Jevar hastens Kolgradd. I’ll say that Kolgradd Delays until after Jevar.
Boodiddly harmonizes.
Kolgradd moves forward and slams his maul into Yellow, knocking the creature from its many feet, then follows up with an Advantageous Assault against the prone wamp! Retroactively applying Advantageous Assault and inspire courage. Both of those attacks are crits.

Botting Shakur: Shakur heals himself and sustains his weapon.
Healing to Shakur: 4d8 + 32 ⇒ (5, 5, 4, 7) + 32 = 53
Shakur vs Blue: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31

Red continues to attack Boodiddly.
Will vs Sanctuary: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16
The wamp bites at Boodiddly, but stops just short. It then turns around and attacks Kolgradd!

Jevar circles wide around the group to get his own better look at the remaining wamps.
◆ Stride 25'
Can I aim over those stones on the map?
Those are ceramic statues, so I'd say they provide lesser cover.
Jevar Shadowmantle
That's not too prohibitive, let's give it a shot...
Jevar cranes his neck around the statue and aims an acid arrow at the nearby wamp.
◆◆ Cast (somatic, verbal) acid arrow vs RED
Spell attack RED (lesser cover), acid damage: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (17) + 15 = 323d8 ⇒ (8, 2, 2) = 12
on hit, 1d6 persistent acid damage
Boodiddly
Boodiddly wipes the sweat from his brow as his ward deflects the wamp's interest, then begins to whistle and clap once more.
Harmonize!
Kolgradd Thunderiron
"Ha!"
Feeling the exhiliration of avoiding some hits, Kolgradd continues swinging his Maul with magical speed and only slightly unnerving enthusiasm.
"Keep it up everyone, we almost have them!"
He'll step in here toward blue if red should fall

Jevar moves over and launches an acid arrow at Red, which goes straight through the creature! Crit!
Boodiddly harmonizes.
Kolgradd slams his maul into Red, knocking it to the ground and taking advantage of the creature’s prone state before ultimately squishing it! Last Strike becomes a Step.
Botting Shakur: Shakur casts telekinetic projectile then sustains his spiritual weapon
Shakur TP vs Blue FF; inspire courage: 1d20 + 13 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 13 + 1 = 19

As the wamp begins to move, Kolgradd swings his hammer down HARD and crushes the pig-spider-thing beneath it, squishing it and spraying wamp guts everywhere!
Now that the action has died down, Kolgradd pulls out a hatchet and cuts off the wamps’ feet, as that was the amnesiacs’ goal. Meanwhile, Jevar and the others use Quaveandra’s heartstone multiple times to counteract any diseases they might have contracted from the wamps.
*
The ghouls are overjoyed with the amnesiacs’ dispatching of the wamps, and gifts the amnesiacs with three items that they retrieved from their vaults: a floating shield, a gloaming shard, and a Type III necklace of fireballs. Inventory Updated
Shakur is still incredibly uncomfortable with the various ghouls, and so requests that the amnesiacs depart soon. The amnesiacs comply.

Starday 5 Neth, 4716 (Day 25, Mile 243)
*
The amnesiacs once more awaken aboard the Sellen Starling. They still have three phrases that they can use to return to the Dreamlands: one to go to the Enchanted Wood for the tail of a pard, one to go to a ghoul necropolis for the skull of a royal ghoul, and one to arrive near Captain Vadrack’s ship, the Bloodwind, and retrieve his tricorn. Of course, there are still other phrases that they could learn with more research.
Boodiddly Occultism; DC 23: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (11) + 14 = 25
Jevar Arcana; DC 28: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (17) + 18 = 35
How lucky; y’all will only have to resolve a single day of downtime before returning to the Dreamlands. Link back to the research stuff.
You guys will have to choose among those three (feline tail, royal ghoul skull, and captain’s tricorn) for where y’all will want to go for your next Dreamlands trip. That said, there is one bit of info about the captain’s tricorn that y’all learned at the end of the last research session.

