Who or what is left alive / awake outside of the tent? If there is someone alert left outside the tent, Umikh will charge up to that person, and if not he will run up to the tent and stop just short of the door. Either way it's a double move to get there.

@Umikh, Red gnoll is sleeping, Yellow gnoll is awake.

@Emmett, the snows here are not as thick, you think that it may have something to do with the hot spring, but it is not flowing right now, its usual flow is an icy road from the tent all the way down to the Redwaters (lake), some 300 feet below... A single move would take you where you are placed on the map, well in range for cantrips or light crossbow, or even a handaxe. Let me know what you'd like to do...

I misunderstood, there are sleds put atop hills all around! I might have not been clear...

Slam!!! 1d6 ⇒ 3 The sled slams into the sleeping gnoll and the sudden jolt both wake the gnoll and launch Umikh toward the other gnoll (Yellow)! -3 hp to gnoll (Red)

The gnoll (Yellow) takes his readied action to thrust its spear at the flying dwarf! Yellow against Umikh: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 But the spearpoint fails to pierce the young dwarf warrior's chainmail!

On the plus side, Umikh is in range to attack Yellow, now! Oh, and where you land is slippery ice, so I will need a Dexterity save DC 15 or fall prone! Sorry!

The standing gnoll (Yellow) thrusts again at Umikh! Yellow at Umikh: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 But again, it is stymied by the dwarvish armor!

The other gnoll (Red) stands and snatches at his shield, leaning against the tent!

That's the idea - he's basically unaware that he's the source. He thinks he's a fighter! I really love an interpretation of the wild magic sorcerer where stuff just happens randomly.

Emmett moves past Rodalas, carefully making his way across the slippery ice! Moving at half speed on the ice will avoid needing to make a Dex Save. His unsure footing, throws off his thrust and the gnoll slaps his rapier aside!

Mир swings wide, the gnoll ducking the swing. As it stands again, Rodalas moves in, thrusting his rapier in only to have it slapped to the side! The opening is too easy to exploit and the Eladrin slides his dagger between the creature's ribs. The roguish fae watches the light leave the creature's eyes...

Agreed, Khitt would not stop to deliberate unless something gave him pause. The effectiveness in this strategy is it’s speed of execution. The enemy is on it’s heels, time to knock them down.
Khitt moves closer to the tent notching another crossbow bolt. He nods as a signal that he had whoever was going in covered. if no one else looks ready to go in, he would stow the bow, and move into the tent after drawing his melee weapons.

As soon as Umikh has a next turn, he will be headed into the tent, enough to get the lay of the scene, or full movement if there's nothing to note on the way in. He would not attack anything unless it is menacing the group.
