That is fine for the duration of the spell Brocken, but you still have to save for the time before it was cast.

Paletress, Beollimandus and Autumn please make DC 15 Fort saves please vs cold
Seamus Passeri
Seamus smiles at Paletress, while he wipes his nose on his sleeve, shrugging his shoulders he says, "I've got my coat on and this bear hide wrapped around me. You would figure I could stay warm. I guess I'm not cut out for the great white north, aye." Winking as he teases Autumn about her accent.
did Seamus notice anything odd around the cabin?
brvheart
Nothing around the lodge. The bridge appears to be clear to pass.
Seamus Passeri
looking from Aurora then to Sparhawk and Paletress as they ride over the ridge and toward the bridge, he turns back and shrugs his shoulders at the patient elven maiden and starts to ride after the other two, "Come on, If there are traps they will find them first. When Hegwig gets back tell you can tell us what he saw."
brvheart
Several hundred yards down the trail you approach the area Hegwig saw.
The forest stands deathly quiet here. Even The wind has grown still as snow softly fall through the rough the stark branches over head. Tracks, human in size but oddly misshapen, mar an otherwise unblemished trail through the trees.
brvheart
Seamus, you see three skeletons moving down towards you from the ridge. Roll Init
init skellies: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Seamus Passeri
Stopping the sorrel mare and standing up in the saddle Seamus screens his eyes with his hand and looks at the creatures moving towards them. ”Um, Hey guys, there are three skeletons headed our way, didn’t we kill the necromancer?” Reaching around to the back of his belt Seamus pulls out his sap and says, ”I don’t think this will help much, do you want me to hold the horses here so they don’t panic?”
init: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
Oro-Tu
Sparhawk grunts, judging their distance as he pulls his heavy flail from its sling, stowing the crossbow.

Beollimandus

Beollimandus charges towards the nearest skeleton and attacks with his club.
if able to reach skeleton after the charge...
Club Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
if attack hits (x2 if critical)...
Club Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
otherwise, the charge is a double move to be closer to nearest skeleton
Sparhawk.
Sparhawk hops off his mount and charges at a skeleton with his heavy flail.
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
damage: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
crit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
damage: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
brvheart
Beollimandus and Sparhawk, neither one of you can charge in difficult terrain and you will need to take a move action to dismount so neither are going to get an attack off this round. Seamus hits. but does no damage. The skeletons move up but are unable to attack this round double moving. Paletress and Brocken are up. Broken, you are 65' back in the rear with the gear.
You can't run or charge through any square that would hamper your movement.

Then use my previous round's rolls for Round 2. My character moves closer to the nearest skeleton and attacks with the club. On another note, the position of where my character is on Roll20 looks off. I was specific about wanting my character to be near the front of the group next to the trackers. From the positioning of my character token, it looks like he was one of the characters in the back. My character always wants to be near the front of the party line as his personality role is that of a protector. My token should me much closer to the action if my first round was to dismount and move up to the enemy.
brvheart
I only placed people that spoke up about going first down the trail. You need to talk to your party if you want to be closer to the front. For next time, someone set the order or march.

Note to GM: always assume that Beollimandus will be at the front lines with the party - unless the scouting is to be done in stealth. With a high AC and HP value, it is a good assumption to make. If I don't speak up, it may be that I haven't had the time to log into this play-by-play session because I'm too busy to chime in. I can only see myself noting where my character's position is during the case of his unwillingness to be at the front of the line. Since this seems like a minor confrontation, I'm not too worried about it. However if it were a bigger threat, it would be very weird for a Cavalier of the Order of the Shield to be at the back of the party during initiative.
Beollimandus
|
Beollimandus moves 20 feet towards the enemy (because he is wearing armor) and delays his standard action to swing at the first skeleton that approaches it with his club. Note to GM: Please refer to the previous rolls made in Round 1 for attack and damage. I have already moved his token to the appropriate location on Roll20.
