GM Farol |

The goblin cringes as the waltzing zombie uses its knife as a makeshift club to inflict bludgeoning damage to Zindarel (LOL).
Hey it was a blunt knife! And we shall stick with that :P Copy-paste ofc.
Zakzak pulls out his other weapon and shots at the creature, hitting it in the arm. The undead is pointing his blunt knife at a small goblin cursing him. Regular hit
Booker uses the sword in an odd manner and hits the undead twice. Two hits!
Zindarel moves away shooting on the way, but she only hits the wall.

GM Farol |

Doc turns around and shoots the zombie in the head, the particles splashing on the furniture. Then she tries to stab the falling body with her bayonet but she misses entirely.
The last undead moves towards Doc and Zakzak, the soft voice can be heard as the creature waves its exceptionally blunt dagger and its rotting flesh begin to heal

Healing to Zindarel: 2d8 + 5 ⇒ (8, 5) + 5 = 18
Dragon Mouth Pistol v. Undead: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 131d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Doc hustles to the elf's side and slaps a bandage on Zindarel's wound. She then fires her dueling pistol at the last undead, but misses by a country mile.

Zindarel Soup |

"Thanks, Doc!"
Zindarel reloads as quickly as she can, and fires again.
Mithril Tree: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (2) + 12 = 14
Piercing: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
She's too worried about accidentally hitting Zakzak that she misses wide right. She quickly reloads again.

Zakzak |

Zakzak ducks as the waltzing undead tries to club him with its dagger. "Eeek! Zakzak not wanna dance with you!" In a slight panic, he slams another round into the Piercing Wind and shoots.
Action 1 (◆): Risky Reload (+1 Piercing Wind) + Strike (+1 Piercing Wind) vs. Waltzing undead red
Piercing Wind Strike: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (18) + 12 = 30
Piercing Wind Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 (piercing damage)
That's probably a crit, If so, then instead of the above damage, it picks up the Fatal Aim d10 trait and inflicts the following damage:
Piercing Wind Fatal Aim d10 Base Damage (doubled for crit): 1d10 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 (*2 piercing damage)
Piercing Wind Fatal Aim d10 Additional Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 2 (piercing damage)
Before the smoke has cleared, he more carefully reloads and fires again.
Risky Reload has the Flourish trait so can only be used once per turn. Zakzak will have to reload the old-fashioned way.
Action 2 (◆): Interact - Reload +1 Piercing Wind
Action 3 (◆): Strike (+1 Piercing Wind) with MAP1 vs. Waltzing undead red
Piercing Wind Strike: 1d20 + 12 - 5 ⇒ (20) + 12 - 5 = 27
Definitely a crit, so Fatal Aim d10 damage it is:
Piercing Wind Fatal Aim d10 Base Damage (doubled for crit): 1d10 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8 (*2 piercing damage)
Piercing Wind Fatal Aim d10 Additional Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 5 (piercing damage)

Sedoriku's Pregen of the Month |

Booker reloads his gunsword with a flourish and fires again.
Gunsword Gun: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
He then loads another bullet into the chamber and readies to fire a fourth time if the waltzing undead still hasn't died.

GM Farol |

Zoc patched Zindarel and fired over the undead's head to distract it. Zindarel did the same following the Doc's lead.
The first Zakzak shot took the undead down, the body have fallen to the ground, dead. But then the creature began to rise again, Zakzak's second shot send it to the ground again. The creature died again since you never die enough. And again the hand raised and Booker took a shot to keep the creature down.

The wave of necromantic energy smashes against the iron will of the goblin's mind and...
Basic Will Save vs DC 20: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9 Crit fail for 16hp of damage
...the iron melts under the impact. Zakzak drops the Piercing Wind and grabs at his head as the pain floods through his brain. "Owwwsiees!"
Action (◇): Release - Release Piercing Wind
He recovers quickly and spots the zombies trying to get through the windows. "Shoo zombies! Zombies not hear? Show closed on opening night." But it was obvious that no number of bad reviews were going to keep this crowd away from the theater. Zakzak whips out his spoon gun, quickly loads it up with more knives and shoots it at the nearest zombie. "<Boom!>"
Action 1 (◆): Interact - Draw +1 Spoon Gun
Action 2 (◆): Risky Reload (+1 Spoon Gun with Knives) + Strike (+1 Spoon Gun) vs. Zombie Solid Black (2nd range increment)

Spoon Gun Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 (slashing damage)
Everyone within 5ft of the target (in this case Zombie Broken White) takes 1 point of slashing splash damage.
Zakzak yanks on the knob at the back of his gun. "Krang, Snick!" Grabs a few more knives from his pocket and pours them into the end of the barrel.

