Incidentally, apologies for my recent silence as well. Nothing so life-altering as Nevai, but work this past week was pretty hectic; my wife and I also had a houseful of people over yesterday, and were spending every night cleaning and cooking. At least the weather cooperated so I could roast the poblanos and tomatillos outside on the grill, or the house would smell even more interesting....
I´ll be on a heavy work and traveling schedule the next 1.5 weeks, my posting might be influenced.

Sorry about the long delays lately, we're in the middle of moving and transitioning out of the military, so it's been *really* hectic!
Sounds like it! Good luck with the changes--my brother went through that a while ago, and ended up staying with our folks for most of a year. At the time he had three kids ranging in age from 8 to 13, so there was a lot going on.
We are hoping to avoid doing that too.
GM L, can you bot Erei? We could really use some inspiration around now--this is not going to be an easy fight.

Sorry guys, I've been sick this last week and barely making it out of bed. I'm reading up on all the posts I've missed now.

Life has taken a crazy, but exciting turn for me. I've recently launched a business that is doing exceedingly well, but requiring about 60-70 hours of work per week from me. Outside of work, I've made my family time a priority, and my time available to game (and honestly my desire to game) has dropped dramatically.
I've made the decision to retire from the games on these boards in which I'm a player, so that more deserving and focused players can have the opportunities. Best of luck to you all and have a fantastic time playing this game we love so much. I'll miss it, but believe I'm making the right decision for now.

That leaves us with four active characters: Marnarius, Nevai, Leto, and Almathea, plus Erei (who hasn't posted in over three months). Even without the bard we've got the main areas covered--divine and arcane magic, an adequate front-line fighter/locksmith, and a lethal ranged attacker. About the only thing Marnarius could really use, if we stick with four, would be a better AC, if he's going to survive tanking while Leto pincushions the enemies.
That said, a heavy fighter-type would not be a bad thing, to give Marnarius a flanking buddy when Nevai is occupied. Thoughts?
That sounds fine to me. While I'm happy to provide flanks (especially since it helps the 3/4 BAB), as the cleric you're right that I'm sometimes occupied with more pressing concerns.
Leto can flank as well, because him shooting doesn't provoke anymore.
Already can make use of AoO's and one magic armor away from a decent AC.
Perhaps later Nevai can provide magic vestment?
Yeah, probably around level 9+ I can start using magic vestment on people that need it, so it's not one of my top level spells. If many people want it, it might be worth getting some 3rd level pearls of power too.
I would totaly plan for buying you such a pearl!

I am, unfortunately, finding it very difficult to keep up with GM'ing this game. (As I'm sure you've all noticed.) Between a change in occupation, taking online classes at the same time, and working on several other projects, I'm finding less and less time to log on to this site. I think I can maintain playing in a few games, but I'm not sure I'll be able to keep running a game at the rate that you guys deserve.
You've been an *amazing* group. I couldn't have asked for more from you. I wish I could have given you more of the Adventure Path and finished it off with you all!
