Maybe he's busy... oh. Wait. Who's this?

The person Maya opens the door to is an amalgam of feline and humanoid features. It has pointed catlike ears that stand above the top of its head, tinted a light blue. Around the ears is a crop of jet black hair stood up in a messy fauxhawk with a streak each of teal, royal blue and purple. It has large-ish eyes that are mostly human with icy blue irises and a slitted catlike pupil. A short muzzle protrudes where a nose and mouth would be for a human with short whiskers on the sides of it and a blue cat type nose. It has a few more long whiskers from its upper cheeks. From the space between its eyes to down its neck is white with the rest of his head being black furred. It wears a white T-shirt and its arms are black with white fur gloved hands. It also wears a pair of loose jeans from which a long black tail protrudes with a cap of white. It has white cat type paws for feet with no shoes on. It is short, about dwarf size and has a thin physique.
There is a black folded table with some kind of wringer attachment leaned up against its leg and a basket of materials and other sewing supplies on the ground next to it. If you look closely there is a hedgehog curled up in the fabrics.
He pulls a closed smile as Maya opens the door.
"Uh. Hello there. The arrows said Tryko'Sam was here? I had my supplies with me and I remember he wanted some new clothes the other day. Is he here?"
He speaks in a voice that sounds a little like early teenage years, beginning to be deep but still a bit squeaky.

Looking up and over from one of the lounging couch chairs, Tryko'Sam waves at Tybalt and says, "Yo. Uh-- Tybalt, right? We're supposed to be working on some memory recovery thing, but -- come on in. Do you know everyone here? Maybe not Maya. Maya, Tybalt, frosty catman."

Maya smiles at Tybalt and steps back, motioning into the English styled room, which classes horribly with the hallway outside.

"Come right on in, Tybalt. We're in the midst of some thoughtful discussions but I do not see how you would be interrupting."

That said, she waits for Tybalt to walk in, and if she does, shuts the door and returns to her single seated chair, closing her eyes and concentrating again. "Don't mind me, gentlemen, I'm merely reviewing my options here. I'm still listening."

Tryko'Sam nods and seems to smile and motions to a seat. "Pull up a seat. I might not completely remember our conversation -- but I do recall talking with you before, so that's good. How are you?"

He's in tattered clothing himself, torn and ripped, not to mention bloody and all that. If he gets looked at, he smirks.

"It's a new look-- Ravaged by Bugmen. Whatcha think?" He chuckles.

"Hello. Good to meet you."
He nods a short bow to Maya.
He pads into the room with basket in hand and table under his arm.

He unfolds the table and sets the basket on it.
"I've been better, but my problems seem small by comparison if how you look is any indication. Heh."
He takes out his pincushion fish and other needles and scissors(he pronounces it skizzers, not that you'd know that) and things.
"I /think/ that I came here just in time. Fairy godcat is here to help."
He takes out the yellow tape with unintelligible language on it.
"Is it OK if I let this measure you? It moves on its own. It just seems to be a better option than me doing it. Everyone always thinks that I want to feel them up..." he says with an annoyed smirk. :/

I most certainly have not imposed my abilities on anyone who didn't agree to anything. Scan me for what, though? I can see that your manner isn't one of polite requests, is this an inquisition?" He looks over at Miss Jones.

There's a continued confident look on his face, but he certainly doesn't come off as anything more than ..well, confident.

Neither of the Professors would recognize his physical appearance from any of the classes, though, depending on their memories, he does bare some familiarity to another student.

His name certainly isn't in the records as was given by Rena, or himself to her.

Aananda sighed. "Well, it would seem you are aware of more of the details than we are. And your sense of not imposing is...lacking. At least one that you affected did not realize what she was agreeing to. So, you are going to tell us everyone who you used your abilities on, and how you came to make this bargain, and everything you know about the demon you made it with. And no, it's not a request, Shaypeer or whatever your real name is."