GM Farol |

Zindarel takes a shot agains one of the Zombies and hits them but does not kill. Then she reloads and hides.
Zakzak pulls out the Spoon Gun and takes a shot, similarly hitting the target but not dropping it.
Doc hopes that it is over, but why do the Zombies keep comming.

Will save: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Booker's head starts to hurt at the waves of negative energy, but he shakes off the pain and starts to line up a shot instead.
Booker grumbles some as the undead start to get into the theatre. "For undead who left this place to go elsewhere, sure is odd that they're coming back and so insistently." He takes the gunsword and fires a shot at the zombie in black as he starts to close the distance, shoving another round into the chamber.

Doc's will save, dc20: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12
Doc's mental barriers are hammered heavily with the necromantic energy. However, she shakes it off quickly and shoots the zombie trying to climb through the window. Part of the hand is shot away from the window. But the creature keeps coming. Doc reloads both guns.
Booker uses his Gunsword and hits the creature right on its head as he was going in.
More and more zombies are finding their way through the windows. They fall to the ground with a loud noise like they broke something but soon they get up and start to head towards you. At the same time, three zombies keep bashing at the locked doors, and more and more wholes are becoming to shop
There is no telling, how long the doors would last!

Zakzak |

I'm not seeing the solid black zombie that was in front of the white dashed one going through the window. I'll assume that Booker killed it with his Gunsword and that it shouldn't be on the initiative list.
With his now reloaded gun and Zindarel/Booker taking care of the nearest (White Dashed) zombie, Zakzak rushes forward to get the next two zombies within easy range.

After unloading the gunsword, he slams the flat of the weapon against the zombie and shoves it away as he loads a round into the weapon.
CLEAR A PATH!: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17

GM Farol |

Zindarel takes some wild shots trying to force the zombie to duck for cover. But Zombie seems to be indifferent to the damage that you inflict. No ducking ;) So hit and miss Zindarel first shot takes off part of the zombie's hand.
Zakzak takes two very good shots, making two heads explode. Two crits! Pink dashed and red-dotted
Doc goes next to goblin and patches him up, trying to not get stabbed with his choice of ammunition. BM vs DC20 regains 2d8+10 so healing Zakzak to full. Then she takes a shot with her pistol, sending the white dashed zombie to the wall, and he stays there. Crit, white-dashed is down
Booker both of those zombies are down. I will retarget you to the most reasonable targets
Booker heads towards the window and shoots the zombie on the street, which he hits. But that zombie feels different. Like it is stronger and is dripping ichor. Move, shot, reload

Zakzak yips as his two shots take off the zombies' heads. "Wooo! Zombies not ahead today." He's already scrambling to reload when Doc comes up and patches him up. Zakzak sighs as the pain clears. "Zakzak feel good. Doc nice person. Zakzak not care what others say." He grins at her, exposing a mouth full of very sharp teeth.
He turns as the doors finally give way and the drippy zombie shambles in and attacks his friend. "Zin not look so good." He looks over at Doc. "Doc can fix, right? Doc nice person. "<Krang, Snick!>" Having finally reloaded, he points his gun at the zombie that had attacked Zindarel, and with a "This one for Zin," he fires. "<BOOM!>"

Booker gives Zakzak a flat look. "Didn't you pick up a few potions back at the Scothwel's? You're probably more likely to be a help to Zindarel than Doc is. Doc only uses her fast acting medicine once a day cause it starts getting toxic otherwise. We lost Franklin that way... Or was it Olivine? Wait Franklin died to that runaway cannon."
Booker then raises his gun and fires a shot at green from across the room.

Zidarel feels the rot spreading, she moves away and takes a shot at the zombie nearest to the window. She sends the body rolling through the table. Crit - white is down!
Zakzak fires one for Zin, and the zombie gets shredded with a handful of steak knives. The body falls to the ground with different parts of it falling a few feet away. Crit - red is down
Doc takes a shot at the green, her bullets hit the zombie square in the chest. But it keeps standing. Hit, I redirected it to green
Booker takes two shots at the northmost zombie blue dotted, and sends it at the table with the first shot, and finishes him with the other. Two hits but dmg did the thing ;)
The two remaining zombies nod to each other and begin the pincer movement. When alive they must have played strategic games and the muscle memory kicked in. If only they could move faster, that would have been a massacre!

