As the group looks at the strange altar nearby, they find the vast majority of the trinkets atop the altar are of negligible worth, such as broken holy symbols dedicated to holy gods from across Golarion. Situated atop a small pile of boar ribs, however, is something very significant: a bronze bastard sword etched with various runes and glowing with magic.
And the former-amnesiacs recognize this sword as looking identical to the spectral blade that the ghost Upianshe attacked them with!
As Jevar begins looking at the sword, he finds that it is a +3 greater striking impactful keen bastard sword!

So, I will now ask: do y’all wish to keep exploring the Snarl? Go to the third Star Stele? Head back toward Upianshe since you now have her sword?
Jevar Shadowmantle
Even knowing he won't be wielding it, Jevar holds up the sword and eyes it top to bottom, admiring it.
Kolgradd, do you think she'd notice if I swapped these runes with your weapon of choice?
Rhetorical. He chuckles.
We said we'd keep an eye out. I think we can take the short excursion to return this.
He looks around at the others for consensus.
Shohreh Kassar
Shohreh shakes her head, smiling at the little joke, then nods in agreement.
"Better to have that matter settled quickly, before it becomes a problem again."
Kolgradd Thunderiron
Kolgradd looks at the runes for a seconds before Jevar chuckles, and then he stops.
"You're right Shohreh. She'll return to madness soon, if we can get it back to her soon, Folgrit guide us, perhaps we can lay her to rest for good and all"
GM Xavier Kahlvet
Kolgradd, do you think she'd notice if I swapped these runes with your weapon of choice?
Level 16 rune; you need to be level 16 to do that.

The former-amnesiacs journey once more through the “streets” of Neruzavin, finding that what used to be simple patches of fungal growths have grown out of control—every crack and crevice seems to have mushrooms growing from them, and it becomes hard to traverse the “streets” without wading through the fungal infestations.
Back to Upianshe
The group returns to the strange tower that held the first of the Star Stelae. When they arrive, they find that the ghost Upianshe is already looking in their direction.
”I didst feel it. Teralindor’s Honor. You hath retrieved it, yes? Then please, thou must promise me: cleanse the Cradle of Heaven. Neutralize that which hides beneath the earth here. Eradicate that which dwells in the lake. I beg thee!”
Assuming you say yes.
Upianshe nods solemnly, and flies over and touches the bronze sword, Teralindor’s Honor. Her spirit glows brightly as new runes begin to etch into the sword, and her spiritual essence become infused into the bastard sword!
”Then I shall be forever in thine debt.”
The voice this time comes from the sword itself, as it becomes clear that Upianshe has now become one with Teralindor’s Honor!
The sword immediately becomes a relic, specifically with the following gifts: Intelligent Relic (Int +5, Wis +1, Cha +3), Dominant Emotion (Remorse), astral rune, and Psychic Scream.

Kolgradd Thunderiron
Kolgradd places his hammer down gently on the ground when Upianshe fuses with Teralindor's Honor and takes the sword in two hands.
Reverently he steps through the motions of some basic sword forms he remembers learning long ago. The Moon Rises Over the Lakes into Leaf on the Breeze, into Hawk Spots the Hare. The sword glitters in the moonlight.
When he's finishes he turns to the others with a look of exhiliration on his face, utterly unlike any expression he's worn recently.
"She's Magnificent!"
He'll wield Teralindor's Honor for a bit if that's OK with folks. -1 to hit and no reach but lots of other fun stuff going on, and it seems fitting that Upianshe can help cleanse this place
"Now then, who's ready to cleans the Cradle of Heaven?"
He holds the sword aloft, and promptly sits down and closes his eyes.
"I just need a little rest first"
Jevar Shadowmantle
Jevar is mystified as Upianshe disappears into the blade.
I thought that would release her spirit completely. It seems she believes she still has purpose in this endeavor.
Hearing Kolgradd's suggestion, he agrees.
A little rest, or perhaps calling it a day before we cross over might be a good idea.
Shohreh Kassar
Shohreh watches Kolgradd's movements with reverence, awed by the magnitude of Upianshe's gesture.

The group makes their way out for the third Star Stele, which is guarded by a coven of hags in an observatory In Neruzavin’s northeast.
They travel once more through Neruzavin’s “streets,” which have grown vast amounts of fungus.
As they travel, they eventually come to a spot in Neruzavin’s “streets” where the fungal growths seem to have been…crushed. The fungus has been flattened by some massive thing.
And at that moment, a crash happens nearby, followed by the grinding of stone and the squishing of fungal matter. Something is coming. Something big.

The former-amnesiacs prepare for the worst as Kaklatath runs into a nearby alleyway to take cover.
Coming into view is a massive, fungal behemoth. It seems to be some kind of…vehicle? But it is so covered in bones and fungus that it barely seems recognizable as one. For propulsion, where its wheels should be is instead a mass of fungal filaments that shoot out and stick to the ground, seeming to pull it forward as more filaments rinse-and-repeat this process.
As this massive construct turns toward the group, its fungus undulates in a way that seems almost excited. And it emits this sense of dread similar to that coming from the lake!
I’m not currently in a position to put the proper picture of this thing up, but I will try to do so in a few hours.

The blood from Shohreh's wounds ignite the air around her, surrounding the cleric with whirling flames as she hurls her starknife in an arc that carries it past her attacker and whirling into the back of her sister.
