Scooping a small pouch from his robes, he holds it in his fist about eye-level. The flames that wash over Aconite catch his fur on fire as the eidolon charges forward. Nylthe tries to trip the man up, but his reflex are enough to avoid the lash, but in exchange, the eidolon gets a solid bite on the man. In response, he backs up, pulls a clay pot out of his pouch, and lights a fuse, before tossing it over Aconite and into the corner by the fireplace.(Red circle) His companion, on the other hand, pulls another firebomb, and hurls it at Nylthe directly, exploding on her and washing Aconite and Juis with more flame. In spite of the commotion, Lebraerio doesn't seem to note the approach of any new foe.
Upstairs is much quieter, seeing as the foe upstairs is still shaking off the effects of the colorful blast.

I don't know what sort of roll this would be (I guessed a Steal combat maneuver), but against a stunned/blinded foe, I'm hoping it isn't too hard... Wilen's bomb smacks his stunned foe, before Ilathor slips in to strip him of his materials. Getting up close, the saboteur has several pouches with supplies in them. Grabbing one of them has the scholar come away with a pouch with 2 of the fused clay pots in them. After a moment's thought, he recognizes them as a local variety of fuse grenade, and likely the source of the opening explosions.
Meanwhile, downstairs, Juis's target tries to fight off his enchantment but ends up seizing up all the same. Likewise, Lebraerio is able to slip in under his target's guard and strike at the man, dealing a deep enough wound that finally starts to bleed.

Aconite, still with flames burning in his fur, charges forward and bites into the saboteur that Juis froze. As Nylthe fools the wand and draws some positive energy to mend her wounds.....
BOOM!!!
The pot that was tossed in the corner near Nylthe and Juis explodes in a blast like the ones that wrecked the barricade, washing the pair in shrapnel and fire. And while Lebraerio is outside the blast radius, the sound of the blast is just enough of a distraction for the man he's fighting to slip out a dagger, and to slash him in the arm. The wound, while not very impressive, begins to seize and burn, telling the investigator that the blade was poisoned with some venom.
Meanwhile, Wilen's and Ilathor's lone opponent is still processing the many-colored blast that 'smacked' him in the face.

Aconite's soon-to-be chewtoy struggles but fails to brake free from Juis's spell. Likewise, the one that Ilathor and Wilen are dealing with is still trying to blink away the colored spots in his eyes.
However, the one that's dueling with Lebraerio drops the dagger he just used, switching it out with another dagger which he stabs expertly at the investigator's thigh. This wound also has the burning that the previous dagger had attached to it.

Amazingly, in spite of the impressive spray of blood that Aconite causes, the frozen saboteur tenaciously clings to life, though is unable to break free from Juis's spell. The still active saboteur barely able to keep standing from Nylthe's attempt drop him, and decides the best option is to go for the one with healing magics. As such, he sidesteps around Lebraerio, drops and draws another dripping dagger, and tries to stab Juis with it, only to have his armor deflect the blow.

Aconite's prey seizes and struggles for a moment before going limp. Seeing this, The other saboteur's eyes widen for a moment, before his ass hits the ground as Nylthe finally drags him off his feet for a moment. Without hesitation, he pulls himself back to his feet before bolting around Juis, and past Ilathor, heading for the door out.

There are two openings: One for him standing, one for him leaving your threatened area, but you can only take a second AoO if you have Combat Reflexes or similar.
Also, is his move farther than 30'? Or is there a path I'm not seeing for how he got there? I guess if he stood up as a swift or something that could do it too...

And as the man reaches for the door to escape the house, another explosion from above knocks the man to the floor and out of consciousness, and a brief stillness washes over the building.
End combat. You'd all have about 4 rounds before the next event starts.
While all three have the supplies and catalysts for alchemist bombs, and bottles for several consumed infusions, those are for the most part useless. However, the one that Aconite savaged has another fuse grenade, like the 2 that Ilathor stripped earlier. In addition, all of them have 2 smokesticks, and the two that never had a chance to fight in melee also have 3 poison laden daggers, like the ones that Lebraerio dealt with.
