Yep, you can withdraw without drawing another attack. Don't worry about the axe strike, you don't need to keep that roll.
Shaking from the unnatural cold that feels as if it has frozen him down to his core, Marcus dives for the other side of the crypt.
Round 2 coming up...

~ The Mushroom Corridor ~
Aerik races down the gallery lined with fungi. Behind him, he hears the scrabble of claws on stone. He runs like a wolf, but the hyena runs like what it is... and it is just as fast. The hyena rushes down the corridor and flies past the Druid, it's head low in a flat-out sprint. It vanishes from Aerik's light and splashes into the deepening water - then stops.
Aerik, you can take an AoO on the hyena as it passes. Also, you are fairly certain, it is waiting for you up ahead. If you keep running, it may get a swipe at you unless it stopped in a wider section by a wall. So, you can keep running and risk the strike or choose another course of action.

The Forgotten may be thin but its height still occupies a lot of space. Ezekiel takes advantage of the fact. His vial strikes the creature in the chest and sets it alight with a whoosh of flames. The creature bats at the fires that consume its flesh. The red button eyes glare.
@ Aerik - Interesting. Assuming that the DEX bonus loss due to running applies to CMD as well as AC (unstated in the rules), then your trip would just hit.

Aerik kicks the hyena's rear legs as it sprints past. Less agile in the armor, it goes down in a snarling heap, skidding across the floor.

Can I go to M59 and hide behind the sarcophagus, popping up to throw an axe at the Forgotten? Or do I need to climb onto the sarcophagus? Either way, I'm going there and throwing an axe, just let me know if I need to make a roll.
Marcus eyes the severed arm on the ground and ponders the wisdom of continuing fighting when the creature is retreating. The moment of hesitation passes, turning into resolve. He admires Jak's courage in the face of death, and swings around by the sarcophagus, drawing another axe and hurling it at the wounded corpse.
Move to M59, draw axe.
Standard, throw axe, inspire, range increment. Don't think soft cover or firing into melee applies now (or does it? I can't see Jak, but he is technically in melee). 1d20 + 4 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 4 + 1 - 2 = 18

She then takes a 5 foot step back to draw out the undead. (Back to her current location)
stormraven
Lyrica - Marcus is correct. You cannot take a move action as actual movement (as opposed to say... drinking a potion) and then add a 5' step. You can do one or the other.
Marcus - you can move to M59 and use it as partial cover. From there you have a good view of the Forgotten and can throw. However, the 'minuses' will depend on Lyrica's action. If she doesn't attack, you have only to deal with the -4 'firing into combat' mod. If she moves in to attack, she effectively becomes sizable soft cover so you'll have the -4 to attack and the Forgotten with get a +4 to AC due to the cover she provides.
Based on all that... Lyrica do you still want to attack knowing you can't retreat? Marcus, what do you want to do based on her choice since her action precedes yours?
Villainous Undead
Jak slides through the gap and slithers behind the tall monster even as the doorway is blocked by Lyrica's now hulking frame. The Paladin delivers yet another brutal slash to the creature's body. The Forgotten clamps its remaining hand over the gaping wound for a moment, stooping in pain, then smiles coldly. "You're going to fall from Grace, you know that, don't you? Your type always does. Already your sins manifest."
Aerik hears the hound racing across the carpet of bones in the Boneyard, hot on his heels.

Seeing Jak disappear, Ezekiel chooses to hold off on his bombardment in fear of hitting him by mistake. Instead he takes the opprotunity to dash forward, attempting to strike the fallen with his staff.
Move to P58, standard to attack. I don't think it provokes since Lyryica provides cover while I move, but she has clear sight to hit the forgotten. Correct?

Aerik will double move to L-58. I think I'm counting correctly that he can make it there.
Aerik hustles into the room, blood streaming from a fresh wound in his leg. His breathing is ragged, though more from fear and adrenaline than fatigue.
"Hyena skeleton...Behind me....Watch Out..."
stormraven
Lyrica does have an unimpeded view of the Forgotten. However, when you move through her space, she provides no cover and you will draw the AoO. According to the rules:
You can move through a square occupied by a friendly character, unless you are charging. When you move through a square occupied by a friendly character, that character doesn't provide you with cover.
Care to amend that action or risk the AoO?
Villainous Undead
Good man, Ez. Given your shot was an obvious miss, I appreciate that you chose to stick with your actions. You shall be rewarded... Sadly, not this turn.
On the heels of Aerik's warning, the sound of claws scraping and feet marching are heard from the Boneyard. It seems the hyena has brought company...
Paying attention to the nearly done foe before them as opposed to the ones behind, Ezekiel snakes past the massive Paladin, trying to put an end to this fight. Despite the mortal wounds it suffers, the Forgotten is quick as the shadows from which it spawned. The black hand whips out and frozen fingers graze the Bonesetter's ribs - stealing the breath from his lungs as if he plunged into a frozen stream. Ez lashes back with a whistling blow from his staff. The Forgotten - long past the smug assumption it will win this fight - lunges backwards and watches the staff tip swing past its eyes.
The blood-red button eyes regard Ezekiel for just a moment, "Brave try." then turns the full force of its baleful glare on the Paladin, the architect of its ruin. The Forgotten feints a swift grab at the Apothecary to draw Lyrica into motion. then spins in the reverse direction, robes swirling as it ducks beneath the massive scimitar seeking its neck. The long body uses every degree of the spin to build up momentum. Lyrica's motion carries her in front of Ezekiel as the Forgotten's backfist strike comes shrieking around - hammering her across the temple.
To Lyrica there is a moment of intense pain and then an arctic storm engulfs her head, freezing her eyes, cracking her skull, and numbing her brain. Her vision begins to go black and she's fairly certain she's falling...
A rime of smoking ice coats the Paladin's head, and then Lyrica's ogre-sized body drops with a rumbling crash to the ground - dead or on her way there. The one-armed Forgotten, slump-shouldered, torn open and favoring one side, stands in the doorway looking contemplative and slightly satisfied. "So much for Sarenrae."
Ezekiel and Lyrica - Fort saves, please.
Crawling over Lyrica will count as difficult terrain. :D A statement on which I shall make no puns or witticisms.
