Doc Silver, motes of silvery energy still clinging to his cloak from his spell, aims the unfamiliar weapon as best he can and fires.

With an unearthly barking noise the weapon fires, winging the statue engaged with Scotty. The enchanted shot knocks a chunk of metallic skin from the construct's shoulders, revealing the clockwork inner workings. There does not seem to be much meaningful structural damage, but first blood still goes to the Doc.
Jamako leaps onto the case and grabs the staff. With his other hand he reaches out and lets loose an arc of lightning-like coldness. It strikes Drovic's statue, leaving a burst of frost.
Scotty leaps backwards with a near-perfect backflip and flings his boomerang immediately upon landing.

The boomerang strikes the statue with a loud clank, then falls to the ground. The impact has no obvious effect on the construct.
Drovic, angry at his previous failure to harm his opponent, lets loose another powerful overhand attack. He hits what would have been a vital on a living opponents, but again the blade scraps across the metal skin, creating a spray of sparks but little else.
Drovic's opponent answers his attack in turn, bashing at him with it's heavy metal arm.

It is a devastating blow, the force of the impact penetrating Drovic's armor and knocking the wind from the Drow. Drovic suspects he cracked a rib but does not lose his combat stance.
The statue that was fighting Scotty moves forward, as do the other two statues in the row behind him as they all spill through the doorway.

The statue Scotty was fighting continues to throw itself at him, slamming into the pirate with another nasty blow that rattle's Scotty's bones. He spits blood, but retains his footing.

Jamako flinches at the sudden barking noise of the gunshot that comes unexpectedly, but otherwise maintains his footing on his new perch atop the case. His eyes widen and he cringes as he notices both man-things take nasty looking strikes, clearly concerned. If the meatbags were to fall he would surely be in grave danger! Maintaining his focus on the same suit of armor he had already struck with frost, the little red kobold extends his hand. After a few gestures and mutters, the kobolds eyes bulge with strain as he again unleashes the most ear-shattering scream that nobody ever heard.
Ear-Piercing Scream. DC 15 Fort for half damage and no daze.

Drovic Trel |

Drovic reeling form the blow inflicked on him withdrawing as nimbly as he can despite the pain. Moving as far as possible putting the bastard sword container between him and the constructs. Preventing a charge on his position.

Scotty the Blade |

Cursing his poor planning, and the immense amount of pain he is in, Scotty begins to stagger but quickly regains his senses. He thinks to himself,
S!*#... I am going to die. I am going to die and it looks like all my companions are running away... ah, hell... well here goes nothing I guess.
"Don't worry guys, I'm fine, just give me a minute to kill everything *cough cough /blood*"
Scotty will drop the knife in his main hand, and quickly retrieves his shiny new short sword from the convenient easy-to-reach place he put it earlier. With a grin (or is it a grimace of pain?), he slashes out with the sword, trusting in the fact that he hopes people only put REALLY powerful weapons in a guarded case. Aiming for the chunk of missing armor, he attempts to stab the blade into the construct's clockwork innards, and hopes it will really f the thing up.
"You bastards had better revive me if I die or I'll haunt you forever and never open any locks full of cool treasure for y'all!"
adding the +2 to attack. Also, just to make sure I'm understanding the rules correctly, I would only get that one attack, correct?

The good doctor rushes forward towards his injured friends then, when they're both in range, channels the IMPONDERABLE energy of THE BEYOND, warping reality and unwinding some of their wounds.

Jamako lets out another magic scream, and the enchanted vibrations further weaken the structural integrity of the statue that attacked Drovic.
Scotty draws his enchanted short sword, and drives it into the wound opened up by Dr. Silver. The sword unexpectedly lets out a burst of lightning.

The electricity plays havoc with the delicate clockwork animating the statue, and it convulses in an almost life-like way before falling, smoking, in a heap.
Drovic carefully withdraws, and dashes back to the case containing Gil-Vrockrist.

Due to his inhuman grace and a small amount of luck, Drovic is able to smash the case and grab the sword as part of his move.

