Thyste grunts and gives Engashez a Yiddlepode-ward shove.

Engashez looks at Thyste, "What?"

A morose Voices let's the head of his hammer fall to the floor and drags it toward Yiddlepode. He drops to the floor in a dejected heap and looks down at her.
Little lizard lady know where Missster Ssshiny Ssscalesss go?

@Engashez. I believe Thyste is trying to remind you that we are supposed to try and make peace with the kobolds that now have a new chieftan.

Also that you’re the closest thing we have to a Party Face. Thyste absolutely can try to front this conversation if you’d rather, but her social skills somehow fall below “technically evil kobold” on the scale.

Yiddlepode looks concerned at Voices, then turns to the others, "Is he uh... always like... well never mind. Yes young one, I do know Mr. Shiny Scales."

She announces to the crowd, "THE PATHFINDERS HAVE AGREED TO CEASE THEIR INVASION OF OUR TERRITORY! OUR BELOVED CHIEF SHOWED THEM THE FOLLY OF THEIR WAYS."

She waits for the cheers to die down, "AND THEY HAVE EVEN AGREED TO PAY US IN GOLD FOR THE HONOR OF WORKING WITH THE MIGHTY SEWER DRAGON CLAAAAANNNN!!!!"

She waves the group off the stage into a side office she came out of and whispers, "We'll deal with details later, let me dismiss everyone."

Garsita calmly follows Yiddlepode to talk.

Yiddlepode points the group into the side office and once they go there she gives a nice rousing speech in draconic before dismissing the crowd.

She slips in and shuts the door, "Whew, that was rough. I was worried a bit the old crazy might take you all out. But it worked, the torch of leadership has been passed to me. Did you kill my brother too?" This last bit is said with a frown.

Thyste shrugs. "Far as I know, we only killed one kobold today, and I think he might've been salvageable if he hadn't kind of exploded at the end."

Garsita points to the sack of kobolds and asks what to do with them.

"Oh no, he had very explicit instructions to go out in a blaze of glory to inspire his tribe. I thought it was dumb, but dad always got his way. Did you just leave my brother there? That isn't really wise. He gets a lot of... interesting ideas."

"Is he the potions-and-bombs guy? We left him tied up in this here sack," she says, shrugging it up onto a nearby table. "We could always-- y'know, if you want us to-- just, y'know. Krrrkt."

She sighs, "Oh good. No, just leave him in there. I'll let him out later when we can have a good talk. I don't really want him dead no matter how much of an ass he is to me sometimes, I just want him to know his place here. And it seems like you handled at least part of that place putting."

She pulls out a ledger, "So you all had some business down in the sewers you needed our help with or something?"

"Uh, yeah," says Thyste, clearing her throat. "We use these sewers for... 'transporting' 'trade goods.' Pathfinders have been getting assaulted by your tribe in the process, and we're gonna need to put a stop to that."

"Oh, yeah that's fine. I owe you all at least that much. My dad was talking about taking the fight to the surface world. Imperialistic expansion and just, crazy stuff. He was going to get us all killed. Instead, I'd much rather have 'trade' deals with organizations up there."

She makes a few notes, "So when is the shipment coming through? I'll give you all a passcode and a map of our territory. We'll have an escort ready to meet your 'trade' caravan as well."

"We were really just 'the foot in the door' crew. There is a Venture-Captain, one of our bosses, that should be orchestrating this. His name is Drendle Drang."

"Oh..."

She scribbles down a couple notes. You hear her mutter, "low level peons."

With a big smile she adds, "Well then, I guess that concludes our business. I'll wait to hear from your Chief Drandle Dreng. Thank you for doing business with the Sewer Dragon Tribe."

And with that, the group is dismissed.

You do get a map and a passcode.

Returning the way you all came and exiting the sewers, you realize it is now about five in the morning. The sky is just starting to lighten to indicate the coming dawn. You head back to the lodge and wake up Drandle Dreng.

He looks you all over, being that you are all completely and disgustingly covered with sewage (probably), "Well damn, I hope you were successful. You all look horrible. And I know something about looking horrible, half my disguises are meant to look like the dregs of society. Anyway, anything to report?"

"We've reached an agreement with the new leader of the tribe. Everything is agreed about the shipment, and good relations set up for future work together."

Mister Shiny Scales Flew Away!

He nods with a twinkle in his eye, "Ah a political coup I assume? Well anyway, I'll read all about it in your report. If you don't need anything from me now, I'll just head back to bed."

He nods at Voices, "Yes, Mr. Shiny Scales often flies away during these missions. Never to be seen again. At least that is my experience with most pathfinders."
