This area is pristine clean, no tracks of any kind or dirt for that matter. This would be a little disconcerting likely. The immediate area has no scent but there's a current or air lightly blowing in from each tunnel you could use scent at each entrance if desired.

If the design is like that of a sundial presumably there's a way the sun would effect this. There's also that it's black glass.

I think we're not getting the clues. I guess was can just pick a number randomly and go that way. Which 'number' did we come in through?
Thus far only 1 person has rolled a perception for clues and he got a 7... I guess I could lay it on heavier

Chailkou you happen to look up at the right time and see some faint light through the cracks there appears to be a door about 10 feet up, now how to get up there and move it you're not sure.

When you boost someone up and push on the trap door it actually has a bronze foldout ladder like an attic door but a bit studier.
You can perhaps keep him from crushing the ladder by using ropes muscle to reduce the weight but for him this is still a DC 15 acrobatics check.

I will wait somewhat impatiently for everyone to get up before i attempt to rise. While I am heavy, I also train to lift my full body weight. It's why im so ripped. :)

Chalkou climbs easily up the ladder, then turns to help the others as necessary.
You all manage to lift the Cantaur up a level then have a moment to take in your surroundings.
The first thing that hits you is the smell, there's a mix of decaying bodies and that stench is mixing with that of a barnyard type smell. A quick look about confirms you're in the Minotaur's refuse yard. There are dead bodies and cow patties about.
DC fort 14 to not be nauseated by the smell.

"Forward", the fawn says weakily as he begins to step deeper into the chamber.
The area mirrors the one below in that there's a large circle with 12 tunnels going in sundial radials. There's also a stone obelisk casting the shadow though it is presently night time but with a canopy of stars and a full moon.
There's a trench dug between 3-4 o'clock and an outhouse type area between 7-8 o'clock these are the sources of the smell.