She hit a button on her wristband. "Restrain Shaypeer, but allow him enough freedom of movement to speak."

The Lycan sniffs the air, trying to tell if Shaypeer smells unnatural or not. 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (17) + 29 = 46 Perception

Shaypeer is 'restrained' -- assuming the same nanobot activity from before, and thus gets imprisoned as Tryko'Sam had been previously.

So far as Silinrul can tell, his perceptions don't help detect anything unnatural, it's a normal male in his teens. Wrapped up in this 'solid goo' doesn't help too much either.

"Well, this is a pity, such diplomacy. Go on then, force me to share what I was giving away freely now that you have me all tied up, Professors. 'Clearly' you have the upper hand here in your own domain, this school for higher learning. I'm marveling at the education process by the way as well as the gestures of peace and kindness. Or perhaps the clawed fellow there and the girl might want a turn or two rending me up to start things up, in their righteousness?"

Shaypeer still remains confident, not really phased by all this, but clearly cannot physically move. Thankfully, he doesn't appear to alter or change as Rena did earlier in case anyone was worried.

Laughing a moment at Tybalt's comment, Tryko'Sam merely says, "If you were a girl, I'd welcome it! If it just does it on it's own, that's creepy, but okay. Before we go into this though -- seriously, I don't think I'm the best person to gift with clothing, they tend to get trashed a lot. I'm looking into it though. Magic might be the answer-- if I were savvy enough with it." He grins though and stands up for Tybalt, arms out in a t-position.

"What's your woes, catman? S~~+ I'm going through, it's just my typical day, honestly... I've had much worse. Trust me on that one."

He'll stand there and get measured, going back to sit down once the tape finishes.

Tryko'Sam's comment on being a girl garners an "I'm working on it" Tybalt mumbles quietly
Notice it or not. Up to you. :)
He sets the tape on the ground and it slithers over to Tryko'Sam and climbs up him and starts working. It tickles if you're one prone to such things.
"I have some magic things in the que to finish right now, but working on self mending clothes wouldn't be so hard. Right now we just need to get you into something... not about to fall off."
He holds up a couple swathes of fabric for Tryko'Sam to look at.
"As for my problems, it's a love life thing. I made a confession to someone and I don't know what h-...they are going to say..."
He stops himself before finishing "he" not knowing if Tryko'Sam would support his newfound attractions...
He quickly goes back to straightening and organizing the fabrics, hoping he didn't catch his slip up.

"Do remember that I am the head of Security, boy," she said coldly. "You've admitted to knowingly working with a demon who has been feeding off of students at this school without their knowledge or consent. Unless Miss Jones finds ample evidence that you have been coerced, your stay at this school will be ending in the very near future. There are a great many things I can forgive. But not everything. You have no reason to fear. You will not be harmed while in my custody. Which means that you are safe as long as you remain within the confines of Avalon. But you will not be left free to do more harm than you already have." She ignored his comments and addressed his concerns in an almost bored tone. She had been down this road before. It was never pleasant. it almost always traveled the same path. It's like it came with a pre-written script. The same accusations, as if they somehow mitigated the offense. It was rare to have someone own up to their own misdeeds, even rarer to find out why they truly believed their actions were necessary. Those were the ones who could be helped. The ones who only wanted to avoid blame were lost causes.

"So let's start with that list."

Nurse Julie was standing by the door when Arthur arrives.

Oh dear another friend, I had no idea she was so popular. She is doing fine sir. apparently there is some mental block preventing her from regaining consciousness. but we are working hard to help her. Nurse Julie informs him as he enters, in her soft yet soothing timid voice.

"Mithros, no," she said, wishing there were something she could do because she hated knowing that she had caused him pain. He had been an ass to her, but he'd also helped her rescue Ardiente no questions asked, no hesitation to defy his parents to do it. "This...it's not about you not being worthy. It's...there's not that much logic to it. And I forgave you for all of that. I just...fell for someone else. I'm sorry I can't return your feelings. But I already have someone I like. And I didn't want you to find out secondhand. You deserved to hear it from me, that I'm going out with Ardiente now. I hope....I hope someday we can at least be friends. I'll understand if you want to avoid being around me for a while."

