Gregarious Greg |

Greg watches Peter and Killiss in confusion. "What's going on guys?" He pokes curiously at the space with his greatsword. "Are we like, fighting air or something?"
"Poking" the space. That is, stabbing at it without Power Attack on lol.

Debra liked Killiss's idea and decides to give it a try.

Okay, so. GM, depending on what AC you are deciding to use here (AC 5 for the square or the creature's touch AC), whatever is in that square may be covered in dirt now.... ?
Debra, trusting that whatever is there won't want to attack her and give away its advantage, steps to the south 15 feet.

GM Mindriot |

As the party continues to find, what the believe to be, a creature or SOMETHING in the area that Peter is growling at...Peter suddenly stop growing...and then starts to sniff again slight southeast of the square that he was growling at before.

Killiss aka Special K |

Killiss moves to the North 15 Feet.

Ogar G Biforge |

Ogar looks around for whatever tipped off Peter.
Concealment: 1d100 ⇒ 6
Not seeing anything he wonders if water would show the sneaky foe, and grasping the idol, he focuses on raining down water in a the area around them to reveal either foot prints, or some sort of outline of the creature.
Ogar casts create water and rains it in large radius
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24

GM Mindriot |

Ogar's spell drops 2 full gallons of water on a 25 foot area centered off the square that everyone was focused on. It is clear now that the little jerk moved away from the close encounter with a bear and is now 10 feet to the south of Greg.
The water takes the form of a tiny creature hovering in the air. It wings stretch to a length that is disproportionate to its scaley body. Horns h curl out from the sides of his snarling...and perhaps...smiling? face. The bits and pieces of the thing that the water did not contact are still missing which only makes everything about this creature more disconcerting.
It shakes off the water and disappears completely again for a moment only to reappear in full form a moment later. He is mostly green. His horns blacka and wicked looking.
He stares at Ogar with pure hate in his eyes.
"They will reward me for this. I will be a hero! Now stand still so I can KILL YOU the thing says in a low and demonic voice. You are surprised that a thing this small can produce such voice.

Killiss aka Special K |

Killiss has a feeling he's encountered this type of creature before, unfortunately, if he has, it was too far in his past to remember. He decides now is not the time to try and strain to remember. He casts his Gravity Bow spell and prepares to take aim. Peter moves 20ft in order to get into melee range.

GM Mindriot |

The creatures let's out a maniacal laugh. The whole party starts the feel a bit of fear creep in.

Knowledge (planes): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
"Keep track of it! It can go invisible whenever it wants!"
Feeling a little freaked out by this little thing, Debra moves away from it and closer to her friends. Looking to inspire a little courage in the face of this creature's terrifying visage, Debra yells at it: "Hero? More like a zero!" (Shut up. She's freaked out. You all still get +1 to attack and damage and saves against fear/charm.)

Gregarious Greg |

Screaming in a most unmanly fashion, Greg runs around for a moment like a chicken with its head cut off before settling behind the bat-baby-horn-monster-invisibilitating-thingy and swinging wildly at it.
He may or may not be crying again.
That movement provoked an Attack of Opportunity. Greg is too bamboozled right now to try Acrobatics (he sucks at it anyway lol).
Flanking (+2), Power Attack (-1), shaken (-1), inspire courage (+1). +3 dmg (Power Attack) and +1 damage (inspire courage).

Round 1 Summary
-The creature comes out of his invisibility and tries to scare everyone...it only kind of works (See: Greg)
-Debra makes a terrible joke that somehow inspires courage in everyone.
-Gregs swings but the tears in his eyes affect his aim and he just misses the flying dude.
-Ogar moves into position and swings at the creature but the thing is able to just miss. It chuckles a bit and asks where Ogar's god is now?
-Killiss shoots a weird arrow thing but, again, the creature is quick and is able to just move out of the way of the arrow.
-Peter, the real MVP, charges up and bites the thing's leg and follows it up with a claw across its torso. The second claw bit forgets that he has two claws...not just one...

Damage (+1 IC): 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
She then reloads her crossbow (free action with Crossbow Training) and prepares for another attack.

Greg SMASH! |

Greg does his usual technique to overcome fear, which is to scream incoherently and swing wildly, shouting "WOOOOoooo!!" It is made all the more surreal and confusing by the running mascara under his eyes that absolutely was not present before he started crying.
Rage time! Power Attack/shaken/inspired/flanking again (-2/+3 atk, +4 dmg). How long does the shaken condition last?
Raging Smack vs BBHMIT: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 6 + 1 = 27

Crit Damage: 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (3, 2) + 10 = 15

GM Mindriot |

Greg's wild attacks strike home in the most gruesome of ways. The massive sword slices one of the demon's legs smooth off. The backswing of the attack enters the things lower left side and exits his right shoulder cutting the demon completely in half. It is done with such precision and aggression that the top piece slides off of the bottom piece before they both fall to the ground F~+& physics. Think the first Resident Evil movie when the laser cuts the dude in little pieces/

Gregarious Greg |

Greg thrusts his fist into the air, Breakfast Club style, and says, "Yeah, baby! Take that!" He then promptly falls over, fist still outstretched, from fatigue. "I don't feel so good."
Fatigued for 2 rounds.

