LOL at the roleplay! :)
[The frogs jump into the water. You feel a warm energy coming from the miniature city / stalagmite --> you all gain a +2 insight bonus on a single check made to perform the aid another action in the next 24 hours.]

![]() |

Admiring the half naked man in front of her the Tian will state In my land, religious rituals are best performed as the gods see us. Would you like some company, Lorenzo?

![]() |

Ha! No I'm fine from the shore, She gestures at her hair and face, This all turns to paste if I go swimming.

![]() |

"Aww the frogs weren't hurting anything... they were just sh1tting in the city. I mean SITTING in the sh1tty... I mean SITTING in the CITY... Oh well.. could be sh1tting in the city too I suppose... that WOULD be bad. Never mind."

![]() |

Lorenzo then approachs the miniature city a little bit more and looks for a colored stone. Rapidly, he takes one and brings a finger to his mouth while he winks, reminding everybody not to comment on his action - "Really Kwannon? I must visit your lands then, I feel religious ceremonies in our Land sometimes are taking too seriously, it should be a celebration of the Divine and the Mundane, if you ask me. Anybody, feel free to join, the water is perfect"

GM PDK |

[Lorenzo: Sleight of Hand and Bluff, please, with a +2 bonus on each; everyone else make Perception with a -6 penalty, except Ella and Patros, which are both at -8 Perception]

![]() |

perc: 1d20 + 1 - 6 ⇒ (9) + 1 - 6 = 4

![]() |

Sorry, forgot the roll
Bluff: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Sleight of Hand: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
After Patros comment, Lorenzo's grin dissapears into a serious face, maybe even guilt.
-"You are right Patros, apologies, I tend to get too easily distracted." - taking the piece of paper where he wrote the information about the rituals, he folds it and leave it in the centre of the miniature city - "I finish already, this rituals will help us... and hopefully Janira too."
While he dons his armor back, his stoic face seems to change to his lovely grin... he doesn't seem to worry about things for too long...

![]() |

We should be on our way. she says.

GM PDK |

Everyone sees that Lorenzo attempts to pocket a colored stone from the miniature city, only to see him fumble, half-naked, as the stone slips from his grasp and lands into a loud *SPLOOSH!* into the cavern's pool... Lorenzo also slips and falls in the water... [perhaps even hiding his blushing shame! LOL]

GM PDK |

[Lorenzo: I don't think you deciphered the Scholar ritual; Patros/Ella: are you going to do the ritual or just move on as requested by Kwannon?]

![]() |

Ella's ready to move on.
Strange that the rituals still have power so long after Aroden's death, but the blessings of a god like that aren't really to my taste

![]() |

ready to move on when everyone else is

![]() |

The Tian woman breaks out in a fit of laughter as the paladin so clumsily falls into the water and drops his prize.

![]() |

"Err... it was all part of the ritual?" - says Lorenzo half laughing while donning his armor and trying to hide his shame.
Sorry, I did not get the Schollar part and assumed we all shared the information like we do with the knowledge checks...

![]() |

She was too busy admiring the goods.

GM PDK |

[yes consider the ritual a success as no one commented :) lol! I'll give you the scholar one as well as I assume Ella and Patros shared with everyone - check upthread for the effect, which lasts 24 hours]
My next post will be Sunday night or Monday folks. The old gillman tells you that a horrible necromancer lies to the southeast i.e. bottom right of the map and that he's been turning his tribe into undead... he'd love it if you deal with him and stop the carnage!

![]() |

"Oooh, a necromancer!... What's that? I assume it's evil since it turns nice gillmen into undead and Lorenzo is going on about evil infestations. Sounds like a job for Pathfinders! Let's go kill it!"

![]() |

A necromancer's not exactly my preferred kind of challenge, but hey, any friend of the Pathfinders right?

