Ace carries his girlfriend, and gently places her down on the bed in the secure ward room.

He looks to Phaez, fighting back tears ::"I don't think I'm going to be much help here. I'm trusting you Phaezeriel, with not only Ginni's life, but everything that makes her who she is. Please don't let me down.":: He sends to the healer, practically pleading with him.

He then grips his staff tight and says aloud "I'm going to track down the bastard who did this." He then teleports to his room.

Setting out a meditation mat, he focuses his mind, silently praying to The Traveler. Switching Focuses to Divine and Psychic.

He then casts a spell, trying to determine the next best course of action Divination. GM running the mystery murder plot(I believe Damni?) please PM me and I will ask.

Nurse Dzevizzen clicked his mandibles impatiently as he headed for the teleportation room in response to an urgent message from one of the Professors Sunwake. It was hard to tell them apart. They all looked human to him and though he would never say it aloud, he still couldn't tell one human from another. They just all looked so squishy. No wonder they got hurt so easily.

"So the most expedient thing would be to kill the wrong Vai or get her to return to her own timeline, correct?" he ponders this for a few seconds. "Anything you can do to ease things for Ephebe would be appreciated, as always." He bows...then:

"Baths are usually relaxing because of the effect the hot water has on muscle tissue. The duck represents an item of comfort or a toy that children will bring into the bath with them to keep them occupied, though any object you enjoy that is water proof would suffice.
Also, I looked into dancing, as you asked. Mortals dance as a form of entertainment to pass time. They either have pre-defined manners in which to time their movements to certain rythyms, or will do so randomly. I believe those that do it randomly simply do not know any of the pre-defined movement routines, or simply have poor coordinative motor skills. This can be embarrassing to witness.
Other types of dancing involve ritualistic somatic movements for invoking spiritual powers. I only mention this one to be thorough."

Male Aasimar (Muse-Touched)

For that last sentence, Jacob loses much of his timidity and looks Jiminy straight in the eyes.

Much easier if you just post your action and question, per the Divination spell, here in game play, me thinks. Not sure why you'd want to go to PMs. Additionally, I don't know this deity you're talking about (not that it's relevant to a fourth level spell IMHO.), but if you have an URL of it's write up, I'm sure that'd help.

Upon spying a strange mantis being standing before him he steps forward and bows, using his right hand he takes one of the mantis' sickle limbs and brings it to his lips, giving it the light kiss that is a customary greeting in his clan.

"Fondest greetings, Mamzel." He says, using the honorific normally reserved for noble women. "Is this fine place Avalon?"

Suddenly his cheeks color as something occurs to him.

"Uh, If you are not a Mamzel forgive me, sometimes I cannot tell the gender of other species I meet. I hope you do not think me a specist."

"It's not a what, but a Who. I won't say her name out loud, but she is the Queen of the Winter court of Fey. The Unseelie Court. Does this mean anything?" He looks for a hint of understanding. "Granted I didn't know as much a year ago as I do now, as someone became one I hold dear, and I had to know everything about her..." he says with a warm smile toward Nala. "So, I know there are books in the library if you are interested in learning more. Suffice to say, The Queen of Winter is a being of deific power, closer to a god than an Emperor."

Jessa's face registers a blank expression for a moment, then her eyes go wide and her voice is very quiet, "She is real? My mother used to scare me with stories of the evil queen of the fairies. She would tell me to be good or else evil Queen M-" A look of horror and sadness passes across her face as the name of the Winter Queen died in her mouth, and her voice dies to barely more than a whisper, "If she is truly real, then is it truly bad to say her name? I mean can saying it bring bad things upon those who say it?" Then her eyes snap to Nala, "She is your Mother?!"

"It's said saying her name might make her aware of you...not something we want, really. So why take the risk?"

"Yes. She is all too real and she is my mother. Let's just say that my childhood was magical, in all the worst senses possible. I have a few lingering issues. I doubt that saying her name will do anything bad to you. Ryuzo is just being cautious because we don't want her to find me. But whatever stories you heard, they weren't even close to the reality. Just...never assume that because Winter is cruel that means Summer is kind. The fey can be dangerous no matter what Court they serve. Caution and respect is always the best policy when dealing with them," Nala's voice remains calm as she speaks, but frost patterns form around her feet every time she takes a step, a sure sign of stress and not an uncommon reaction to talking about her mother.

Aananda sat in the small side hallway in the infirmary and tried to cry quietly as she waited for Tamrin. She just felt so helpless.

Tam comes to a halt in the Infirmary entrance. Looking around, he spies Aananda in the side hallway and goes over to her.

Kneeling down in front of her, he takes her hands in his and tries to put on the bravest smile he can for her.

"Hey."

Aananda sniffles and brushes away tears. She tries to smile back at him, even if it is a bit watery and lopsided.

"Hey," she said hoarsely, and then her lip starts to quiver as she tries to hold back a fresh flood of tears.

"I don't know what to do," she whispered, leaning her head on his shoulder as the tears started again.