"I'll let you get back to your system checks now. I...I think I'm better at design and stuff than piloting, but I'll keep learning. The more people who know how to fly a shuttle the better, right?"

She turned to go, feeling like everything she said was totally inadequate, but not sure what else she could possibly do.

He sighs. He gets up and walks over to her.
"I know it's not about worthiness, Raelle. You have done nothing wrong.
Why would you like me? Has my behavior up till a few days ago given you any reason to think of me in any way other than a giant spoiled a!#*##*?
Who would be attracted to that!?
Anyway, Ardiente is a good guy. You could do a lot worse, and I really do want you to be happy. I'm just disappointed it most likely won't ever be with me, and that's my hang up, not yours. You won't have to walk on eggshells around me. I think we can be friends, I'd like to make up for all of the time I was a jerk to you. But, don't be surprised if I decline on double date offers or any of that stuff."
A smile briefly appears...
"Besides you won't be rid of me that easily. If Ardie messes up, I'll be here."
In all seriousness again...
"Think we all need to talk, anyways. I want to make sure at Avalon, at the very least, that any or all of this racial purity b$+!!!** amongst Firebirds is put to rest. We need to be united now more than ever.

Tryko'Sam doesn't appear ticklish, in the least.

He doesn't let off whether or not he heard Tybalt, moving to sit down again in the chair as before. A brief glance to Maya and Vare, then back to Tybalt, he says, "Hey-- if you were bold and expressed yourself, then learn patience, or go distract yourself like you're doing. If they ain't got the balls to speak to you right away, it wasn't meant to be. Without a spark-- there's no point, in my humble opinion. But, I'm an impatient punk sometimes. You either feel love, or lust. Hopefully it's love though, cause lust is boring on it's own. I'm sure Maya here might have better things to say to that, if she wasn't trying to concentrate on helping restore my memories."

He grins at Maya, teasingly, then he flashes a smile at Tybalt, apparently that was his encouragement.

Beyond that you are free to choose any you wish, and even select a free period for one of the classes."

The Scribe slides a list of available classes across the desk as well, for Archimedes to look over. "Here is a small packet for you as well. This contains a student guidebook which has the school rules, as well as a map of the school. You'll find the school is mutable, and shifts to match the needs of it's occupants, so the map is self-updating."

"Now, do you have any questions?"

Rena was watching Shaypeer warily. She had agreed to him changing her, that much was true. But she hadn't agreed to be... whatever else he had done to her. The giant snake thing doesn't say anything, not wishing to respond to Asha with a potential threat in the room. Those who are perceptive enough will note that Rena has moved a considerable amount of bulk to be direct in between Shaypeer and Asha, obviously protective of the Firebird.

"I'll cross-check your claims with the security footage to be certain that you're telling the truth. And I am quite familiar with reality bending. My son is quite adept at it. Which is how I know it always comes at a price. James uses himself as the leverage to make things happen. When he overdoes it he falls unconscious and can take days to recover if what he did was difficult. I wonder what price you pay for using these abilities."

"My apologies if I have jumped to the wrong conclusion, but you have been employing magic that is of a demonic origin and are aware of the demon that is feeding off students emotions. That is not common knowledge. Demons aren't like devils, Shaypeer or whatever your real name is. You don't need to have a signed contract to have made a deal with a demon. And the terms are never fair. I have a particular hatred of demons, I'll admit. But then, I hardly expect you to know my history. Still, it was very nearly your history too. Agartha would be a very different place if the time demon had taken it over as she wished. So don't talk to me in self-righteous tones of how you haven't done anything wrong. You don't even understand yet what you're playing with."

"And you harmed at least four people already. Just with one transformation that came with more than a few catches."

