This may be interrupted by the Timer question, but I'll let GM fiat handle Zellgato's action
"That's not sanitary." Zellgato clicks his neck piece sealing his military suit and moves in and applies a Healing Serum on Alt-Greer and starting to help him move towards the door. His skin crawling as he touches an ally-yet also in the form of his fears. "We get out of here and I"ll look at that."
AltGreer HP heal: 1d8 ⇒ 2
Zellgato will go through spores if theyre' still there regardless. medic is his job; even if he can't really heal very well 'cause Biohacker's class features conflict weirdly

Picking up Alt-Greer-Lizard-Raksha and giving a shout "He needs medical. NOW. We need to get him out. His vocal tone emphisizing the fact Greer had very little time left if he doesn't recieve aid. Aid we may not have. At least not here in the tower, or even perhaps this world. Yet, bringing infection elsewhere, or even bringing Void itself elsewhere isn't worth the one perhaps.

Charles rears up, grabs alt-Greer with his forepaws, and sprints for the exit with his other four feet.

Unless told otherwise, The Olympian will continue to carry Nissa away from the implosion.
Tarren the Dungeon Master
Okay, this is going to get a little complicated, but I'm going to try to keep it simple.
Kai tells you the device is set at around the very same moment that Void dies, releasing his spores as a final attack. Perhaps Void will get what he wanted--Greer's death--but he won't be around to see it.
The heroes dash towards the exit.
The exit rolls for initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Round 1 of 2 until detonation.
The Exit 19
Charles 18
Nissa 15
Zellgato 13
Theo 6
Kai can roll initiative and squeeze in there.
Wow!
The exit splits and, instead of being at 9:00, is now at 12:00 and 6:00. The fastest among you probably hits the wall.
You have one round to get out of here now.
Tarren the Dungeon Master
Vines sprout from Greer where the spores landed. The plants seem to be drinking Greer and growing rapidly. In a less than a minute, Alt-Greer will be consumed by these plants.
Think carefully Nissa ... where are you going to take Alt-Greer and the rest of the gang? Also, note that the DC will be higher for this trip because Nissa is distracted.
Kai Misipeka
Initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Kai runs towards Nissa, theor and the others; whatever happens, Kai doesn't want to be alone.
"Tarokh! We can't bring infected Greer to Ear- our Earth!"
Nissa, the Subatomic Bombshell
Nissa pauses as Kai speaks. “Right! They have magic there, too!”
Will or Concentration: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
CHA is 6, so is will. Not sure if Concentration is a thing or if I add half/full level. +3/+5 to the above if I do.

Theo makes sure he's one of the last one's in the portal to make sure everyone makes it, then jumps in.

With little hesitation, Zellgato and Charles it sounds help the wounded out. Giving Theo a gesture to be sure the noncombat-Kai gets in fast. "Don't lag, it might be able to close the portal."
Tarren the Dungeon Master
I know Charles is dragging Greer and I will assume Charles is dragging him to the gate Nissa has opened. If any of you had beat the exit's initiative, some of you might have been in the hallway when it shifted and Nissa triggered the Wand, possibly ending up on different worlds. That didn't happen, luckily. So, from what I understand, everyone is going through the gate to ...
So, some place else in the TAROTverse ...
There are 22 Major Arcana. There are 21 known worlds in the TAROTverse. 1d20 for the known worlds, but, since Tarokh is your target, I'll add 1 to eliminate Tarokh.
Oh, my! World 12. Does anyone who is peaking under the spoilers remember where World 12 is?
TAROTverse: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
You step through the gate of shining light to find yourself in what looks to be some kind of tent city ... it consists of the kinds of temporary shelters that were designed back in the 21st century to house refugees on the world we've been using as home base. You seem to be in an alley between the rows of tents. Zellgato finds this place familiar.
Kai's exit ... We could just say that Kai doesn't show up in this world. Kai could have made it safely home while, for some reason, the rest of you went elsewhere.
The encampment is in a desert valley. Greer's body feeds the only vegetation you can see. The vines growing from him wrap themselves around his wrists and constrain his movements.
The Olympian
Thje Olympian looks around at his new surroundings. "What the Hell is this? The plan was to dimensional jump and not exit the tower? Where the fu<k are we?!!" The godling looks around for some fresh water to use the Chalice.

