Okay, repairs...Jiminy was using the debris to construct new materials as a way to conserve his energy. So there wasn't a lot of cleanup to do, but folks like Tryko'Sam have been repairing the plumbing and electrical wiring while more inventive type folks like Mel and Arthur were assembling new portable scanners, computer systems, and treatment banks (it's where nanites get programmed before being injected into the patient) all of which were being assembled from new designs with more protective features to prevent a similar situation from ever happening again. It's probably nearing the point where walls get closed back up, cabinets get put in and so on. Does that help?

Just to add, since Vai is a recent arrival to this. She's still learning all this stuff, but with her Mom's influence, and something of Aegythrax's like of research and tech infused in her, Vai is at very least eager. And she can work with electricity better than anyone else thanks to her Championship (photons being the force carrier for the electromagnetic force and all).
She's likely helping develop better EM shielding tech, or working with the folks on the electrical wiring.

Alright. The cafeteria is where the most people are. That's where they have the infirmary temporarily set up while the actual infirmary is under repairs. There is a team of students doing those repairs overseen by Jiminy who is also on the radio with Mithros who along with Ana and Ephebe is investigating the crashed lifepod. Renkai made a scene in the hallway in front of the cafeteria and is being scolded by Ginni. Lang is on his way back and TacCom is picking up the signal from an incoming object which is actually his giant owl. Tamrin called for extra supplies from the Harbinger to help deal with the destruction of the material and supplies building which was attacked at the same time as the infirmary and in the same manner (and is currently full of zombies) but wasn't discovered earlier because it's an outbuilding.