Zakzak watches as the zombies lumber towards his friend. He decides to target the one farthest away from Zindarel so as to spare her the indignity of getting clipped by friendly fire. "Zin watch out! Zombie near Zin. Zin run."
He points to the other (Black Dashed) zombie. "Zakzak shoot that one next. Booker watch out!"

Zindarel, tactically falls back to a better position. WIth a nicely aimed shot she takes down the zombies. Crit! Black-dashed is down
When Booker moves away, Zakzak takes down the last zombie. Second crit and kill!
Combat is over!
You look around, the stench of gore is becoming unbearable inside. As you walk to the street.
With the last of the zombies dealt with, a quiet hush begins to settle over the neighborhood. In the distance, the occasional gunshot and barking command can be heard shattering the still night air. Patrons from the Powder Horn begin making their way out onto the street to survey the damage. Rickard and Maggie Thuss emerge from the gunnery, Rickard holding a heavy pistol in one hand and the leash of an old brindle dog in the other, Maggie carrying a mop, bucket, and a determined air as she surveys the gore-stained neighborhood. As the bartender Martelle emerges from the Powder Horn and waves to the heroes, a sharp whistle pierces the night. A squad of shieldmarshals led by a woman with a closely shaved head and wearing a leather duster fall into the formation along the road between the Scothwel residence and the theater house.
"Pardon me," the woman calls out in a voice that doesn’t seem particularly concerned with whether she’s pardoned or not.
"I am Sergeant Kashenvale with the shieldmarshals of Alkenstar! Can anyone tell me what happened here?" As the eyes of the night’s survivors turn towards the ragged group of heroes who fought through the zombie legions, Sergeant Kashenvale follows their gaze. With a wry smile, she raises a hand in greeting. "Seems like perhaps you’re the ones who did our job while we were otherwise occupied? Come along then, you’ll need to file a report if I’m to get you a commendation and some payment for your efforts."
As she finishes the statement, Sergeant Kashenvale begins directing her soldiers about the square, dispatching some to take statements from witnesses and others to assist in cleaning up and locating the missing.

Zakzak |

Zakzak isn't sure about reports and commendations, but the sound of payment perks him up. He hands Zindarel the potion in his hand. "Zin sick with zombie sickness. Potion not work while sick. Doc fix zombie sickness then potion work. Zakzak not wanna shoot Zin. Zakzak would be sad." Just in case, Zakzak reloads his spoon gun and keeps it close to hand.

Zindarel Soup |

Zindarel tries to bind her own wounds, but they don't seem to stop bleeding.
Fortitude: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21 vs DC 18
Zindarel goes to sleep that night, feeling fine but asking Zakzak to keep watch. "If you need to shoot me, please use my own gun." She gives him some very specific instructions as to when he's allowed to shoot her and when he's not.
In the morning, she feels fine, and she's glad that he listened to her instructions carefully.

Zakzak |

Zakzak stays up the whole night keeping an eye on Zindarel for any signs of impending zombiehood. He took careful aim with her mithral tree a couple of times when she made odd groaning noises, but otherwise watched quietly. In the morning he is ecstatic to see that she's recovered. "Ha ha! Zin all good again. Zakzak not shoot Zin. Zakzak happy. Now where Zin and Zakzak go?"

Amara "Doc" Featherton |

Doc certainly watches over Zindarel with Zakzak and steers clear when the goblin toys with the mithral tree. She'll make sure the elf is on her feet before she and Booker move on to their next score.
"You two take care of each other now. See you 'round."
"Come on, Book. Today's going to be a good day. I have a feeling."

Sedoriku's Pregen of the Month |

Book nods at Doc and silently starts to follow her out. "Did anyone ever pick up those cards we were using?"

Zakzak |

Once the two inseparable friends are back out on the open road heading to their next adventure, Zakzak pulls a deck of cards from one of his many pockets and shows it to Zindarel. He then opens his palm and let's the strong breeze riffle the deck and lift the cards into the air one at a time. With a grin on his face, Zakzak watches as they to go fluttering away into the wilderness.
"Stupid card game."
