The door is opened surprisingly gently by a tall, muscular half-orc. A series of carefully cut scars seem to get perilously close to his eyes. Regardless, his vision still appears to be good.

With a quiet, sonorous voice, he inquires, "What do people drink around here?"

"Whatever's tapped and is cheap," a burly Varisian tough replies from a long table. "If it kicks like a mule, then all the better."

With a quiet, sonorous voice, he inquires, "What do people drink around here?"

A plain-faced girl peering up into the upturned, empty wineglass she holds above her head replies, “Whatever you’re buying.”

Sitting with his back to the bar is a brightly dressed Varisian man with intricate tattoos covering his bronzed skin where it shows at the shoulders and hands. He wears a mask over his eyes and has a beaming smile.

"The Ale is passable, but the Wine leaves your tongue tingling!" he says with a flair

"Hey! No free drinks at my bar!" Ace yells as he pushes some guy away from trying to pilfer a bottle. "You all gotta pay like the rest cause Trotter raised the rent on this half of the mess hall! That halfling won't even let my band play here!"

The feral halfelf enters the lodge and spies Ace and Eadie. He bows with a nod and smile. Until he sees the expanded bar.

Hrmmm, since when did Trotter let this fine lodge become the watering hole for underemployed Pathfinders? Someone needs to talk to him about restoring a portion of honor and dignity back to this hall.

Well at least they evicted that know-it-all pig.

"Don't worry about Ace! He's drunk!" Boom giggles cheerfully. "As USUAL!!!"

Eadie scowls at Fendahl. Do I know him?

She taps Ace on the shoulder and jerks her thumb at the wild half-elf. “Hey, barkeep. Some of your patrons are gettin’ a little fresh …”

Then she realizes who the barman is … SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

“Ace of the Flesh Puppets!” The fighter exclaims breathlessly. “That concert. You did. Near the Glass River. I’ve made a pilgrimage to that place where it all began for you!”

Due the chair in the corner takes the voice of a man with short dark-red beard and green eyes:

"It's all very nice... But what's even nicer, now the man with the broad talents looking for a new adventure. Have something in mind?"

He smiles crookedly. Looks like he's been sitting here for a long and watches what happens in the room, although nobody paid attention when and how he entered.

Interested in any game that is available for a 1 level character with 2 XP.

I hear the ale here tastes like horse piss...Sound's like my kind of place. I saw GM Trex has an opening for Core game Wounded Wisp, can someone add me to that list please I'm posting from my phone and don't have internet just yet at my house.

"That is one group off to the Green Market, but I can't help feeling they might need backup. If there are six of you Classic folk who are looking for a mission, I've got a ship waiting for you."

Okay, sing out here! There were a couple of folk that expressed interest in a Classic table of The Green Market (level 5-9th). If there are at least four of you I'll run a second table in parallel. Don't assume because you PMed me, or posted in my core recruitment (or the The Fox's Classic recruitment) that I know you are still interested. Post here!

Hmmm, given the disposition of the party I could swap out for a straight 8 tank or barbarian. Otherwise a 4p/2wp and a 5p/3cl start to look a bit same same :P

A noble young man lays down his glass of wine and begins to lazily stand up. He stirs himself and yawns.

"Well, it looks like we have to go. Another thrilling adventure for the Baron." he says with a bored voice.

"Right, it looks like the boat is ready sooner than expected. Get off down south and help those Foxgloves!" says Amara Li.

An elven wizard strides into the barroom, looking down his nose at the drunken pathfinders around him.

"Well, I seem at a lose end. Apparently for some reason this is where the VCs come looking for talent..."

He looks at the notice board without seeing anything up at the moemnt and then orders a light elven mead from the bar. "I don't suppose you have a reading room with comfortable chairs as well do you?"

"Err, yeah," Kingsley replies in his deep voice, handing the elf his mead. "It's right behind you." He waves a meaty hand at the lounge and common hall that Ace built his bar in the middle of. "There's the library down the hall as well, if that's more to your liking. Careful with the drink there, though, lots of delicate tomes." The big man winks at the elf and turns back to washing glasses.

He then turns to the crowd gathered.

"I'm puttin' together a group to go to the capital city Tamran in Nirmathas! We got three folk ready to go already, just need two or three more! If you're interested, come over here by me and we'll get ready to set off!"

i only have a fresh startup character ready but am willing to risk it. if you have a free spot and are willing to have a level 1 in the party let me know. i'll happily join in.

The spots have filled, but a lvl 1 is too low for the module. It is a 3rd lvl scenario, so only 2nd, 3rd, and 4th level characters can play.

Another explosion rocks the training yard. Most know this to be common occurrence and don't even look up from whatever idle task occupies them in lieu of a mission.

Not sated with the first group, Boom storms cheerfully back into the Lodge and scoops up another gaggle of Pathfinders. Heaping them high across her back, limbs at all angles, she energetically storms right back out.

As she stomps through the muddy streets of Cassomir, she hums a merry tune. "Let's see if I've got all your names too!"

"Entora Dinnai! Ai-ai-ai!"
"Dolgrym! From the forest! Which forest?"
"Luke Parry! What kind of name is that?"
"Taaaaaaaaanariel!"

Down by the shore, Boom unceremoniously deposits her clutch of agents in a random rowboat. "Hee hee, we're going to Absalom!" She hops in and begins furiously rowing for the City at the Center of the World, some several dozen miles distant across the Inner Sea.
