Hey all, trying to get myself back on track. The last few months of have crazy IRL and my internet issues were only the start of the crazy!
If I'm still good to continue, I'll be catching up on GP starting tomorrow and hopefully be able to return to posting this week.Hope everyone is doing okay!

Mick isn't caught up in level yet, hut I'm caught up on reading GP (once, I want to go back through it soon). Leveling coming soon!
And it's very exciting since I can officially go Bodyguard Advanced Class!
Bodyguard L1 HP: 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13

Just a suggestion- if most of these rooms are empty, maybe face to face it's atmospheric and tension building to go room to room not finding anything but in PbP it just kind of draws things out for no benefit. Could we skip to something to interact with? Maybe describe all the rooms where we don't find anything or just find more goo and move us to somewhere there is something?
Stringer directs Snoop to fly on to the next room. "Next room," he says as he pilots the drone from the back of the group.
This times 100. I think it's been six months of real time since we rolled dice of any consequence.
In many other games if there's nothing to find the GM will just say the party searches X rooms, giving their description, until something interesting or of consequence comes up.

This campaign seems to be dying a slow death. It's been well over a week without a post and seven months since we arrived at the HQ building, with nothing much to show for all that time except a lot of perplexing clues with nothing resembling a hook as to where to go next.
I like the campaign, the other PCs, my PC, but things have definitely bogged down. I hope there is life in the campaign yet, but I'd like to see some signs soon.

Sorry I missed the updates.
As for clues...you've noticed that the chemical company is dumping chemicals in the swamp.

a ten misses. Everyone else can get off a shot. everyone but salvo at a -2
Forgot to roll the to hit for the SMG autofire.
SMG AF Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21 VS Def 10
The attack roll was a 21 verses a Defense of 10. Should be a hit.
SMG damage: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 4) = 10
AutoFire:
If a ranged weapon has an automatic rate of fire, a character may set it on autofire. Autofire affects an area and everyone in it, not a specific creature. The character targets a 10-foot-by-10-foot area and makes an attack roll; the targeted area has an effective Defense of 10. (If the character does not have the Advanced Firearms Proficiency feat, he or she takes a -4 penalty on the attack roll.) If the attack succeeds, every creature within the affected area must make a Reflex save (DC 15) or take the weapons damage. AutoFire shoots 10 bullets, and can only be used if the weapon has 10 bullets in it.Aiming to catch more than one creature if possible. They may be too large
From the map it appears that a 10x10 area would be able to hit both 'Blue' and 'Yellow' Creatures with the attack inflicting the above damage on each unless they make the DC 15 reflex save.
Unless I missed something. In which case please ignore this post.

Oh, no! Well, I for one appreciate this game, it's been fun, thank you!
Well...FWIW, I have been toying with running a module myself (it's actually sort of a mini-AP forma)t. Would anyone be interested? If I did it, it'd be private invite for the folks who are active here or have been here (so Pearl and Wraith too) and a few others. We could do new characters (my first notes start from level 1) or I could adapt for 5th if people wanted to port their characters over.
GM, this invite includes you. Not sure if RL would allow you time to play, but it's less workload than running a game! Hopefully you're okay with me commandeered this thread long enough to gaage interest.
If I did this it'd take me about a week or two to get things ready enough to start.

In the next two or three days I'm going to create a game page for my thing and post the link. I'm still working on character creation details, coming up some a sort of campaign trait list, and a few other things.
Again, if you've played here you're for sure automatically in, and I've got a couple other people I'll ask.

Here it is!
DiscussionThread for Heart of Darkness!
Yes, much higher power level, but that's because I wanted players to plenty of options in-game and have cinematic heroic characters.
As I keep saying, if you've played here (including GM, Wraith, Pearl, and Julian) then there is a place for you in this game. Come dot into the Discussion thread, bounce character ideas off each other, ask me for clarification, etc!
