The Collapsed Tower:
The Baroness of Belhaim wants you to investigate the ruins of the collapsed tower and find out why there are dead kobolds mixed in with the towers rubble

Finding Hunclay - UPDATED:
Find out whether Balthus Hunclay had anything to do with the Witch Tower’s collapse.
- You found the wizards body at the scene of the collapse with a key in his pocket and two dead kobolds nearby clutching spades. You just need to inform the baroness now.

Making Friends or Enemies*:
Make at least one of the families of Belhaim either helpful or hostile towards the party.
Hero or Villain*:
Make everyone in one of Belhaim’s factions either friendly (or better) or unfriendly (or worse) towards the party.
Best Friend or Worst Nightmare*:
Make everyone in Belhaim either friendly (or better) or unfriendly (or worse) towards the party.
Belhaim Historian*:
Learn a great deal about Belhaim’s history.

Anything up to 1000gp they'll have/know where to order it from for you. Some of the places/shops also have specific things they may sell you above that.

I'm not really sure what to get...
Should I buy a wand of CLW for utility, or perhaps Colour Spray and a potion of vanish. Or should I buy a mithril shirt?

Any suggestions would be helpful :)

Wand of CLW or the shirt are both great buys. I’d go with a wand with a masterwork buckler. 0 ACP, +1 AC, hands free. That gives you more than any other option, and it can be easily enchanted. The mithril shirt is less needed as you’re Dex16 doesn’t make use of it.

Long term you May want to save for a Comfort Mithril Breastplate. Or a mithril breastplate with extra traits for armor expert. 0 ACP means no penalties for wearing it, and Max Dex of +5 is something you won’t hit for awhile later. Plus it is cheaper than a +2 Mithril Chain Shirt.

Keep in mind your Mithral Daggers would add up to about 1000GP so if you want to keep them they would be your share of the haul

I am considering a Darkwood Light Crossbow and a Darkwood Buckler
,MW backpack, Healer's Kit and a couple CLW potions and one or two scrolls.
What sort of utility gear should we pick up? Climber's kit?

I am sorry all, I miscalculated.
I thought the reward was 500GP EACH, not total.

The split for Shondra, Galessa, and Ragnar is 722 GP.

This is assuming that Halders keeps the daggers. (Value 1004GP total)
Halders would then owe 211 GP to the 'party fund'. (The difference between the split of 792 for each party member and +1 for the one gold left after the split.)

Would people like this RPed out? Or hand-waved to have happened?

If any of the PCs object to this split Ragnar would negotiate and make Halders guarantee the loan to him and the Church of Abadar directly. (He would make up the difference out of his share but be QUITE unhappy about it.)

If questioned as to why he would do this he would just curse and say he wouldn't expect them to understand.

I'm okay with it being hand-waved, but I'm also willing to RP it, should the party desire.

I'm happy to sell them off and look at a wand of CLW, pot of vanish instead.
Not point in having those daggers if he can't get into the right situations.

Ok loot total w/ selling Daggers for 501 GP (not 1004GP), and 100 from selling the plaque and split 4 ways=748 GP each

Oops, should of been 502 for selling the daggers so 0.25 extra each sorry - thought daggers were 1gp not 2.

To get onto next bit of action may be easier if people make their purchases and then give a diplomacy check to go with them if you want to influence the relative shopkeeper?
