Odd, I thought all CLM have a strength rating!

Too bad about the sword, but it would cost a feat to use it, or a dip into something that would allow it.

They do all have a strength rating but +0 is a Strength rating. Therefore a 9 or lower strength would have problems using it.

That does seem odd. The whole point of the things is to allow you to add a strength bonus. Otherwise why not use a longbow. Then again, why use half the weapons in this game? :)

I suppose you could slap adaptive on it and then it becomes worth it. I think it's called adaptive.

All right, since people keep saying I should take the cloak of resistance, I shall do so, even though clerics have pretty good saves already (and their poor save, Reflex, usually just means taking some more damage, as opposed to Fort or Will saves that often mean "you're dead" or "you're mind-controlled").

Made updates for the sale of gear and distributed gold. Some have not bought much so you have quite a bit to potentially spend. I typically split gold evenly and hand out items that will help the individuals the best. If you wish to do something different please let me know. Perhaps a half share of gold for anyone who gets a magic item. Just let me know what kind of rules you want to use.

I'm thinking that when we have a party member purchase an item like a wand of healing with the intent of using it to the benefit of the other members it would be nice if the PCs pooled their cash to purchase it. I wouldn't mind getting another wand of infernal healing if I could get buy in from some of the other PCs.

I'm good with contributing to the communal good. I also don't mind if we find something beneficial to someone not penalizing them with gold - unless that starts to get problematic. So Isabella's going to take the cloak of resistance because we all want our cleric to stay alive the longest, I wouldn't penalize her on the gold distribution.

From the spread sheets it looks like nobody is 'billed' for items they take out of the loot, only if they purchase the item.

In any case I'd like to contribute 150 gp to the purchase of a healing wand (preferably but not necessarily infernal healing). If we can get 5 of us to chip in that much we will be able to get another one besides Runt's mostly used one and Isabella's fully charged one. No urgency since Isabella's has plenty of charges though. Forgot about that when I made the initial post.

When we were making purchases earlier, Camil asked about buying a wand of CLW and offered to pitch in. Runt then stated she was buying a wand of infernal healing. Am I missing something as to why Runt's wand only has 10 charges? I put in 135 and Camil contributed 300 to the wand of CLW.

Runt used it heavily in the caverns and I have no regrets about the previous purchases. Do not consider my suggestions as criticism of any sort. My goal was to make it more palatable for folks to buy team resources by not sucking up their personal resources.

And since Runt does not have the money at the moment to buy a wand to replace the one that has been 80% depleted, and also since I forgot Isabella had that wand, and ALSO because I did not like the idea of moving on to our next meat grind without a healing wand, I made the suggestion.

Would everyone be interested in doing a full Automatic Bonus Progression. I know, vacillation. Not my partial one I submitted initially but the regular ABP. Although, if I give you a weapon worth three bonuses and you only have two ABP, it will not stop you from using it. Actually, you will always get your bonuses and the special qualities of the weapon are what will make it magical. No tie in with you. Thoughts?

Expert quality and masterwork quality weapons will still add their bonuses on top of ABP.

I have another question for the group as well but cannot think of it. Likely another nutty suggestion.

Hey Runt, what kind of teamwork feats are you thinking of picking up? I normally avoid teamwork feats, but if you're gonna be summoning monsters that have them I might be able to work one into Forest's build.

I am a fan of ABP.

I am biased though since Forest is dual-wielding and ABP really helps with the "keeping two weapons enchanted is extremely expensive" thing.

I honestly don't know which way to go regarding the ABP. I've never used it. As I understand it though, my current +1 keen ecb would lose the +1 until 9th level under the system.

Hey Runt, what kind of teamwork feats are you thinking of picking up? I normally avoid teamwork feats, but if you're gonna be summoning monsters that have them I might be able to work one into Forest's build.

I like precise strike, then outflank, and shake it off is great.

I was looking at it as more of a training structure and not a hard line considering the ABP bonus but since we are not all game we will continue as normal. No worries.
