If I remember correctly all of China is on the same time zone. So it would not really matter what part he is in. This is also what lends to the superstition that one can dig straight from america and into China. Correct me if I am wrong.

Roughly how long is each class, and around when does the last class end?
Clearly, this is a high school type setting at least age wise, yet classes seem more akin to college/university.
I'm guessing the school day officially ends around 3-4, yes?
I was thinking about 4, each class is an hour, an hour for lunch, with 5 10ish minute periods in between classes. Start at 8, and that's about 4.
Or start at 9 with 50 minute long classes.

Sorry! But this is the first time that Bradley's ability actually had a chance to be useful since the game started! I couldn't pass that up. :)
Of course, Bradley is now desperately in need of a revivify, stat since he basically took everyone else's damage on himself and that pretty well splatted him...
