I'll be going for a Roadwarden. There are quite a few good options for exits, so it will depend on what direction the campaign has taken. Based on the bits of background here, my first reaction is to say I patrol a route between Altdorf and TBD small hometown, and could run into the others at any point along the route, though I can adapt based on whatever hook we end up with.


I am fine with you staying human, Lari.

We will be in Middenheim to start.

Really happy with everyone's starting careers so far. They are making the story all the more stitched together.

Human Student Wounds 11/11

Dieter Bauerson is the second son of a grain farmer in south-western Ostermark. Dieter's father has done well for himself, selling grain to local prize wining horse breeders. Dieter is tall and lanky, sharp of mind and quick of foot, but weak and sickly. His left eye is lazy and his red hair makes him stand out in a crowd. He has a talent for realizing situations may be dangerous and gets along with most people.

He learned to use a bow to supplement the family food supply and to stay out of the front ranks of the militia if called upon. But the local militia hasn't been called out for active service since he was a boy, only having to deal with the occasional bandit and small beastman raid in the last few years.

Dieter left the farm a little over 2 years ago to go to university. He has been studying heraldry and genealogy at the Imperial College of Title and Lineage in Middenheim and hopes to return to the mark in a year or two when his studies are completed.

I am going to work on getting the ball rolling tomorrow. Will review sheets today if there are any issues, we can correct in game.


My guess is that starting right before Christmas weekend might not work, hahaha. Let's aim for Monday instead.

Eomund is an outlaw in that he poached for food. He will try to keep his status from the group and unless they are in the local area where he is wanted I don't see any necessary conflict. Of course how they would treat any poachers they encountered would be vastly different.


Works. Given the state of things in Warhammer, everyone is probably guilty of something, lol.


Time for a muster. Is everyone ready to start? Will be starting in Untegard in Middenland before pushing toward some other locales.

I'm all for completely random. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anyone leaning one way or the other. I expect there isn't, but I just wanted to be absolutely certain. I should have a chance to grab my book and roll everything once I get home from work.

I guess the last question is, should I full random between all four races or just dwarf/human? (I'm leaning towards dwarf/human mainly because I don't think an elf or halfling would fit into the game, but again, just making sure.)


You may choose your race if you want. Any race will be fine. Elves fit the least, but halflings are just fine with no need to explain their presence. They do hold and elector-count seat in the Empire after all.
