I’ve done my best guess at how to put it in the spreadsheet.
Copied what was done for Clover with the rune transfer.
Let me know what the correct way to handle it was.

Ephraim Critchlow |

I've always just added it as a "purchase" to the tracker. Let me know if you think of a better feature to add to it!
E: Oh wait this is an old version of my tracker, which is why there's no "purchase" option! If the group wants I can update it some time this week.

Almost! That was half of my experiment. The other half is removing it from the pool, but that also changes shares so, if I do that, it'll muddy some data.
I'll have to go look at Doug's newer loot tracker.

GM Blake |

Keep in mind, Nabi, that tracking will change your Exploration activity, including what is used for initiative and any other effects on initiative.

Gave us a purchase option on the sheet (see row 54); it adds the sell value to the character's treasure value and subtracts from the party gold.
What color-coding rules did you have on the sheet? We can automate those rules, too.
As we move to the next book, I'm thinking another sheet in this workbook would be best, instead of adding a bunch more rows. I can make a master Party gold breakdown that pulls from all the sheets. I don't know how useful the party gold area is anyway, except for bulk GP and a very rough gauge of treasure parity.

GM Blake |

I think I had pink for Sold and green for assigned items with white for unassigned.
I agree that party shares has limited utility.
I should have this discussion with the SoT crew, too, but for APs where the characters are pooling their resources, the individual character value is more informative.
Leave the party gold as the total of cash assets and have the purchases do what the new version does.
I know we all kind of build our characters in a vacuum in our minds/on paper, but treasure comes in spurts and is sometimes tailored more toward the setting where the AP action is happening, so you're not all always buying Fundamental Runes at the exact same, right time, which can be frustrating. Or you have to sell something that's really nice but not as universally useful as a striking rune, etc.
Anyhow, I would advocate for looking at how far behind or ahead you are compared to other characters, base your rough goals on that, and have a discussion if you want to make a big purchase.
Also, for Doug, a sum of the non-liquidated assets assigned to "Party," which you might have on this new version, I haven't looked, might be useful.

Ephraim Critchlow |

Non-liquidated assets is a great idea. In our Gray Death game, we had a row everyone forgot about at the top of the sheet, which was later sold for 24,000 GP :p
Added a "Liquid Asset" area under the party gold area. (I think "liquid asset" is the correct term here, these are items that can easily be converted to cash). It sums up any sell value of items flagged with "Party" (e.g. unassigned). It's more than I thought it would be.
Added your conditional ruiles back, now the rows should auto-highlight pink when it says "Party" and green when it says "Sold"

Yellow

Ephraim Critchlow |

yeah my edit ate "yellow." Whoops!

GM Blake |

Looks liek yellow was dropped but is still on the map. I sent it to the back layer along with the aura.
That was green you sent to the back. Let me know if I should go back to primary colors.

Ephraim Critchlow |

No worries. I can usually click on tokens to see their color written in the Slides UI but the auras prevented me from doing so. I'll just post an OOC note next time instead of making the edit. Thanks & sorry about that!

Clover Montajay |

Mobile-posting 'cause the work wifi is down; feel free to bot Clover if needed, otherwise I'll catch up tomorrow.

Apologies. Weather induced school closings threw a long wrench into my plans. I should be updating tomorrow.

Ephraim Critchlow |

I heed to start prepping Skilled Familiar (Intimidation) on Mr. Splinters!

Ephraim Critchlow |

Looks like Ephraim is having some problems convincing this creature. Too bad there is no way for us to magically share languages.
Comprehe language might be useful for Ephie to prep at some point, but you need to speak the language as well to actually make the social check here. That means heightening the spell to 3 so you can actually speak the language.
Not sure what else we can do for now.

Rulean |

I don’t think there is anything else we can really do at the moment.
I would have much rather the decision had been a penalty for using a translator than only the translator can make the rolls, but we will move forward as is.

Ephraim Critchlow |

Worked out anyway. I think it will be a good idea to get those spells later (or a scroll).
BTW it looks like familiar Speech ability only gives one language, not all language the master knows. So even if Mr Splinters prepped intimidate he couldn't do it!

GM Blake |

I gather they are within melee range just above us.
Yes.
The author and/or editor probably thought it was cool to have a vertical battle at 4th level against bow-near immune opponents who can fly...

GM Blake |

Forgot Deadly weapon for Crit on 3d arrow:
Unfortunately, that natural 20 just turned a miss into a hit rather than a hit into a critical.
Natural 20 increases the level of success by 1.
Natural 1 decreases the level of success by 1.

Leaf-On-Wind |

Apologies.
Been having mental health concerns of late, should be back tonight hopefully.

GM Blake |

Seeing as her Electric Arc did nothing this round
Oh, sorry. I was too cinematic. It did. They just saved.

Ephraim Critchlow |

Am I losing it? Did Blue disappear off the map? :o

From your position on the ledge, the stairs descend into the tower.
I put a red arrow on your current position on the side view drawing by Harlock and a smiley face on Harlock's map where you're sitting.
I've got a game this afternoon so it may be tomorrow when I get to move you on. If anyone who is able can get at least 1 acrobatics check in before I get back to post, that will help resolve the next scene. :)

Let me know if that link works to allow you to read the wiki. I don't have many articles finished, but I'll start adding as you uncover new things and backfill when I have time.

Ephraim Critchlow |

oooh, this is great!!!

Happy Easter! Hopefully your kids don't insist on keeping said eggs (if they're real, hardboiled eggs) for weeks after the fact.
Not that I did that as a kid. Nope, sure didn't make my parents hide eggs for weeks after Easter. Totally wasn't a thing at all.

Fleet is so good mainly because of difficult terrain.

Leaf-On-Wind |

Was going to post before work but elevations and stairs and bottleneck and a bit too much to process in five-ten minutes of potential posting time.
Leaf-On-Wind will be trying to get a better shot at opponents and/or healing anyone in dire straights, whichever is more needed for the team... and trying to get off the incredibly rickety stairs before they collapse again.

Leaf should have no problems with the stairs, especially since any success for him is a critical success.
I expect Rulean will not be able to move on them, unless you count falling as moving.

Tossed ya a bot!
I moved him forward 15' (halfspeed on the banked success = 30' of movement used).

Been getting funky messages from my browser when trying to access site, please bot me.

Ephraim Critchlow |

Site seems to be spluttering. I betted Leaf.

+1 Hero Point to Ephie for being a wizard and running up to a Fighter face-to-face.

Maybe the rogue got too confident for her own good...
If you don't crit fail you can usually try again. It can help move things along if you make several checks instead of just one.

Ah! Sorry. I read the last post on the fly--I should probably stop doing that--and then git distracted by some tigers and trying to guide my daughter through making cards for teacher appreciation week.
Nabi's 16 was a success, all the snares are disarmed.

GM Blake |

I've got to finish up a lecture tonight, so I'll move you into the room tomorrow. Feel free to interact or do any (quiet) prep you want until then.

GM Blake |

I wanted to clarify a few details:
The rain stopped. The standing water remains, but the rain has stopped.
I also didn't move you into the chamber off of the velociraptor training room. There's light on the other side of the curtain, but nothing bothered you while you searched. You can move on as planned past the barricade, but if you were trying to clear the path behind you, that room hasn't been searched.
