You secured a wish from the efreeti Isah. When you gain this boon, either spend 8 Prestige Points or cross this boon off your Chronicle sheet. Choose one of the following benefits and cross out the others.
Wish for Glory: Your Fame score increases to a total of 2 × your XP, as though you had earned the maximum amount of Fame in each adventure to this point. This does not increase your Prestige Point total.
Wish for Power: You gain a permanent +1 inherent bonus to one of your ability scores.
Wish for Wealth: Increase your gold earned for this adventure by 25%(rounded up).

As a player, the inherent boost to Charisma would be better, but Akyr would undoubtedly prefer the wealth--gotta keep her Mom in the style to which she's grown accustomed.
So, Wish for Wealth for Akyr
Would we still have gotten the boon if we had used all 3 wishes?
Because I considered asking the party to allow Akyr to use the last wish to return to being a male (cursed artifact turned him into female)...but Akyr has always very effeminate for a half-orc, and decided she'd probably prefer remaining female.
The Slithering Maps
The only way to not get the boon is to not help Isah. You just initially voted for wealth and that was one of the options so I wanted to make sure you were committing to that.
Also Akyr still has a turn and 1 baddy is still up.