Debra Braunsyn-Ealoren |

Debra calls Ogar over to Greg. "I think that thing poisoned Greg. Can you help him? I'll do what I can."
Heal Aid Another: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (12) - 2 = 10
Whew. Debra aids. +2 to Ogar's heal check.

Killiss aka Special K |

"You don't look so good, but dang, Greg, you made that thing your B@*ch. I'm sure glad we're on the same team. I'm sure Ogar will have you back on your feet in no time"

Gregarious Greg |

Delay poison is a lifesaver, believe me.
Fort Save 1: 1d20 + 5 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 5 + 4 = 27
Fort Save 2: 1d20 + 5 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 5 + 4 = 27
HOLY HELL I think I'm okay lol
Greg sits up after Ogar's medicine and nods. "Thanks! I feel a little better, I think."

Debra Braunsyn-Ealoren |

Debra offers a hand to Greg to "help" him up. Once he's on his feet, she looks up at him, smiles, and says, "I was beginning to think you really are invincible. It's good to see that you're as mortal as the rest of us." She looks down at the bisected creature on the ground. "Not that it mattered to this poor guy. Good gravy, Greg. What did he say before he died pathetically? 'They will reward' him? I think that means we are getting close to answers and someone doesn't want us to have them."
She briefly checks if the creature had anything worth taking on him.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21

GM Mindriot |

Debra searches the 2 halves of the demon only to make her hands full of gross demon insides. Wash and wash her hands as she might...that smell will never wash out of her skin.
The group searches the rest of the square but does not find much else besides some fruits and vegetables...Greg finds a pretty flower.
With their work done here, the party heads to the warehouse.
The rusty front doors of this large, dingy warehouse are slightly ajar, as if someone forgot to close them entirely.Sprawled across the door and the southern side of the building are thick, disgusting, purplish-black strands that pulse with malevolence.
There is a single door in front of the party and down the side of the building a set of solid wooden doors can be seen.
If there is anything you want to do before heading to the Warehouse you may do so...otherwise Roll20 is updated and you may proceed into, or maybe a stroll around, the warehouse.

Gregarious Greg |

Greg pokes uncertainly at the throbbing purple stuff with his greatsword. "That... doesn't look healthy." He reaches out slowly with his hand, intending to poke it with his finger.
Someone should maybe stop him. Or let him contract whatever horrible disease this stuff is carrying and hope he learns from the experience. "Note to Self: Throbbing purple s%$* causes leprosy."

Debra Braunsyn-Ealoren |

"GREG!" Debra grabs Greg's hand and looks at him incredulously. "Seriously?"
Shaking her head, she leads Greg away from the demon's bile. "Ogar, if you please," she says, gesturing towards his morningstar.

Gregarious Greg |

Greg's cheeks redden and he shuffles back sheepishly.

Debra Braunsyn-Ealoren |

While Ogar destroys the demon's bile, Debra invites the others to help her take a look around the immediate area, specifically looking for traps, tracks, and any windows they can peek through.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
Stealth: 1d20 ⇒ 12
Survival: 1d20 ⇒ 15

GM Mindriot |

Just in the knick of time, Debra stops Greg from doing something stupid...again...
Ogar steps up and does away with the demons bile on the door handle.
Debra checks to see if there is anything fishy going on with the door. There does not appear to be any traps on this door. The warehouse has no reachable windows that Debra can see through.

Gregarious Greg |

Greg waits for the others to gather at the door before throwing it open.
I didn't have permission to move my token on r20 so I made a new one.

Gregarious Greg |

Actually all you have to do is drag and drop new icons from our character sheets on the right-hand side under the Journals tab. That's where permissions are stored, not on the token itself. Unless you're talking about the options like "Has Sight" and "Show Nameplate," those don't carry over unless you copy-paste.
Hoping everyone is ready, Greg hefts his sword onto his shoulder and throws open the front door.

GM Mindriot |

Basic warehouse supplies, such as ropes, hammers, crowbars, and cargo nets, hang from the northern wall of this room. Several crates stand against the western wall. Doors stand against the east and south walls. A pulsating mass of purplish-black sludge lies along the floor near the southern wall between the two doors, and long filaments anchor the substance to the walls and ceiling. A large, strange egg sac lies at the center of the slime, with tiny legs visibly scrabbling beneath its surface. Three other nearby egg sacs have already burst.
As soon as Greg throws the door open, he sees 3 huge creatures patrolling the room. One them was standing next to the door when he threw it open. They are both caught by surprise.

Killiss aka Special K |

As Greg flings the door open, Killiss readies his bow and he and Peter slip into the warehouse. Killiss positions himself in the corner in attempt to keep as much distance between him and the creatures. Peter takes a five foot step and stands right next to Killiss just inside the doorway. Killiss takes a good look at the creatures hoping he might identify them and provide some useful information to his party. Peter goes on the offensive right way.
