I am now mostly certain Ryker has in fact saddled his own horse before in life.

Hey guys, I'm being sent out of town from Aug8-Aug15. I hope to still have internet access, but I can't guarantee that. I will do my best to keep up on my games, though I expect my posting rate will drop. My apologies in advance. Please bot me if needed.

Vicon: The map that you had up was all blurry and distorted, so I found a higer resolution one and uploaded it. I tilted it sideways so it would fit better. It's best not to set an image as "background" in Google Slides unless the proportions exactly that of the frame, because it will stretch the image to fit and the image gets distorted.
Also: If we are at the point where the passage diverges into two branches, according to the sideview of the map we are in a tunnel in between R1 and R2, and not actually in one of the mapped chambers. So I put our icons in an unmapped spot, and I drew dotted lines on the map to illustrate the less obvious tunnels.

If possible: I'd like to take pot shots on the goblins I just surprised. If I surprised them and beat one in initiative, that's two arrows I could get in while they are flat-footed!

I feel bad if I legit popped an arrow in the poor goblin's stomach. I mean, god what a way to die...~shudders~

hey, I only have a few moments so I can't write up my post right now. Moving a kid to college. If Max can get in a good position to color spray some goblins he will. Otherwise, bow sounds good. I'll be able to post more in 24 hrs or so

Good grief. They finally fixed it. Welp, that is good. I hope to get back in the swing of things!

Hi guys!
Just checking the site now.

Okay, it's not too hard.
1. First you need to send an image to the Google Slide. When you first open the page, normally the little arrow is highlighted (and it says "Select" when you mouse over it). To the right of that is the button for adding a text box, and then to the right of that is the "Image" button. Click that.
2. You will get a menu of where the image comes from. If it is already on your computer you can select "upload from computer." Or if you are getting an image from a webpage, when you are at that webpage right-click on the image and select "open image in new tab" (or new window if you prefer). Once your browser has only the image on the screen, the address bar will have the URL of the image. You can copy that information and then paste it into the "By URL" option on the google slide image menu.
3. Once the image is on the screen you probably want to resize it. You probably know how to do that. It's best to use the resizers on the corners (rather than the sides) because they don't distort the image.
4. When you have the image selected, a bunch of icons on the toolbar will be visible that weren't there before. One of them, just right of the section you were using to upload the image, has a little pencil and that one allows you to choose a color as a border. The three little lines next to that allow you to decide how thick the border is.
5. A little further to the right is an icon that looks like a capital L with another L upside down and behind it. When you mouse over that it says "Crop Image." You can use that if you don't want to use the entire image you uploaded. It puts little black bars on the sides of the image and you can move them around.
6. Finally, beside the Crop Image icon there is a little down arrow. If you mouse over that it says "Mask Image." You can use that if you don't want the picture to be a square or rectangle. When you click it you get a menu of shapes you caan choose from. That's how I made the icons round.
That should be it. Feel free to hit me with questions.

Some unsolicited advice: GM, if you give each enemy token a different border, we can be more clear about what we are targeting. No worries if you have your own method, just offering it up!

Please move your markers where you actually would like your character to be (if it's where it is now that's fine) but things could happen and I want everyone set when they do.
Andreas, if you are moving down the hole, please move your token there... Ilamin is actually in stealth down there, so he might not want to come up and will be there to support you.
The pony will not fit down the hole, btw... don't even try... although it may be able to deal with the baying hounds that seem to be rallying from behind....

Haha!
I wouldn't have dreamed of it. I plan on letting it chill in the back with Max until it dies or disappears when I summon another one down the hole. At least that's my plan unless something drastic changes.
Is this hole the sort that hounds could follow us down? I'm a little mixed up if we are going down into something that is more like a Well, or just a steep slope.
I plan to just be close enough to summon a new pony (25 feet is the range with line of effect). I moved myself unto the pathway for now to represent being in transit.

I'll mention this in character when it comes to my turn again too, but my biggest concern with hightailing it out of here are the DC 20 Climb checks to get back up. Even if we make it, we only move a quarter speed. If that thing has a climb speed and can squeeze, we are going to be lunch anyways ;)

I am not sure but I thought the DC 20 climb was for you going down without a rope to spy on the Goblins. My understanding is...since this is a Goblin home, the tunnels are not huge and you can brace yourself against the opposite wall. We have a rope and this should help the DC of the climb check to be reasonably low. I am not sure though.

Hello folks.
I'm afraid I've been bedridden for several days. My stomach is still in knots but I'm starting to feel better and I hope to catch up soon.
Bot me in the meantime if necessary.

The Kobolds moved behind us I thought. You could move forward to get and throw a dagger as the tick is flanked...It would be a penalty but you would get sneak attack at least. Just a thought, not sure if you saw that or not. I do not mean to step on your toes or overstep myself.
| Ryker Grimes |
The tick being flanked doesn't get me sneak attack unless I am one of the ones flanking the tick :/ Ranged is only within 30ft (which it is) and when it is flat-footed or denied it's dex to AC (which it is not).
Thank you for the suggestion though!
