A communication alert comes in on Kal’s communicator. The voice of a Clone comes in loud and clear as he activates it.

”Kal’buir. Republic Security Forces are asking for our assistance in the pleasure district. There seems to be some kind of Blaster fight going on down there, and their spread too thin to check it out right now.”

Kal looks at you and smiles. ”Your wish is granted Brophin. Go check the situation out down there. Probably just your basic scum brawl, but make sure. Restore order, and then get yourself a drink. You’re gonna need it with the work in front of you.”

Rank: 1, Defense:48%, Protection: 60/105, Life: 16

Intelligence 12 vs will of the Force: 1d20 ⇒ 13

BL-U6’s blaster malfunctions.

You can try to clear it as your Movement Phase if you stay stationary.

ROUND 2 BEGINS

Roll Initiative BL-U6.

Droid Thieves Initiative: 1d20 ⇒ 1

Rank: 1, Defense:48%, Protection: 60/105, Life: 16

It would be a lot faster for you to roll Initiative for me in the future.
Initiative + Speed Boost?: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22

Yeah. But it’s more fun if you do it. Also you can only use Speed Boost for a number of times you have points in the Power. You won’t be able to use it again for this fight.

ROUND 2
Movement Phase

The Ugnaught yells amidst the scrambling sentients running for cover. ”It’s a combat model HK! Subdue it quick! It’s priceless!” The two Droid Thieves move to flank you!

BL-U6’s Movement and Action!

Broooophaan,
he gon' have to put on the red light-
He'll head on over,
where he will jump into a bar fight....

Rank: 1, Defense:48%, Protection: 60/105, Life: 16

Rolling Initiative and Notice checks slow the game down. Not fun.
What effect did my speed boost have? Trying to decide what to do before wasting more actions.
Also, what is defense % used for?

You were able to draw and fire your weapon in the same round. You can try another weapon check in this round for your move, or you can move and try another weapon check for your action. If you do the weapon check as your move, you can immediately fire for your action!

Preserve the Jedi you must. Will you my Padawan?”

”Yes, Master Yoda, I vow to preserve the Ways of the Jedi”, Ansil response casually. His words weighed more than expected, more than Ansil himself understood. He returns to look out at the sky traffic.

Rank: 1, Defense:48%, Protection: 60/105, Life: 16

BLU-U6 pivots around the landspeeder to take cover from the duros, then snatches at the ugnaught’s blaster. Logically, that seems much more efficient than combat field repairs.

Disarm Ugnaught: 1d20 ⇒ 7

Rank: 1, Defense:48%, Protection: 60/105, Life: 16

Melee disarm (7) + 18 Agility + 5 Droid Combat Frame = 30 Total.

10 Agility =10 Total: 1d20 ⇒ 12

With incredible speed and efficiency, BL-U6 tears the Ion Blaster out of the Ugnaught’s hand!

The Ugnaught, though surprised, focuses enough to pull a small cylindrical object from his coat!

The Duros yells into a wrist communicator, ”Get out here! We have a live one!”

At any point, unless blocked for some reason, any character can try a skill. In this case another Notice Skill will work to see what’s in the Ugnaught’s hand. Roll 1d20 + Intelligence + Relevant Skill + Relevant Power + Relevant Equipment.

”Trust you I do,” Yoda says with the deepest respect in his eyes. ”To Ursa Dogo you will go. A storage business she runs. Collect what I left there you will. Knows of you, she already does. Talk after I return from Kashyyyk, we will.”

”Any questions have you Ansil Harbright?”

BL-U6 Notice vs DC 20 Difficult = 1d20 + 12 Intelligence - 5 Memory Loss: 1d20 + 12 - 5 ⇒ (5) + 12 - 5 = 12

The object in the Ugnaught’s hand is unknown. Your fragmented memory core is unable to recognize it.

Answer.

ROUND 2
Will of the Force Phase

BL-U6 draws Upright King of Pentacles

Your weapon hums. Almost as if it is indicating a desire to be freed from its locked state. There is more to your Blaster then you can remember.

+10 to Blaster Damage Permanent.

ROUND 3

BL-U6 Initiative: 1d20 ⇒ 6
Droid Thieves Initiative: 1d20 ⇒ 15

BL-U6 Melee Duration: 1d3 ⇒ 3
This will be round 2 of Melee. You will have 1 more round of Melee after this. When a piece gets tied up into Melee the engagement lasts for 1d3 rounds mandatory. After that, pieces can disengage. You cannot fire into melee without the chance of hitting the other person. Powers/Skills can be created to counteract almost any rule!

BL-U6 no move! You can make your Weapon Check roll though in place of movement. Think of it like you are linked to your Blaster and can clear the jam without touching it. Roll 1d20 under your Intelligence.

The Duros moves to get a clear shot on you with his Ion Gun knowing that he can't injure his Ugnaught companion with the EMP blast. The Ugnaught sets his legs ready to jump on you.

8 Agility -0 Movment -0 Range -0 Cover=8 Chance: 1d20 ⇒ 16
The small creature doesn't even come close to touhing you!

BL-U6, I need 2 rolls from you. Roll 1d20 under Intelligence for Weapon Jam, and roll Percentile under your Defense Score. Also, don't forget to add +10 to Damage for your Blaster on your Character Sheet.

Then, take your action!

Rank: 1, Defense:48%, Protection: 60/105, Life: 16

Defense: 1d100 ⇒ 66
Intelligence 12 to remove weapon jam: 1d20 ⇒ 5

You realize you are able to communicate through your weapon. The Blaster is more then linked to your systems. The link between you and your weapon is akin to a biological symbiosis. You are more then just some common combat droid!
Remove 1 from Memory Loss Flaw.

You are unable to move away in time as the Ion Blast hits you dead center!
BL-U6, roll 1d20 under your Stamina Statistic or be stunned for 1d3 Rounds.

A general communication is suddenly broadcast across all local Republic Security Channels!

”This is Rogar Kane of the GAR requesting assistance from any Republic Security Elements in the pleasure district! I am under attack by multiple hostiles and require assistance! Any Republic Security Elements in the area, home in on this signal!”

The sounds of blaster fire fills the air as you approach the pleasure district and hear the call for assistance. The Mandalorian approaches from the North and the Jedi approaches from the South.

Brophin, roll 1d20 + Intelligence vs. Challenging DC 15.

Brophin and Ansil can enter the battle whenever ready. OOC the thread when you have placed your Piece on the battle map, and you will be added to the next Initiative.

Rank: 1, Defense:48%, Protection: 60/105, Life: 16
