Is it possible to ship Order 3136784 with Order 3124338 or would it be cheaper to ship them separately?

I received an invoice saying you combined my orders (3124338 and 3136784) but I still see them split plus there was a 1.88 charge to my account as well as 7.38 too.

Ok, I woke up this morning and now I have a third charge for 06/13/14
CHKCARDPAIZO REDMOND WA $19.74. Why do I have so many charges??

Sorry, I guess I could have been a little more clear here. I moved the physical item from order 3136784 to order 3124338.

Order 3136784 should still show as a separate order for the PDF items.

It looks like the $19.74 is for the It Came From the Stars Campaign Guide Non-Mint/PDF Bundle. Sometimes the system has a slight delay in charging for bundles.

It looks like the $7.38 is for the other 2 pdfs on order 3136784.

And the $1.88 is probably related to shipping charges from a book being moved for one order then added to another order.
