"Well that was nasty. I need a moment,"


This enormous engine room did not fare well in the ship’s crash. Huge turbines are knocked askew, wires hang loose, and red warning lights flare around the room. Most of the room is covered in moss and creeping vines. An area at the eastern end of the room contains two doors. The north door appears intact while the east door is askew in its frame. What was once a door to the south is now nothing but charred slag, destroyed in an explosion that seems much more recent than the other damage to the room.

That thing you saw in the video is gone.

Pratt steps into engineering past the bodies of the strange creatures he just fought. He can't help but wonder if there is anything they are missing here. Perhaps something hidden, or something that hints at the purpose of the machinery that is apparently missing from the room.

You open the door to find that this section of the ship is entirely unlit. As light from your flashlights pour in, you see some sort of workspace or research area. There are two obviously dead humanoids slumped over the tables . . . but then they begin to move on their own!