Hmm, good to feel rested again! A day of research, and then perhaps we go check out Captain Vadrack’s ship.
Signet ring research (Occultism, DC23): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (20) + 13 = 33 ⇒ Crit Success
Boodiddly
Boodiddly helps with the ring research, trying to coax latent memories from the texts.
Occultism vs DC 23: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (18) + 14 = 32
Kolgradd Thunderiron
Kolgradd has had enough of aristocrats for a while, and looks into the Stone Idol. The Great Old One Bokrug is not one he's familiar with, and he maintains hope that there is some sort of divine balance to the evil and corrupting Old Ones they've heard of so far.
Occultism DC 25: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (14) + 15 = 29
Shakur Hektat
Shakur looks into the ring with boodiddly, humming funeral dirges and other religious hymns (probably) with the bard as he goes.

Hero Points have (technically) reset
I do still need to know where in the Dreamlands y’all are going this time; there’s currently one vote for the captain’s tricorn. The other options are for the feline tail and for the royal ghoul skull.
GM Xavier Kahlvet
Captain’s tricorne it is, then.
The amnesiacs perform the Dreamlands excursion ritual and once more fall asleep.
*
When the amnesiacs awaken, they find themselves…aboard the Sellen Starling? Jevar is not wearing Quaveandra’s heartstone. Kolgradd does not have the bag of wamp feet. The amnesiacs’ minds do not feel foggy and sluggish translation: y’all aren’t stupefied.
The amnesiacs go onto the deck and find things…normal. Skywin Freeling is giving orders to her crew, who are all moving about and caring for the ship. The professors from Cassomir, Gossa and Wreben, are down in their quarters like they have been for the entire journey.
What do you do?
Jevar Shadowmantle
As the team heads onto the deck Jevar gets a nagging suspicion and mutters to the others.
I'm... not entirely sure we performed the ritual correctly. Is this the right ship?
Jevar feels around his neck for the heartstone and, noting that it's missing approaches Skywin.
Does the Sellen Starling have a... lost items collection?
Boodiddly
“Well, maybe this ritual summons the ship to us rather than us to the ship?” Boodiddly offers hesitantly. “Kolgradd did say he thought he saw red sails when the belkyars attacked. Maybe we should suggest the crew get below decks until we’re sure?”
Kolgradd Thunderiron
"Aye that might be it, or perhaps we're in some dreamscape bubble or some such, some sort of area where the rules are different?"
Kolgradd ◆ Recalls Knowledge about such strange aspects of the Dreamlands, then tries to ◆◆◆ Create Impossibility to summon a soothing cup of herbal tea as a test
Occultism: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (18) + 15 = 33
Shakur Hektat
"Hmmm. The easiest way to find a ship is on a ship. Let's have a chat with Skywin, see if she's aware of anything odd."
As Shakur begins approaching the captain, his eyes wander off to the side of the ship as he wonders at what could have happened. To be safe, and to ensure they're still in a river as expected, Shakur plucks a dagger from his necklace, casts light on it, and uses telekinetic projectile to attempt to throw it as far as possible. He hopes to illuminate a riverbank.
Not sure if you want a perception check or a spell attack roll or anything for that. Feel free to roll it for me, GM.

Boo Ritual: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (6) + 15 = 21
Kolgradd Occultism: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (3) + 15 = 18
As the team heads onto the deck Jevar gets a nagging suspicion and mutters to the others.
I'm... not entirely sure we performed the ritual correctly. Is this the right ship?
Jevar feels around his neck for the heartstone and, noting that it's missing approaches Skywin.
Does the Sellen Starling have a... lost items collection?
”Huh? Oh, there’s, uh, something like that in the back.”
Shakur plucks a dagger off and casts it away. To be clear, the riverbank isn’t that far away; maybe 30 feet at most. At the riverbank he sees strange creatures that look like elephants with short trunks and small ears. As he flings the dagger toward them the creatures cowardly flee.
Simply by willing it, Kolgradd conjures a cup of herbal tea into his hands. And I’m going to give Kolgradd a Hero Point for cleverly bypassing the ENTIRE thing that’s written for determining that y’all are, indeed, in the Dreamlands.
As Kolgradd sips his tea and looks behind the Sellen Starling, he sees a stunning sight: a large ship with blood-red sails tailing the Starling about a quarter-mile back. Barely visible from this distance is the ship’s name written across its hull: Bloodwind.
At the Bloodwind’s bow is an overdressed man wearing a tricorne: Captain Vadrack Character Profiles Updated. Captain Vadrack draws a scimitar from his hip and points it directly at Kolgradd. The wind itself seems to hiss into the amnesiacs’ ears.
Prepare to be boarded!
Suddenly, Skywin Freeling snaps back her head with an audible CRACK and the woman howls, her limbs elongating and her flesh rippling. In a heartbeat, the little captain quadruples in size and becomes a hulking beast of sinew, tentacles, and teeth! Also, zoom in on the image of that thing; can’t really put another image on there without overlapping with the combat area. Map Updated
Jevar: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21

