I present an old dwarf who's hasn't had much game time for a long while.
Not the sharpest tool in the shed by any shot but good to have to watch your back

I'm down with another man o' the sea!

Hah! Small world. That heal has kept me in the waking world so thanks for that.
I find it a bit funny that the 2 play by posts I’m in are having two radically different combat outcomes. Half of our party has been on coffee breaks since there aren’t enough enemies to go around.

Hmmm we're all grappled. Not good.
Any chance of freedom of movement somewhere?
I'm able to see through Ice storm due to my Class abilities.
I also missed out that I get to roll twice on Initative and choose the either one.
War Sight (Su):
Whenever you roll for initiative, you can roll twice and take either result. At 7th level, you can always act in the surprise round, but if you fail to notice the ambush, you act last, regardless of your initiative result (you act in the normal order in following rounds). At 11th level, you can roll for initiative three times and take any one of the results.
Eyes of the Storm (Ex):
At 2nd level, a sea reaver ignores any concealment provided by fog, rain, sleet, mist, wind, or other weather effects that is less than total concealment, and any penalties weather applies on Perception checks are halved. This ability replaces uncanny dodge.

Nah it's ok. Since everything else has already happened. There'll be too much to retcon.
Let's just move on and see how it goes. I'm interested to see if we can get out of this Black tentacles range.
It's seriously one of the most deadly spells for a party not ready to deal with it.

Done.

Oh I missed this on the first grapple check but on the next one if I am invisible do the Black Tentacles need to make a concealment check against my Invisibility? I’m actually not sure. It is an attack roll but it’s an AoE attack roll.

RPGs, like a cut of beef, should not be consumed raw. I admire those that do, the flavor is unique but I just can’t do it since I end up feeling ill. Sick feelings or not, I’ll take what I can get.

I don't have anything that can really help with getting people out of the tentacles and it doesn't look like Kai does either. Not great but at least we aren't all stuck and 2 people might not be able to do keep casting at us.

We now have a scene where both sides are mired in Black Tentacles and glares at each other willing the other side to give up the ghost. lol

I'm up?
I'm in a sticky situation though and it's all black.
I posted my attempts to break free.

I've got three characters, all at the beginning of Level 12. A female human wizard, a female winter witch and a female elven aquatic druid. Would any of those be suitable?