The statue behind Drovic's statue breaks off and headbutts the Doc, nearly knocking him off his feet and bruising his insides. As he stumbles to maintain his footing he can feel the right side of his body becoming a giant bruise.

Meanwhile the one just behind the statue Scotty killed moves up and attempts to bash him with its heavy metal arm. Scotty dances out of the way and leaves the statue fighting empty air.

Just as Drovic seizes Gil-Vrockrist, the statue he had been fighting reaches him. As the drow grasps hold of the Demon Sword dark runes of power begin to smolder into fiery existence all along the pitch black blade. An aura of total blackness emanates from the sword. When the statue attacks Drovic parries it's arm with the sword as though it were a blade. The runes continue to burn.
The other other statue follows behind Drovic's and likewise Scott's still has a follower.
That's three attacks in a row that literally reduced the person to exactly 1 hit point. Three attacks that kill someone I get because many different values of damage can kill someone, but this is freaky. Anyway new actions.

Grasping Gil-Vrockrist in his hands and feeling slightly better after the healing energy from the Doc fills him Drovic eyes the stature next to him. The energy radiated by the sword fills him with power and he raises it in a mighty overhand chop.

Jamako's concerned expression remains as he notices the target of his scream remains on its feet. He does, however, raise a brow curiously at the sudden burst of lightning. Looking at the staff he clutched in his hands then back at the scene before him, he narrows his gaze. He raises the staff in the direction of the scuffle, trying to invoke the most powerful spell within the staff.
After his success or failure, he quickly scrambles down behind the case he's been perched on, trying to remain unnoticed.

"Would ya look at that..."
Scotty stares at the short sword in amazement and he watches lightning flicker forth from it and shut down the construct in front of him.
"Oh, this is going to be fun!" He shouts with glee.
As the other enemy steps up to him, Scotty let's his second butterfly knife fall to the ground and he pulls out his new dagger, feeling it would only be right to let these two blades fight together. He unleashes a deadly flurry of blades as he attacks the statue in front of him.

Dr. Silver, who is totally fine and wasn't attacked last round, continues go bridge the gap between reality and THE BEYOND, further erasing the wounds of his allies.
Jamako desperately reaches into the staff and mentally draws forth the power stored within, directing to towards the melee. A micro gate to the Abyss snaps in and out of existence, and through it scuttles a terrible demonic-looking spider.
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
The spider charges into the fray, but is unable to aim a decent bite.
Scotty tosses his other knife and draws his dagger, all while finding and exploiting an opening in the statue before him. The dagger slides easily through the hard metal skin and into the inner working of the construct.

Again there is a thunderclap centered on the short sword, and the statue's clockworks are discombobulated. The statue falls to the ground a smoking heap.
Move action to draw, so you can't FA
Drovic slashes with the magic sword, feeling it's power running through him. The magnitude of the force behind the blow causes Drovic to misjudge his attack and miss the statue. Every slash, however, teaches the Drow warrior more about the weapon.

The statue that attacked the Doc earlier, and totally missed him I don't know what you think you heard, lashes out again, but the ever-agile cleric spins out of the way while the energies of THE BEYOND crackle all around him.

Scotty is not so lucky. The last statue in the row rushes him, clamoring through the bodies of it's fallen comrades. It delivers a punch straight to Scotty's face, spraying blood. It is all Scotty can do to keep himself together after the attack sends him reeling. [ooc]0 HP exactly[/ooc[.

Keeping his sword in a high-guard, Drovic easily deflects the next attack from the statue he is engaged with. Sparks fly, but this time they are strange black ones.
The last statue slams it's whole right side into the summoned spider, crushing carapace but not disabling the monstrous vermin.