Jevar Shadowmantle
Whoa! Okay it was a simple question! Jevar is exasperated as he witnesses the transformation and dodges tentacles lashing out at him. Oreb flitters about above him as he dances around the attack and she carefully lands on his shoulder after he gets his feet planted.
After he's set again, he takes a step back next to Shakur.
◆ Step SE
I don't have tentacles, but I have this! He begins a very dark, guttural incantation with disturbed gesticulations that looks like he plucked it out of the nightmares they've been living through. When he finishes he extends a figure and sends a sickly beam of negative energy through it.
◆◆ Cast (somatic, verbal) enervation (line straight through creature)
Success The creature takes 2d8 persistent negative damage.
Failure The creature takes 4d8 persistent negative damage and becomes drained 1.
Critical Failure The creature takes 4d8 persistent negative damage and becomes drained 2 and doomed 1.
Kolgradd Thunderiron
Kolgradd spat out the mouthful of tea he was savouring when he saw the Bloodwind, the better to shout a warning, but the monstrosity that erupts out of Skywin leaves him speechless.

Gonna resolve in turn order, rather than post order.
Kolgradd rushes forward at the sinewy monstrosity, though as he does so the beast lashes out at him with one of its long tentacles! For the record, y’all now know that its tentacles have a 20-foot reach.
↻ Skywin? AoO vs Kolgradd w/lesser cover: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (10) + 20 = 30
Damage: 2d8 + 11 ⇒ (4, 2) + 11 = 17
As he gets hit, though, Kolgradd is bombarded with nightmarish visions.
Kolgradd Will: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (7) + 14 = 21
Kolgradd is stunned 2; since this happened in the middle of his turn, he doesn’t lose this turn’s actions, but instead loses them from next turn.
The dwarf bull-rushes the giant creature and manages to move it closer to the edge of the ship!
Boodiddly lingers his music then tries to slow the beast.
Skywin? Fort: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (11) + 20 = 31
Though not prominent, the beast does start to slow down.
Shakur looks in horror as he casts two spells at the beast. For the record: enervation is an AoE now, not a ray; Shakur doesn’t need to roll anything for that spell.
Skywin? Will: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (11) + 16 = 27
Skywin? Fort: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (14) + 20 = 34
Jevar likewise launches a line of negative energy at the beast.
Skywin? Fort: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (19) + 20 = 39
Though unlike Shakur’s, Jevar’s enervation does not seem to do anything.
The creature loses 1 action due to being slowed 1 for a round. The monster rears up its mouth as it lets loose an alien shriek of nightmarish horror and pain! ◆◆ Soul Scream. Boodiddly, in response, twangs on his jaw harp to try to drown out the beast’s screams. ↻ Countersong. Its Soul Scream is only a 10-foot emanation, so only Kolgradd and Jevar are currently affected.
Kolgradd: 1d20 + 14 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 14 + 1 = 33 Success
Boodiddly Performance: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (13) + 16 = 29 Success
Kolgradd’s and Jevar’s minds become clouded by the shear horror in the monster’s screams! Jevar and Kolgradd are stupefied 1 for 1 round.
Negative Damage: 2d8 ⇒ (6, 5) = 11
DC 15 flat: 1d20 ⇒ 1
For the record, Kolgradd only has 1 action for this next turn due to being stunned 2.
