Speaking of birthdays, I got some good news about my grandmothers.
My maternal grandmother is out of the hospital and undergoing rehabilitation. Unless something drastic happens, she'll be 96 tomorrow.
My paternal grandmother is more lucid and able to speak clearly again. She's still got some short-term memory problems and is bed-bound, but this is still an improvement from the last time I saw her, even if she's not likely to get any better.
Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. I appreciate every single one of them.

Sigh....lost a post. Why does it feel so crappy to re-write a post ? :)
Because it feels like redoing work is my guess. Even if we enjoy doing t, writing is a lot of mental work.

And yeah, this is definitely Ping's skewed worldview and paranoia coming through. She doesn't see the irony either considering that she was the one that offered Ulfbrecht and invitation to come with them to Count Palfrey's since they were heading that way anyway.