Engineering is offered, Polarms would be under Heavy Blades, and Tactics is fine. There is no specific class for Leadership. It's considered something that's learned by doing. Might suggest Philosophy as an alternate.

philosophy is fine. :)

Still immobilized, Shaypeer says, confidently, "I assure you, nothing I directly did, was the cause of anyone's so called harm. You, besides yourself, is accusing me here? As for the demon eating people's emotions, I do not know its name, but..." He proceeds to describe Settro.

"Perhaps he should be held accountable for why you've imprisoned me? He's the one who's been feeding on emotions I am aware of. Did I try to run? Have I done anything to demonstrate guilt or acknowledged my involvement in whatever plot you are seeking to unravel? No. Because /I/ have done nothing to cause harm, save help a creature that wished to be physically human, by her own /choice/. Therefore, until I'm treated with the same basic respect of any of your students, even if that means waiting for your security footage to be reviewed, why am I being displayed like this in front of people who don't know me? I've heard about the others here... Ehos, the cad with a voice of death. The girls giggle and whisper about his antics in the halls after he walks by. Jaiye, the Lycan. Not much there I know, save for her gruffness-- and perhaps a suitor or family member with his claws out trying to appear threatening. Good show, sir, you do your race and family proud. I'm uncertain who the girl near Rena is, but, I can only assume a new found friend, perhaps indirectly due to my effort with Rena's change, yet no thank you yet, for the assistance. So easy is it to find a scapegoat and put the blame on another, isn't it? That makes your own choices so easily absolved without responsibility. My dog ate my homework, anyone? Oh, that Shaypeer person is the cause of my choices in life. Hmph. Everyone knows Ms. Jones, and fears her, I presume. I certainly know little about her."

There's a certain hint of anger in his voice, but, he does appear rather restrained at his current situation and accusations. Not a hint of fear in him visible.

"I'm just trying not to work myself up about it and keep busy. Just hoping for the best and if not, maybe they'll reconsider after a while. I don't think it's just lust. I mean, I feel the attraction and I would like to be close to them and... do things... but it isn't just that. I can't really explain it. I just kinda feel good around them. And safe."
He reaches down and let's the tape slither up his arm and starts looking at glowing symbols that appeared on the blank side, some kind of letters. They look almost Japanese and look almost like scratches with all the characters being long and straight.
"Pick one of these for shirt and one for pants. I can swap around patterns and feel as you like if something isn't quite perfect."
He offers Tryko'Sam a 3×3×1½"book" of fabric samples with two ring clips through to keep it together.
"Oh. I forgot to tell you. When we went on a trip to help a friend of ours, we found some rabbits that were like Carl, so I got to let him go. I'm kinda gonna miss him."
He goes back to looking over the measurements the tape came back with.
"So, what happened that you don't remember stuff? And how much are you missing? Was it magic or did you just knock yourself out or something?"

Glancing back at Tybalt from where he's sitting, Tryko'Sam says, "Feels good and ...safe? Okay. So you want to be protected?" He looks thoughtful on that topic for a few moments. "Why are you using the word 'them'? Is it more than one person? That's a nightmare, as far as I can recall. Hey--" he glances over at Maya who's still concentrating. "If this brain damage happens a /lot/, what's the plan again?"

Maya says while keeping her eyes closed, "While you are robust, and your personality changed ...occasionally, it was required we restore your memories due to physical damage. Our understanding of memories never relied on ...esoteric methods. Just scientific. Thus, we occasionally stored copies of your memories and personality, and updated you. You tended to hate the process, due to it requiring a mentalist to manage-- which you seem universally to distrust, except for that one." Her tone is crisp and polite, but someone really perceptive and sensing of motives would detect a hint of jealousy or something there. Perhaps disapproval.

"Alright. Works for me. I should wear a helmet. Brain damage, makes you forget things-- don't forget that, Tybalt. Avoid it when you can."

