Torean, do you use the boon?
I placed Baillaset in the room.

Let me start with a misfortune before we bullrush; if it sticks, we should have a better time with those AOOs.

The witch curses, "You are unnatural spawn, Baillaset. May your undeath turn against you."

Misfortune. DC 19 Will Negates.

She then begins laughing madly to herself, taking in the perverse glory of a world turned against her enemies.

Someone, please see to Hustavan! Rolando says, charging after Eladrian.

Total Defense. AC: 27 (haste, total def). Move: 40 ft

Benefits for everyone:

Flagbearer: +1 morale bonus to attack, weapon damage, and saves vs fear and charm (doesn't stack with heroism).

Weapons that are already magical gain flaming and frost. Non magical weapons gain a +1 bonus and flaming.

Lesser Spirit Totem--each person can make an attack on the turn against an adjacent enemy. Attack bonus is your BAB + 3 and damage is 1d4 + 3 (doesn't work vs undead).

Lesser Celestial Blood--everyone's melee weapons are considered good-aligned for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction. Also, everyone's melee weapons deal an additional 1d6 damage vs evil outsiders.

Spoiler:
Benefits just for Rolando:

Superstition-- +3 morale bonus to saves vs spells, SLAs, and SUs

I also have 6 mirror images up.

Torean remembers back to his experience Urigen with the time portals. His mastery of the portals allowed him to control how he used them, and now he calls on that power to help him here. Suddenly the whole Pathfinder group finds themselves moving faster as they are slightly shifted against the flow of time, giving them more time for their actions. The dwarf uses the extra time to rush into the room to engage the undead.

Use the Touched by Time boon. Cast Haste on everyone (6 targets, Hustivan is excluded). It lasts for 6 rounds.

Haste gives +1AC, +1 Reflex save, +1 to attack, +30 foot move, and an additional attack on a full attack.

Torean provokes an AOO for his move into Baillaset's range. Torean's AC is 24.

Dark Archive

Torean taps into his memories and calls on the power of the time portals from Urigen to enhance the group!
Rolando maintains his song, worrying for Hustavan and taking a defensive posture.
She Who Waits curses the creature, cackling madly.
Eladrian tumbles into the room, trying to avoid an attack but fails and triggers two attacks from the undead creature ready and AoO but only gets hit once. The half-elf quickly draws an arrow and fires it, hitting Baillaset squarely.

Eladrian stumbles as the huge beast smacks him hard. He shakes off the enemies draining effects though, and calls out "It will take more than that, evil piece of S%+*e. We will send you back in pieces!"

Crap... we talked about healing Farg, but didn't actually do it. Rolando still has my wand, if we can figure it out..

Dark Archive

If Rolando wants to retcon his action, I'm ok. :)
Nice roll, Eladrian!

Farg can heal himself. But realistically he's out of this fight...

Farg flicks a wand from his wrist sheath and begins to patch himself up hoping that he won'Ät have to face that beast again.

I agree, but do you want to heal Hustavan so I can stay in the fight? I'm fully healed with six images and I can Gallant Inspiration Torean if needed. That seems better than me staying back just to heal Hustavan.

Sure...I'd like to retcon to healing Hustavan instead of Farg...

Dark Archive

If we were around a table, I would have described it better but Hustavan doesn't suffer from anything. He only is a coward and lost consciousness not bearing the sight of Baillaset. OOC translation: It's only fluff. :) I think Farg heals himself, then.

Baillaset steps back and tries to hit hard Torean but misses.

As Baillaset moves back to gain some space, Torean immediately steps up to close the distance. "Oh no you don't! What are you some sort of spellcaster or archer coward? I know how they like to trade some distance to put a hurt on people. I ain't letting you do that!"

The dwarf swings his axe with magical quickness. The axe bursts into flame from Rolando's magic and then glows with a holy dwarven light in one of Torag's Hammer's hands.

Torean has Step Up, so he closes the distance with Baillaset as an immediate action.

Eladrian's arrows pierce the air and the undead alike! Even wounded, it still stands tall and furious!
When Rolando steps closer, Baillaset, out of luck, furiously bashes the performer!
However, Torean boldly closes with the beast and destroys it for good!

COMBAT OVER! Nice job, guys :)

His eyes full of fury, the wight falls on the ground with a loud thud. The party takes some instants to appreciate the calm in the crypt.

You explore the remaining spots of the vault and discover some more traps and some more dead cultists (not undead, though). Somewhere far over in the mountains, a big bad evil cleric curses for the second time in a short time. His second biggest buddy (Fel Bustrani was the first, the guy who killed Gunnar) just died at the hands of pathfinders. Since he's an evil cleric, he vows to kill you all and... waits for you in his lair. Because that's what evil guys do.

The pathfinder society, however, is eager to hear your victory over the cult and his mysterious undead leader.

The scenario is over, congrats! Farg: please note that you must pay for a restoration.
