The Forbidden Knowledge trait allows me to use Kn. History or Religion in place of all Planes checks. so +17 History, +8 Hyper, +25 total.

Hypercognition. 2nd level spell, adds a +Caster Level to an int based check (and reduces time to make).

BTW, you can't Take 20 on Knowledge checks; if you fail a check you can't retry for Knowledge, and Take 20 assumes you fail at least once.

Yep True, you need an abiulty to take 20s on skills Skold has one, and there are a few others. Hypercognition looks good and great use, but don't that I will give lord P, blowing 1 spell on a single roll always seems a high price to me.

I know this adventure is throwing out quite a lot to react to, and it's tough to do it on a phone, so take your time. I like providing lots of hooks and making the setting dense with content, but that means my poor players check in and find like 20 or more unread posts to catch up and react to lol...

I think I feel a little stuck too, because though I love the setting of Atlantis, I feel like conversation is stilted because we are in water. And I am a snake that doesn't talk. That doesn't help either.... Just trying to find my place in this environment other than being the bus.

Lol... An efficient bus though! When in close proximity (within 10 feet of each other) you have no problem hearing each other and seeing body language. And Zag can translate your hisses for the others...

Q: Lord P has water birthing as a spell that can be shared with other that hold his hand, 16hour/party that should give us all 2 more hours each

Next level I think Fighter would be a good branching off point for me. Make her a better all-around fighter and allow her to prove the books wrong and be able to sneak and rogue with the best fo them!!!(at least a 4th level fighter)


I'm a bit confused...Instigate Psychic Duel is a single target spell; it "includes only two minds: yours and the target’s". So it's not a big AoE that ensnares all the enemies and can bring in every ally at once.

It's basically a super duper save or suck against one target.

My bad, I misunderstood the spell effect. Only the Sea Serpent is affected.

How will you screw things up by stopping Nero from existing?

Yeah... how much does everyone else recognize about what the pyramid can do? With 26 Int, I actually understand the dangers the pyramid (and now I/we) pose to reality, and the risks of finding ourselves in conflict with groups like the Heptagon (or worse, pissing off Michael or God). I plan/hope to employ it with some restraint and probably won’t be real forthcoming about exactly how powerful it is (even with my companions) if I can avoid it.

You will want to adopt the Prime Directive from Star Trek, probably: don't interfere or change anything if at all possible to minimize time discrepancies and contradictions. These create parallel alternate prime material planes that are dangerously coterminous to one another lol... Pretty soon, your evil opposites will come hunting you... it becomes a real nightmare lol...

At least your travel and breathing problems are solved though! The atmosphere within the Pyramid is controllable and hospitable. Although there are kitchen and larder aboard the pyramid, with wondrous magical cornucopia and limitless fountains that distill any drink imaginable, these have not been used in millennia

He certainly would fear to see it fall into the wrong hands, and would view the Vatican as the safest guardian of such an artifact, probably... Using it temporarily to escape your current dire straits would likely be acceptable to God... but tampering with history or seeking peeks at the future would be forbidden sins of dire danger...

But... imagine for a while the infinite possibilities for adventure and gain...

Not to mention the intelligence you could acquire of past and future and present events... the verifications of various historic suppositions or matters of faith or conjecture you could irrefutably prove beyond a shadow of a doubt...

You could be passive observers or proactive instigators of any number of historic or future events... the nativity or crucifixion of Christ... the the sack of the Library at Alexandria... the fall of Constantinople in another couple of decades to the Turks... see what happens if you do nothing before Saint Valentine's Day...

BTW, if you check out Campaign Info, you can peruse the stats of various notable NPCs in my Fairytale Earth setting. Some are deceased or not yet born as of 1437 AD, but many are contemporaries of your PCs...