Jamako headtilts curiously at the result of his work, peering curiously around the side of his hiding spot. He grins wickedly, wringing his hands menacingly. I can summon minions! I like the new shiny.. wonder what else it does.. The kobold is left with a difficult decision. His ray of frost might help.. but would give away his position. Another scream would be a potential waste of magic resources. Noticing the others wielding their new shinies, particularly the human blasting them with lightning, he decides his best solution is to remain hidden and focus on his new staff.
Using detect magic once again he focuses intently on his new staff.

As Drovic sees the horrid little statue thing in front of him one thing screams in his head. The crazy pirate has a better kill count than me. I need to balance this out or I will never be able to look myself in the eye again. Even the lizard thing is managing something better than three whiffs. Concentrate and attack. attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 damage: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
I really hope Drovic manages to hit. He won't be able to take the idea that Jamako could have a better kill count.

I believe being at 0, I get one action and then drop to -1?
Scotty feels his head spin violently after the punch to the face and has the wind knocked out of him. His vision beginning to blur, he snarls like a caged animal and lashes out one last time at his attacker with his new favorite short sword.

Then peaceful blackness envelops Scotty as he drops to the ground unconscious.

His hand gestures from his hiding place behind the case, using his experience at sneakiness to forgo the dangerous verbal component of his spell. A moment later, as was customary his eyes would bulge as his face strained with the loudest yell nobody ever heard.
Just realized that Scotty got hit, decided to change. Using spellcaster sneak to avoid detection, using ear-piercing scream on the one that felled the rogue.
Sonic Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1 Oh for christ sakes.. I'm an embarassment. >_>

it has come to my attention that I very well may be healed by my turn, so if the doctor decides to heal me, I will also take the off hand attack for a full round attack action (making the short sword attack -2 to hit, but it was a low roll anyways.)

The Spider continues to fight the one of the statues, but it's non-magic mandibles are no match for a creature made entirely of metal.

Scotty and Drovic continue to fight desperately against their respective opponents. The constructs leave few openings, but Scotty is able to slip his magical dagger in through his own statue's defenses.

There is an explosion of force, sending the statue flying backwards in pieces.
The statue fighting the spider, after being unsuccessfully bitten, grabs the creature by the head and rips it in two, spraying black ichor everywhere. The remains quickly dematerialize back to whatever dimension to was called from.

This time even the blessings of THE BEYOND cannot fully protect him, and Dr. Silver takes the full force of one of the statue's slams. The battering leaves his coughing blood, but still standing in the middle of his field of BEYONDness.

Scotty opens his eyes after having them squeezed shut, thinking he was a goner. He then notices the dead statue in font of him
"holy s~%%... It worked!"
He turns towards the doctor with a genuinely thankful look upon his face.
"thank you doctor... I owe you my life..." he mumbles quietly.

Drovic seeing the doc take a massive blow and knowing that he just grabbed him from near death takes attacks his statue with all the force in his arm. attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15 damage: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
If that kills it I am heading toward the one near Jamako and leaving the last one for the doctor and Scotty.

God I feel useless here. >.<
Jamako peeks around the case once more, cringing at his new minion being torn asunder and eaten by a tear in reality. Thankfully the manthings and the pointy ear were holding up. He pauses a moment for thought before weaving his hand in gestures and muttering under his breath. The kobold conjures up a sound from behind the armored monsters, the sounds of four humans preparing (loudly) to join the fray. His intention is to distract the possessed armor, if only briefly, to give the others an opportunity to strike.
Will to disbelieve, DC 13. On success I'm hoping for the equivalent of 'aid another'.

The statue that was fighting the spider, it's hands covered in black ichor, slowly turns it's head towards the supposed direction of the noise. It begins to march back towards the entrance.
Scotty leaps at the statue fighting the Doc, but he misjudges his fierce attack and it cuts nothing but air.
Screaming with frustration Drovic gives up, for the time being, on ancient Drow battle formations and simply channels all his hatred through his arms and into his sword. Drovic can feel Gil-Vrockrist approve. The attack cuts the statue in half, with a flash of darkness, from the right shoulder to the left hip. The top piece falls to the ground with a clank, as the remaining gears squeal and grind uselessly. The runes on the sword continue to smoke.

