Sorry, I was out yesterday afternoon for urgent care. On another note, I need to add Nevuda to the PDF, which I have not done yet, so I don't have updated stats handy.

Jark just barely misses another an as an arrow find its way into the thick back end of another. Angus casts a spell on Jark and Nevuda's swing misses as she positions herself with flank.

Seeing even more ants approaching from the distance angus will once again cast a full round spell

Feeling an evil creep into his wound and heal it, Jarkralzak turns to Angus.
"HOW DARE YOU!!"

Unable to extract himself from the ants, he turns his attention back to the insects, taking his anger out on them.

Don't forget to declare which ant you're attacking. If you attack the 'flanked' one, you get +2 bonus and sneak damage where applicable. If you focus on one, you set it up for flank next round.

Gritting his teeth, Jarkralzak strikes at another ant (AntD)

Round 4
Despite being gravely outnumbered, the two heroes work together to kill off another and, with the dwarf chopping off a leg first, and the samurai getting in the death blow. A chattering sounds comes from the creature as it gets squished.

The halfling comes to the mouth of the cave, leading the bear with food and gentle coaxing, as she suddenly sees what is going on.

Toriel shoots one of the ants between their eyes and its head explodes! Shallya begins to run towards the party after asking the bear to stay, politely. The bear begins to follow her. Jark slashes an ant in two, and Nevuda dices another one.

Three more move up and attempt to bite your legs. The larger and reaches over the smaller ones to attack the paladin.

I will most certainly use the 'Second Wind" ability as a swift action, regaining 3 (or 4 hp if we get to round up!) hp and a +2 to saves and AC!!

As the heroes fatigue, they miss their attacks. Jark roars, filling himself with courage (Second Wind)

The mindless ants continue to press their attack from all directions, threatening to overwhelm the heroes. The larger ant with wings attacks over the smaller ants in front.

Jark and Nevuda work together to surround the larger insect, slicking and stabbing the 5' tall ant several times before it falls. As it does, the smaller ants scatter, seemingly lost without the leader.

Angus smiles sheepishly. Well, that turned out well. It was a good thing that I was there to heal you two, yes? You looked overwhelmed and Shallya was no where to be found. He chuckles a bit. We won the day. Now I wonder...

Jarkralzak turns on Angus.

"How dare you foul my body with that filth! Who do you think you are subjecting me to such evil! Begone, before my wrath overwhelms my good judgement and I do something I will surely regret!"

Nevuda looks about the two looking entirely confounded as she slides her weapon into its sheath.

She leans up closely to Toriel and murmurs to her, "Did I miss something?"

Whoa...my friend, I was just helping. Did I not heal your wounds? Were you not nearly overcome with injury from those pests? Perhaps you're still filled with adrenaline from the fight, clouding your judgement. Perhaps some cool water...

He pulls out a bag of water and hands it to Jark.

Jarkralzak slaps the water away.

"You cast a spell upon me that attempted to change my very being! What sort of evil are you?"

He takes a step back, reading his shield and weapons.

Nevuda steps forward as she places her hand onto Jarkralzak's shoulder, holding him back. "Perhaps he is just confused." She states simply as she turns her gaze upon Angus.

She grasps ahold of the bindings to her cast as she unravels her previously unused hand, revealing a most disturbing sight to see. Whereas most beings would have the thumb of their left hand pointing towards the right, Nevuda's own left hand seems to have been placed on backwards, the digit extending from the left side of her palm in a twisted facsimile of normal anatomy. The removal of the sling also reveals a second hidden wakizashi which had been strapped to her chest the entire time. "Tell me, Angus. Do you understand what it is like to have the essence of evil imposed upon the flesh?" Nevuda states somberly as she examines her own hand, holding it up for display pointedly.