It's pretty barren, but it could be Texas or Arizona. You can hear English and Spanish being shouted from among the tents.

Breathe.
She removes her dorky helmet.
“He’s not dead yet, dammit. I’m getting help.”
She heads to the nearest English-speaking tent, and makes her best damsel-in-distress look. Screw the optics. I AM in distress.

The redheaded girl who ran past steps from behind the tent. "You're not supposed to be here," she says as she approaches. "But, it's good that you're here. He needs help."
She looks up at Zellgato's masked face and seems puzzled for a second but then turns her attention to Greer, kneeling beside him. Zellgato, of course, recognizes her. He'd met her on the road only a couple months ago. To the rest of you she looks somehow familiar, but you wouldn't be able to place her exactly.
"He's kind of f#*~ed up," says the girl.
A few adults have stopped on their way between the tents to watch Genius.
Zellgato
hitting the ground, unprepared for the errant portal's height change, taking a face full of tent. Zellgato stumbles slightly, looking for Alt-Greer before taking in the sights for a moment and only uttering a single word. "Sh8*"
Scrambling to open his hideaway, he removes two items. An old weathered communiation device, and an injector that looks to be filled with mercury and crystals. hesistating for a moment he injects it into his neck. Doubling over in pain for a moment as a latticework of silvery metal extends from his capilaries for a moment. Struggling as the others come through and start to fuss over Greer. Zellgato toggles on his private, old, secret. He checks for a signal trying to guage where they are, and the potential situation. Hoping his theory holds true and he doesn't wink from existance.
In the midst of Nissa's panic, Zellgato fires a shot into Alt-Greer-the injection hissing as a fluid injects into the subject, then shouts to Theo and Charles "Find an empty tent, get in there with Greer. Before we start a riot, or bring something worse if we're unlucky. Nissa careful-but if we can find immediate medical lab I might be able to help" Keeping an eye on his Device's signal and information, while also attempting to scan Greer.
So, gonna just fill in the blanks for the 2 or so turns Nissa's taken. The important bits is that he's using his personal comms (never turned on in BT actually, rarely connected to wifi/net here) to try and see if its "his world" or a variation of. Then he uses his booster biohack (the unlimited per day) to try and Stabalize Greer. Then he scans with Microlab to see if he can identify the situation with that. Then medical check to see if he can help.

sing a minor booster biohack allows you to attempt some Medicine checks on targets you affect so long as the target is within range of your custom microlab. This doesn’t require any additional time or action beyond making the attack. The tasks you can attempt with such a Medicine check depend on your level, and they don’t have the duration of normal booster biohacks.
At 1st level, you can attempt a Medicine check to administer first aid. At 3rd level, you can attempt a Medicine check to treat drugs or poison, though on a successful check, the target gains a +4 bonus only on the next saving throw it attempts against the drug or poison, and that saving throw must occur within the next hour. At 6th level you can attempt a Medicine check to treat disease, though on a successful check, the target gains a +4 bonus only to the next saving throw it attempts against the disease, and that saving throw must occur within the next hour

Nissa’s eyes start to cool. Molten gold runs down her cheek.
Her eyes…!
She kneels on the sandy ground, close to Greer, but not so close she’s in the way.
“Can you save him? You have powers. So do I… just not… not powers that can save him, I don’t think.”

Shakes a moment, then removes his mask while crouching down next to Genius "Hey kiddo. You know me? He's fading, do you know where the med center is?" Zellgato taps his skull then his heart with a finger, implying he remembers what she could do before, or what he knew before.
Charles Wilde
Charles... well, to say he's unhappy with the present situation would be an understatement. He hadn't thought it a good idea to open up that portal inside Void, a proven dimensional anamoly, but given the situation with Greer he couldn't exactly blame Nissa. Even if Void was about the worst kind of invasive species he could think of.
Still, he'd charged through the portal and gently set Greer down... only to realize he had no clue where they'd ended up. His three heads look around in confusion.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Then he notices Zellgato. Or rather, that Zellgato seems to recognize someone here.
"So... does this mean we're where I think we are?" his fox head asks.