The statue fighting the doctor launches itself at him, but he sidesteps the attack without losing a beat. The other statue continues to search for the origin of the noise it heard.

Seeming Scotty take down another foe putting his count at four to my own measly one. Drovic looks at the final statue and runs, full tilt at it screaming drow curses all the while. Leaping the last feet he puts all of his strength into the blow against final armor.

Barely able to contain his glee at his success, the kobold turns his gaze to the remaining constructs. Arcane gestures and mutters under his breath result in the sorcerer casting a ray of frost to aid in the fray.
If it's not dead already, Jamako attacks the one on the Doc. Otherwise, he moves nearer to the others before attacking the wanderer instead.

Doc Silver delays action.
Jamako emits a burst of frost, warping an area of the metal on the back of the statue fighting Doc and Scotty. Scotty slashes uselessly with his short sword, but at the same time seeing the results of his friend's attack. Scotty jams his magic dagger into the frozen area. He dislodges a key piece of clockworks, and the construct falls face-foward as a burnt out husk.
Drovic alters course and leaps at the last remaining statue. He thrusts his sword through it's chest, then rips it out through the head, leaving it's upper torso bisected and spraying black sparks and bits of copper. The statue takes one stumbling step forward before collapsing.

Drovic looks around to see if ratticus is about or had disturbed his trap while they were busy with the fighting.

Jamako takes his time identifying all of the magic in your haul, gaining a +5 circumstantial bonus to identify the staff, which he has personally used.
The Staff contains Summon Monster II (Only spiders) for two charges, and Protection from Good for one charge. However, rather than drain magic, the staff is recharged by sapping the will of the user (1 point of Wisdom damage = 2 charges).
The Bastard Sword, Gil-Vrockrist, is a +1 Unholy Bastard Sword. Somewhat ominously, it is the only weapon in your haul without an obvious drawback.
The gun is a +2 Musket. Rather than being reloaded, it drains blood from it's user which it forms into bullets (6 shots per pint of blood). It also hates dwarves, and wants you to hate them too. Will saves might be necessary in situations where killing dwarves is an option and the gun is drawn.
The short sword is a +1 shocking short sword and the dagger is a +1 dagger of spell storing. They are a set and do not like being split up. They also play on the greed of the user to make them obsessed with the weapon set.
The holy symbol allows followers of Lolth to channel negative energy in such a way that it does max damage 3 times/day. It seems to be able to influence those who handle it towards the worship of Lolth.
The giant's axe is simply a +1 battleaxe. It's just that it's sized for a Huge creature.
The enchantment on the cases seems to be faded, and Jamako can't tell what it originally was (although he can guess it was related to the statue's trigger).
The longsword is some kind of sword, and it's relatively long. Although it's clearly enchanted, it's no kind of enchantment Jamako recognizes.
Meanwhile, Scotty checks the cases for hidden compartments. There don't seem to be any; this place seems like it's for display rather than secure storage.
There is still no sign of Ratticus.

Jamako finishes scrutinizing his new shiny with a smile, calmly commenting aloud as he inspects the remaining items. Pointy ears' sword... hmm.. magic, unholy weapon. Gun? Hmm... Strong magic, uses blood, not bullets. Also hates stunties, might make you hate them too. Sword is.. magic, and shocking He snickers at that.Duh. Dagger is magic.. ooh, stores magic.He pauses a moment in thought. Trying to recall if the dagger hit its mark previously, to no avail. Shrugs and continues. Holy thing.. hmm.. good for channeling, and makes you want to worship... Lolth. Axe is just magic.. cases have faded.. and sword.. looks pointy.
He goes back to scrutinizing his staff when he remembers. Where was minion? Minion! He yells suddenly, looking around. Minion did good, maybe he knows where there is more treasures? He pause a moment. Hmm.. are we spending the night here..?

