As a homebrew campaign, this is not based in Golarion. A background should be constructed based on the PC guide and Terra Vicis.

I'm interested, I've currently got an 8th level character I've yet to use, Alphonse here. Alchemist (half-elf racial archetype) with three levels in fighter. As such, scaled back I'll be at 3 and 3.
