Sh'torek |

The Morning before the fight
Looking slightly miffed at Sh'torek's question when they all awoke, Shivikah got out of her hammock and said, "My name is Shivikah, and what I do, and where I bunk, is my business and my business alone."
Sh'torek angles his head to one side, trying to understand what he might have said to affect her in such a way. "Apologies, madam. My intent was not to anger, I assure you. I was simply curious as to your name," he responds quite calmly.
And now back to our regularly schedule program
As Dhugal attempts to contain the half-orc, Sh'torek catches sight of the fat man landing a blow upon Boldwin. Calm. Remain calm. Sh'torek looks to the fat man through narrowed eyes, ignoring his rational side. "You know, you are quite fat for a pirate." I said CALM! "There's an old saying that goes: 'The bigger they are...," he quits in mid-sentence as he moves in, using what momentum he can to power his jab into the fat pirate's face.
Unarmed Strike: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Damage: 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Lieutenant Ambrose Jeggare |

First night
Ambrose nods, seeing the wisdom in Shivikah's words. "Perhaps you are right. So, enough of Scourge. What of Shivikah? You seem to know your way around the ship well enough. What twist of fate has brought you aboard the Wormwood?" His hammock hung, Ambrose removes the tattered coat for the first time in a long while. He shivers as it comes off; he hadn't realized how much it had become like a second skin to him. He hangs it on the same hook that holds his hammock and lowers his body into the bunk.
Second morning
As Sh'torek sinks his fist into the face of the fat man, Ambrose decides that there's no use in talk and instead joins the battle in earnest. Taking a small step back, he mutters something in Draconic and flings a ball of sizzling green pain at the Rahadoumi.
Critical confirm: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
Critical damage: 1d3 ⇒ 3

Black Dhugal |

Once the fighting starts Dhugal will cease any effort to intimidate. Dhugal will focus on grappling the half orc, if he isn't already engaged by one of the other pirates. If engaged, he will focus on his attacker.

Edgard "Alright" McDougal |

Seeing the fight unfold, Edgard merely stands in the nearest corner, quickly getting out of the way and keeping his hand on his pistol within his coat, having it prepared, but also concealed from view. His thick, rustic fingers twiddle the trigger, ready to shoot the first person that's about to knock someone down.

Please arrange your tokens as you see fit. I tried to arrange them as you had described your previous actions but might have missed something.

GM Wulfson |

Couple of things I've noticed so far:
Ambrose: Without Precise Strike firing an Acid Bolt into melee will impose a -4 penalty to your attack rolls.
Dhugal: You do not have Improved Grapple, attempting to grapple Japes will provoke an AoO from him.
Sh'torek: You do not have Improved Unarmed Strike so punching Fipps will provoke from everyone who threatens you.

GM Wulfson |

Sh'torek and Dhugal, never mind my above post. None of the attackers are armed, as of yet, and therefore do not get AoO's. The only person considered 'armed" is Boldwin because of the Brass knuckles.
That's what I get for Googling things at work.

Lieutenant Ambrose Jeggare |

I'm okay with my location. And thanks for pointing out the -4; I had forgotten. It shouldn't affect the outcome in this case, but it's good to keep in mind.
Would you be cool with using custom tokens if we sent them to you?

GM Wulfson |

If anybody wants to use custom tokens for themselves please let me know and I will PM you my email to send them to.

Boldwin, dazed by Fipps's pinch, swings at the fat man and misses. Fipps emboldened by the others watching the fight growls "That's right fellas. You stay right there and watch and learn. We don't like you none and the sooner you learn what your place is the better"
Intimidate: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
As Juandiced Japes attempts to run down young Sh'torek he is blindsided by Dhugal who tackles him to the ground.
It will require another successful maneuver check to pin him.
As the two begin to roll across the deck Japes attempts to bring his knee up into Dhugal's groin but only manages to strike the outside of his thigh.
Attack roll: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Maheem shrieks in pain as Ambrose's spell strikes him square in the chest. Hissing in pain Maheem shouts to the woman behind him "Aretta, deal with the devil spawned Wizard while I take care of this one" indicating Boldwin in front of him.
Attack roll: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
Who manages to duck underneath the Rhadoumi's wild haymakerand comes up under the swing to riposte the attack.
AoO: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
damage: 1d3 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Landing a solid blow that seemed to come all the way from the deck to strike his attacker square on the jaw amid the sound of breaking bone, causing Maheem to see stars.
Maheem is currently staggered.
The woman, Aretta, heeding Maheem's advice begins to circle around the melee to approach Ambrose.
Double move to engage Ambrose.

GM Wulfson |

No, you hit. Just forgot to write it up in the end of round summary.

Edgard "Alright" McDougal |

Hearing Fipps's useless bit of drivel played on Edgard's nerves. This lot had better have been happy that he wasn't involved in this little skirmish. Although the woman that had been circling around to get to the tiefling... well... she was looking to be a rather easy target, wasn't she?
"Miss. I ain't no gentleman, but if'n ye' do what yer' about ta' do, I'ma make sure ya get in a bit o' trouble, ye? And not wit' da' cap'in..." he says, thumbing his pistol rather worriedly.