Drovic tries to remember Lolths domains as he realizes that while he threw over Flauros for Andirifkhu he may have been a bit hasty in his decision to not worship the over goddess of the drow.
Scotty search the holy symbol for a secret compartment as well. Jamako charge an acid splash into Scotty's Dagger It isn't much but it will be better than nothing. Dr. Silver keep being amazing.
He goes over to the long sword and drops it into his bag using his now lame great sword so he doesn't chance touching it. I then pick up the 30 pound battleaxe

You will all rest in the main chamber I will stay awake the whole night and stand guard. Scotty you are bunking with Jamako.

Seeing that Drovik had the transportation of the axe covered, he puts his new weapons away and then he grabs the holy sumbol and examines it for any secret compartments.

Then Scotty pulls out his bedroll and rations and lays down and begins to eat, casually flipping around his butterfly knife in between using it to stab more food into his mouth. After eating he will pull out his pipe and lazily start puffing away.
"so, looks like we're sleeping here tonight, eh? So what's on our schedule for tomorrow then? Shall we head back up and sell our loot, or shoul we keep on trucking?"

Jamako blinks, puzzled. He shakes his head lightly: You keep guessing wrong about my magic. He moves towards Scotty as he speaks. Still, might as well put it to use if going to rest. He approaches the dagger, taking a moment to store a spell inside the dagger. Ear-Piercing Scream, by the way. That depends on how much you want to carry. I think we should stay a few days if we can.
Your plan is confusing btw, Drovic. There's only one entrance to this chamber, the one we came in through. All we have to do is block the entrance and we can rest easy.
The kobold raises a brow at the mention of bunking with Scotty, glancing back and forth between the drow and the human. A moment later he shrugs, retreating to the corner to prepare to rest. Before that however he takes a moment to recharge his staff. 1 Wis damage, which should heal during our rest.

I don't know should we leave a possible treasure trove of magical artifacts or stay and thoroughly loot the place. Decisions decisions. Now take of your armor and lay down in front of me helpless against the terrible sword I have. Oh and sweet dreams.
I want to rest in the entrace hall where the golems were out side of this room so I can catch Ratticus. But am open to suggestions I usually play pfs and this is the second time I have had to deal with camping out.

He thanks his little kobold buddy for charging up the dagger, and then lays down to sleep. As he is about to drift off, he calls to the doctor.

Scotty soon finds that depressing one of the jewels allows the front of the symbol to slide away revealing a hidden compartment inside. Inside is a small vial filled with a luminous purple liquid.

Scotty feels no particular desire to worship Lolth.

After setting up for a little while, you all manage to construct a very workable campsite inside of the room you're in. The single entrance makes it very defensible and Drovic should easily be able to sit watch for the entire group.

You have barely had enough time to set up camp and eat when Scotty and Dr. Silver hear a sound coming from deeper in the museum, almost like an explosion.

Jamako stirs from where he lays huddled in the corner, groaning and grumbling. Nggh. Make it go away. We have choke at door if trouble finds us, not seek trouble til after my beauty nap. He grumbles again, rolling over and clutching his staff.

Drovic Trel |

Drovic goes outside and attaches ropes to the blockades against the three outside doors so that if the are pushed open the ropes shifting will give him a warning that something is outside. He then returns to his vigil.

Presumably the Doctor spends the last of his channel energies to heal everyone up before bed.
You all spend the night in your makeshift camp, while Drovic keeps his mildly threatening vigil. In the end, he decides to let you live for now. You wake up the next morning (you think, it's underground) sore from your battle but otherwise much refreshed.
Nothing came for you in the night. This location makes for a surprisingly good campground.

Ok people time to wake up it is a new day and if were lucky there is a rat thing to find and deal with.
Seeing Scotty move toward his bag he snarles
Scotty if you turn on that sunrod while I am still in the room you will never see the burning light of your damned sun again. Good I am going out to the main chamber to stand guard there. Scotty come with me, Jamako stay here and guard Dr. Silver so he can pray to The Beyond and renew himself while were outside.
Drovic steps into the main entrance and waits for Scotty to turn on the sun rod .