He grins after that.

"I'm kinda fragile compared to most guys, so ya. I guess. And it's not that it's a them. It's that its a him.... that's one of the things I'm worried about..."
He continues his straightening of his tools and supplies, clearly uncomfortable with where this conversation could go.
He produces something that looks like a glass egg shaped paperweight.
"Could you use this? It's science or something. Johnny gave it to me and it holds my memories when I connect it to the mind thing he gave me when I fell really far and got hurt."
He offers it to Maya or Tryko'Sam if Maya doesn't take it.
"Do you mind if I render a sewing machine? Goes a lot faster."

"Hello Tybalt. Yes, the new robes are quite nice. Thank you again." Vare had said when Tybalt first arrived, but had fallen into a quiet thoughtfulness, his eyes finally coming to rest on a blank space in the room - nothing there to look at. Staring off into space. He does seem somewhat absent-minded. Maybe there's too much going on upstairs, or perhaps his unique Sight keeps him from ever truly connecting with the world around him.

He doesn't seem to hear most of the conversation, or if he does he doesn't involve himself. He does mutter occasionally, and looks about. Vare usually used Rena as a sounding board for his ideas, and she wasn't here right now.

"Tryko'Sam." he says, cutting into the conversation with a distinct lack of social grace, himself almost seeming to snap out of his reverie. "Or rather, Maya. Is there some way I can assist you? Rena seems to care greatly for Tryko'Sam's continued friendship, which I imagine would include the preservation of his... Self." the way Vare says 'self' seems to indicate that he does not mean his physical body, but rather that which comprises a person - experiences and personality.

"And what about making me some sort of psychic conduit?! When did I choose that?!" Rena snaps back at Shaypeer, baring her teeth and snarling slightly, her voice briefly losing it's silken quality. "Don't act self-righteous and feign ignorance. You said you have pride what you did. Yes, the body you gave me was wonderful, and I experience many joyful things with it, but it also caused that elf boy distress through an aspect of it which you /never/ mentioned. So you are either stupid and do not know the fullness of your abilities in which you take such pride, or you are malicious and uncaring if you hurt others. Which is it?!"

Despite her anger and tenseness in that moment, Asha never feels Rena's coils tighten around her, though she in still protectively kept by the long, feathered body.

Ehos' eyes had opened when he had heard his name spoken, glancing over at the held boy while Miss Jones worked. He knew if he had just kept it in his damn pants, none of this wouldn't happened. A little sick with guilt, Ehos closes his eyes again, though this time mostly to push back the tears that were forming.

Midori enters the shower room and looks around, slightly confused. There were showers here.. but where were the baths? After a few minutes of walking around looking somewhat confused, she remembers that this was a different culture. Maybe they didn't have a bath after cleansing. Somewhat disappointed, Midori eventually does manage a simple shower, changing into a fresh uniform she had brought with her.

Feeling at least a little better, Midori still takes a moment after all is said and done to decide what to do next. Go and see Ignace-chan? Find Zilla-chan and hope she didn't hate her?

The chill in the air is slowly creeping back in. Yrrin can tell that, while he has momentarily driven the spirits away with his cleansing fire, they will return. The longer the group tarries here, the more likely the unrestful spirits will have another chance to inflict their pain on the living.

This is the first time the youth has ever misspoke since you have met him, he seems set in his ways but slowly changing his mind.

Phone post, pardon the poor formatting.

Opening one eye to peek out at Tybalt, Tryko'Sam and Vare, Maya simply says, "I wish I had better advice, young er.. Man, but I'm missing tons of details that are not relevant now, after the fact. Typically, though, my advice is to know yourself before commuting to any lengthy proposition. Sometimes being confident is more vital then living with uncertainty."

She gives a brief smile then while closing her eye replies to Vare, "Is there a specific ... Spell, or technique to become a spirit of one's self? If we can do that, I believe Tryko'Sam's woes are complete. Just a quick change, grab his soul memories, and huzzah, transfer back once done. Does that make sense?"