GM PDK |

The cave’s damp air becomes increasingly stale as you continue down through this tunnel, and as you approach this area, the stench of decay grows increasingly evident.
The passage turns to the east and opens into a small cavern littered with bits of broken glass, rotting pieces of paper, and other unusable detritus. The body of a male dhampir lies facedown toward the back of the cavern.
Also disturbing is the sight of 2 skeletons and 2 zombies...
Callus: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10
Ella: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Flavias: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Imojin: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Kwannon: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Lorenzo: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Patros: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Skeletons: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
Zombies: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (4) + 0 = 4
Order:
Surprise:
Imojin and Whiskers
Round 1:
Patros
Kwannon
Skeletons
Imojin and Whiskers
Ella
Callus
Flavias
Lorenzo
Zombies
-->Imojin/Whiskers, Patros and Kwannon you're up (the enemies are all still flat-footed at this point)

![]() |

Moving ahead the magus will cast disrupt undead on the skeleton beneath her
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13 RTA
1d6 ⇒ 1

GM PDK |

[Kwannon misses, due to cover from stalagmite]
-->Imojin/Whiskers and Patros: you're up!

![]() |

Imojin moves past Kwannon and readies to attack the northernmost zombie. not really a readied attack, just her preparing for next round

![]() |

Patros rushes forward and swings at the skeleton in the corner of the room.
move 20ft straight forward and attack...dont think i can move draw my morningstar and attack....if i can i will use morningstar over longsword
attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 231d8 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

GM PDK |

Patros draws his morningstar as he moves to the front row, and crushes the skeleton to pieces. The other skeleton moves past the slow-moving zombie to attack whiskers:
Skeleton claw vs. Whiskers: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 for 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6 damage.
Round 1:
Patros
Kwannon
Skeletons
Imojin and Whiskers
Ella
Callus
Flavias
Lorenzo
Zombies
-->Imojin/Whiskers, Ella, Callus, Flavias and Lorenzo: you're up! (the zombies are still flat-footed at this point)

![]() |

Flavias slips forward past Kwannon, stares down the skeleton with a helmet north of Imojin and lets loose an arrow.
Deadeye+Precise Shot: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 2 + 1 = 11
damage: 1d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 1 = 5
Assuming the 11 is a miss, the first time somebody hits that skeleton this round, they do 1 extra damage.

![]() |

Ella leaps into the fray, lunging to skewer a skeleton, and piercing it right through the heart! She then sighs.
Not a lot of organs to target here, have to go for joints.
Rapier: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Piercing Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Parry: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Riposte: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Piercing Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

![]() |

Callus moves up and throws the vial of holy water taken from Janira's pack.
GM PDK, if I can't throw at the skeletons by Imojin, skip this attack. Please add whatever cover penalties.
I'm also assuming that Holy Water splash won't affect Imojin and Whiskers. Imojin, let me know if this is not the case and I can abort the action.
Attack (Holy Water, Point-Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Touch, Aiming for Skeleton closest to U2 on map): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Damage: 2d4 + 5 ⇒ (2, 2) + 5 = 9
Splash is 7 points, DC 14 Reflex

![]() |

Imojin attacks the zombie, and tries to get Whiskers to attack too if he will.
to hit with longsword: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
dmg if hits: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
handle animal: 1d20 + 10 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 10 + 4 = 24

"Whiskers" |

If that was enough to get him to attack, he bites!
to hit: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
dmg if hits: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

"Whiskers" |

ignore this post... paizo wouldn't let me delete a duplicate post, so I edited it instead

GM PDK |

Flavias: miss
Ella: that skeleton was already dead - do you wish to move one more square over the dead skeleton to attack the south zombie using same rolls and damage?
Callus: you can't target the north targets due to wall which extends into the square east of you but you can target the south zombie - yes?
Imojin/Whiskers: both attack land on the zombie despite his cover! he's still standing though, hanging by a thread!! (literally)
[I will wait for Callus and Ella a few hours before posting the zombies' actions]

![]() |

Sure, works for me, not like 5 piercing is doing much to a skeleton or zombie :p

![]() |

Soooo sorry guys, was without any internet connection, hmmm, it looks is a bit too crowded though...
Lorenzo moves as near as he can, and gets stuck on the little corridor, not being able to move pass his fellow adventurers.

GM PDK |

South Zombie on Ella: Slam: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 for 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 (MISS!)
North Zombie on Whiskers: Slam with Cover: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 - 4 = 6 for 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 (MISS!)
-->Patros, Kwannon: you're up!

![]() |

Patros steps to the side and then makes his way through the debris on the floor to the zombie. He swings hus morningstar at it with anger.
Goodbye, foul creature!attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 111d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

![]() |

Can she move there and cast disrupt undead?
Just in case she can
RTA 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
1d6 ⇒ 5

![]() |

If she can only do the one she will move to get out of the way so that others can get through
