A: Standard 4d6 keep 3 method
Q2. Are there any campaign feats, and are they required?
A: There are, but they are not required - if you have access to the RotRL Players Guide, they can be found in that book on p. 4.

A: We'll be using the modified feat taxes found here

A: I like the idea of having extra points specifically for character development options, so yes - you can find more info on that here

No, but this is not intended to be an evil campaign. That doesn't mean to say the characters won't act in such a way that directs it as such. I'll leave that up to the party
