield Spikes: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24

COMBAT OVER! WELL DONE!
Everyone is at full health.
Everyone has not investigated the sliding statues yet. You can investigate the statues using a DC 15 Crafting check to examine the physical structures or a DC 15 Perception check to examine the exercise area.
Mandower Steel Strong 3's Perception (T): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Razzm Tazzm's Perception (E): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13

Perception DC 15: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
With the battle over and no healing needing to be done, Jak starts to investigate the exercise area.
| GM Frost |
I just need one more successful skill check from anyone before I reveal the result of your investigation in the schoolyard.

Hero Point

Boo just quietly looks at the statues and says,"Sorry I got nothing. Im not really the brains of this operation."
After standing there a bit awkwardly he adds,"Get it?? Because I don't have a brain. Its just empty space."

Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Argh, so close.
Esoteric Lore, through Diverse Lore Feat?: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (3) + 7 - 2 = 8
I know that isn't going to work, but I am just throwing stuff at the wall, lol.
Erryn Canmore
|
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Erryn sheathes her rapier, surprised at how little fight the creature put up, then scans the courtyard for any other nasty surprises.
| GM Frost |
Jak and Erryn find that the statues’ shoulders have jagged claw marks on them. A creature that can reach the statues’ shoulders has been moving them regularly. It took just a spark of latent energy to send them across the schoolyard.
With all the results of the investigation, they learn the true explanation to Dacilane Academy’s seventh mystery, in that the ghost was the
Scholar of Secrets (the lizard-like creature you encountered) exerting its planar mischief throughout the academy. After a full night’s sleep, the agents are summoned to the Grand Lodge to report on the mysteries and their conclusions. J Dacilane meets with them in a well-appointed tearoom and listens carefully to the full account.
J sighs and mutters, “What strange luck. At least the pupils are safe now." He thanks them for ensuring Dacilane Academy’s safety.
-END OF SCENARIO-
Thank you for playing the game. I will be creating the chronicles soon and will post the link in the Discussion thread.