Tryko'Sam smirk, "I'd prefer not to stay a spirit, mind you. I like being physical... If it even works."

At this point, a door chimes to the side, opens and a male human, older, rolls in a cart with various tailoring tools and materials, strings and such, pins, needles, and a sophisticated high end electrical sewing machine which will fulfill Tybalt's requirements.

The gentleman merely says, "Do ring if more is required, sir." Then he looks briefly around, and heads out from where he arrived.

As midori sits contemplating what to do next the shower area is eerily silent, she is by herself which is probably what she wanted.

but in that silence she can now pick out a new sound that she was not expecting. She thinks she can hear the very faint sounds of a battle going on in one of the sim rooms nearby.

though this is probably not unexpected what was unexpected was what she thinks she heard.

"Lang are you alright?" in an ever so soft and muffled voice. though she cannot immediately recognize who's voice it was, as it was muffled by the walls and the distance. Could she have heard this or was her mind just playing tricks on her. Lang and Hew were on her mind recently...

"Thanks. I guess I'm just going to have to live with whatever happens. I'm not entirely sure if I'm more scared of him saying no or him saying yes. I should've thought this through more, but I hardly understand it as is, let alone if I try and put logic behind any if this..."
He quietly pads across the floor and sets it next to Maya.
"You can try that if you like. I don't know how to use it and probably won't."
He pads back as the man comes in with the cart.
"Oh. Thank you."
He checks the cart over with interest.
"How did you do that without talking? Is this stuff real if I take it out of here? Clothes made of fake stuff don't end well... not that it seems that much of any clothing ends well on you, Sammy."
He tries to copy Tryko'Sam's brand of comedy, complete with a smile like the one he makes when he makes a joke.
Tybalt has been avoiding floating or teleporting while in the room, as Tryko'Sam doesn't seemto enjoy aanything of magical nature.

"I am glad you stopped by. Fly well!"

"I am too," she said, smiling. "And watch out for lightning. There's a design flaw in the landing gear system. Ours was damaged by lightning on the trip up and it nearly caused the coolant system to go boom. Mel caught it in time, but she got hurt pretty bad. Igni took her to the infirmary. The lines have to be moved...there's a simple retrofit, but no time to install it today. So, just make sure you double check the landing gear for safety."

Aananda had been about to speak in anger, but Rena's outburst interrupted her. She took a deep breath.

"Send a reminder to the Transmutation Professor to make sure to always gain permission before eating emotions. He's apparently getting a bit of a reputation among the students," she said, leaving herself a reminder for a task to do later.

She looked back up at Shaypeer waiting to hear his response to Rena's words before she spoke. Besides, it gave her time to get her temper under control. The boy was downright stupid with arrogance and even if he weren't had no way to know that he was bringing up so many unpleasant reminders of the past.

She walked in the front doors and looked around. It was pretty much how she remembered it. But it was strange to walk in the front doors. She was used to sneaking in places. She shrugged and headed for the Headmaster's office.

Janie was jamming out in one of the music practice rooms, losing herself in the rhythms of the drums. Here things made sense. Just her and the beat. No crazy people running around blowing stuff up. For a place that was supposed to be safe, there seemed to be an awful lot of attacks here at the school.

Also, if I could please have a quick recap of who is where. Settro is grappling one of the people who have gone crazy. Dom was trying to get away from an old woman. And I don't remember exactly where Prof Yrrum or Dave or Tyrrin were in the combat.

Recap of Dom's actions. He gains the attention of the old lady by wrapping her leg with his water whip and tripping her. She in turn started rushing toward him. Tyrrin has entered the field and stayed clear of any infected. She cast a spell which causes anyone who comes near to her to fall asleep (Will Save). Beyond that, she is focusing on containment and quarantine vis-a-vis Wall of Force, Mass Hold Person, and if necessary she will pull out her trump card.
