I'm wondering if an Inspired Chemist's ability to take 2 Investigator Talents in place of a Discovery would allow me to take Mutagen as an Investigator Talent and make a Mutagen while I am under Inspired Cognatogen (it'll have to be 7th level or higher to get enough duration).
1. Inspiring Cognatogen description- “All limitations of mutagens apply to an inspiring cognatogen as if they were the same substance.”
2. Mutagen class feature - “The effects of a mutagen do not stack.”
No matter what, you can’t have two mutagen/cognatogen/etc. active at the same time.