Zellgato gives a small nod to Charles, as he puts his mask away. Still trying to figure out the ~when~ as well as the other pressing issues.
Probably first time ya'll saw his mask off fully or at least in the light
The Olympian
"Aaaa sh|t." Theo exclaimed to himself. Stomping about the tents, The Olympian called out. "We have injured! We need tent access!"
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (3) + 15 = 18
Tarren the Dungeon Master
A few more adults have stopped to stare at Greer, still polymorphed into a reptilian form and with the added strangeness of plantlike vines sprouting randomly from his body.
They also stare at Charles, who looks like one of the more successful genetic experiments they've ever seen. Some people would pay good money for a pet like that and none of those people would be caught dead at ARIZ-29 unless it was on a 'philanthropic' trip with a crowd of 'social media assistants' in tow.
Some stare at Nissa. Others at Theo. They look too pretty and clean to be from around here.
They even stare at Kai.
Zellgato blends in easily.
Genius Meadows touches Greer's forehead. He stops thrashing about and begins to breathe more calmly.
He slowly transforms back into a human. The gathering crowd gasps. The vines continue to tighten. One of them wraps around his throat. Another tries to poke its way into his nostril.
"I can try to help him," says Genius. She turns and looks at her two dads and her mom who have just dashed around a tent and into view. She asks them, "Can I?"
"Aaaa sh|t." Theo exclaimed to himself. Stomping about the tents, The Olympian called out. "We have injured! We need tent access!"
Her mom looks like she's about to refuse, but then says, "Quick. Bring him to our tent."
She leads the way to one of the very sturdy yurt-like InstaTent structures. It hasn't been decorated. The beds haven't been made. Bags sit off to one side.
The crowd follows.
The Olympian
Theo knows he'll only be in the way, so the godling waits outside with the crowd.
Nissa, the Subatomic Bombshell
Nissa takes a moment to gather her guns. She slips them into holsters and follows the crowd.
—then stops dead in her tracks.
Oh, that silly thing.
She reluctantly puts her helmet back on. She stands a moment—
Then transforms into her fairy form!
She flutters into the tent, hovering near the girl’s mother.
Charles Wilde
Charles notices the stares, but figures that changing shape right now would probably just make things worse.
"Yes, hello, we all look very strange but we mean well," he says with his fox head as he trots behind Zellgato.
Zellgato
In as quite a hiss as he can manage in the situation Zellgato tries to wrest control of the narrative and timing."Stop being so damn shiny Nissa. No. Theatrics. Not on this world-People will die because of it." as he follows up grabbing Theo's muscular arm and dragging him inside as well "Keep watch from inside. Quietly tell me if you see people in stark white clothing coming."
Entering the tent, opening it briefly as he drags Theo in, and Charles takes in Greer. He turns to the crowd. ""Gaia speaks with the wind; Gaia speaks with the blossom in Spring. Please head to the courtyard. Brother Andrew has a presentation, and supplies will be disbursed as well. Please.Disburse." Zellgato puts on a business smile, one he clocked months ago on Children of Gaia workers. Emphesizing the last words.
He's using codewords he picked up before. May not be in the right context as I'm working off my memory as well as zellgato is! It has been a year or more! Zellgato's working on the assumption that its before The Sermon, perhaps an hour before Von Junzt's fate, and Archeon's uh..choices. He can be easily wrong about the timing. its after they arrive but clearly before what happens later.
If you need a Bluff or Intimidate for his paragraph: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (11) - 1 = 10
==============
Assuming the above does not go sideways
Taking a moment to glance at the utter oddity of the situation, Zellgato presently addresses the quad family. "Apologies Meadows family. This situation was unintended. If Genius is able to help us save him, it would be appreciated in kind." As he talks, Zellgato doesnt bother trying to hide it, and scans those in the tent for parasites "..When was the last time you saw..me? Genius-do you think anyone in this tent is cold?"
Nissa, the Subatomic Bombshell
No theatrics? Nissa hears Zellgato, but she’s already in her fairy form now. It’s easier to stay out of the way like this, and reverting will draw attention while Greer’s in dire need.
She nods to Zellgato, with the intent to revert to her humanish form once Greer is safe. She prays to the Dawnflower that he will be.
But I gotta be a little shiny. (If Nissa dims her stellar armor’s glow completely, she will appear practically nude in her Clearweave. She decides that, during the night, she’ll dream up a new look!)
