"We should move quietly[/i[ and [i]carefully!" Lym repeats, and flashes Lucian a dangerous look. "Better to surprise them than that they get the drop on us! The house could be booby-trapped."

Rhianni helps Lym gain her posture once more as the air refreshes her breath. "Lucian could be right, anyone inside would have seen us entering the barn, but we will have to be careful to find any traps. Who is best skilled to see any traps or other dangers?"

"I urge a more cautious approach at least until it is obvious that we have been spotted." Says Tomaru. "That way if there are traps we have a chance to see them and if they haven't seen us, we can get them with surprise."

A group of ghouls stands huddled in corner of the house, facing the entrance when you open the door. One, in particular, stands out from the rest. Its eyes glow dimly, while its skin's hue is a dull grey. It points at you with clawed finger, grotesquely long, even for a ghoul. "Get them!" it screams.
Iinitiative:
Rhianni, Lucian, Praxim are first, then the ghouls, then everyone else.

Lym Blackhand |

"Lornica Magica me vela!" Lym chants, and raises her hands in an arcane gesture.
Lym casts Mage Armor for now. She's no good to anyone if she's paralyzed by ghoul claws. Fiery retribution of DOOM next round.

Rhianni Verdani |

Rhianni hearing the command uses her wand directing the powerful force of its magic to slam into the authoritative ghoul. "Let us hold them at the door" she says as she steps away, letting the powerful and strong take her place.
Magic Missile at the glowy eyes and dull grey skin. 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (2, 3) + 2 = 7 34 charges left.

Praxim activates smite evil on the glowing eyed guy, and whips off a pair of shots against it.
Arrow 1: 1d20 + 9 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 9 + 1 + 2 = 27

Rhianni takes small knob of butter into the palm of her hand, before speaking her words of arcane power. As she finishes she points at the floor inside the building leading tot he door and a black streak explodes from her index finger. A black slippery liquid covers the floor inside the building by the door.
Cast Grease: 10ft square inside the door, where the skeletons are exiting to attack. Reflex Save DC=16 or fall more details see spoiler. As I think the door is 5ft, the square to get out the door is the bottom square of a diamond of grease.
Knowledge(Religion) 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9 to know the skeletons strengths and weaknesses, if she knows enough she will tell Lucian to use a bludgeoning weapon for maximum effect, otherwise stay in full defense.
A grease spell covers a solid surface with a layer of slippery grease. Any creature in the area when the spell is cast must make a successful Reflex save or fall. A creature can walk within or through the area of grease at half normal speed with a DC 10 Acrobatics check. Failure means it can't move that round (and must then make a Reflex save or fall), while failure by 5 or more means it falls (see the Acrobatics skill for details). Creatures that do not move on their turn do not need to make this check and are not considered flat-footed.

"Everybody, get out of the way!" Lym shouts.
Provided those in Lym's way do as she said:
"Ignem Iubeo!" the Wizard chants, and she directs a cone of flame through the doorway and into the ghouls.
One Burning Hands for 4d4 ⇒ (1, 3, 4, 4) = 12 damage, Reflex save 15 for half.

Round 1
Lucian hits the first charging ghoul with his scimitar, but the ghoul still manages to bite into the Shoanti's flesh. (4 dmg, and make two Fort saves.
Tomaru blasts the undead group with positive energy, and the four nearest ghouls take the full effects of it.
Lym coats herself in an armor of force, while both of the town guards fire and fail to hit anything.
Round 2
Rhianni conjures a puddle of grease just inside the house. Two of ghouls get caught in it and slip and fall.
Praxim and Lucian are up.
The two closet ghouls are prone. The two farthest away remain undamaged.

Round 2
Lucian destroys the ghoul closest to him, while the next one stands to move, but falls again in the grease. The rest of the ghouls advance through the front the door and adjacent to Lucian and Rhianni, but the grease slows them down enough that they don't have the chance to attack.
The elite ghoul re-emerges from its hiding spot and heads for the door.
Tomaru begins casting a spell.
The guards continue to attack, one firing an arrow and missing. The other draws his sword closes in, stabbing one of the ghouls.
Lucian and Rhianni both get an AoO.
Lym, let me know if you still want to use Burning Hands here.

Lym spots the elite ghoul and raises her hands in a different casting. "Sagittae Magicae, omne errore vacuae!"
Darts of magic unerringly find the monster's flesh.
Magic Missile on the elite ghoul for 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (4, 1) + 2 = 7 damage! I might not be too much use with the melée, but I can snipe the baddies' apparent leader from a distance.

Praxim, aiming through the broken window, fires a couple arrows at the leader, smite evil still in effect.

Rhianni not holding a weapon is unable to take advantage of the opportunities to hit the ghouls as they walk by. She takes a small step back and pulls out her trusty leather whip, which she uses to wind around the feet of the ghoul in front of her. His footing is to strong, she almost sees a smile of evil lust for flesh appear on the ghouls face.

Round 3
Lucian finishes off another of the ghouls. To his left, a ghoul assaults one of Hemlock's men, slashing him across the chest with claws. The Sandpoint guard returns with a swing of his blade, and another undead falls.
Another of the pallid creatures makes it outside and comes after Lucian, but the Hound's defenses hold, while the third ghoul slips and crashes on greasy floor.
Inside the door, an elemental from the plane of earth appears next to the two remaining ghouls. Despite it size, the elemental delivers a massive blow that destroys yet another ghoul.
Outside, Tomaru invokes a blessing from Desna, inspiring his allies.
Lym's up, then it's round 4. There's one ghoul left, prone on the greasy section of the floor.

Lym sights on the ghoul's leader, and just slashes her hand through the air. Another dart of force punctures the undead's grey hide.
Lym uses one of her 7 daily uses of Force Missile on the leader. Automatic hit for 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 force damage. Saving my last Scorching Ray for surprises...

Rhianni waits until the warriors have removed the threat of the last ghoul.
If after Praxim and Lucian have tried to kill the ghoul it still stands, Rhianni will direct a charge from her wand of magic missile at it. 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (4, 1) + 2 = 7
