Discussion open. Roll20 tutorial to follow.

Dotting. Will character sheets be set up on Roll20 as well for any reason? Just curious. Have never played around with them.

I probably won't bother with them. I plan on putting the pre-gen character sheets as handouts there, but will probably also get them to people another way. I haven't quite figured out what that is yet, but I also don't have the scenario yet to see how they are formatted there.

No worries there. Being a 4-star GM myself, I'll be getting it as well. Also, running it for the game day, so either way will have a copy. Hoping to play a rogue for some reason. We'll see what pregens there are.

A dot. When do you actually get the scenario so that we can split up pre gens?

It's possible I could get it any day now. The official sign-up deadline is August 31st, so I would anticipate IronHelixx will make sure we have it within a couple days after that.

Side note: Still waiting for the scenario for 4-star status. Sent Sir Compton an email yesterday, I don't expect an answer until the work week starts up again. Guessing no luck on your end, either, DrParty?

I stil haven't heard anything either. Also waiting on Bonekeep, since I just hit the 4th star last week. I've seen rumors posted a couple places that IT has gotten the go ahead to add it for people, but unknown how long that will take.

I don't know if Bonekeep is still 4-star exclusive or not. Hope it is so you can get a copy. (Congrats on making 4-star, btw). And that is correct. The product page has Compton saying that they have already started adding Serpent's Rise "to qualifying GMs' downloads. I would expect the process to be done within a week or two." That was on August 8... Hence why I emailed yesterday, 2 weeks later.

By Sept. 17th, please do the following:
1) Update the alias you have used for the Gameplay thread with your stats as Sior has done.
2) Log-in to the Roll20 and change your name there to the name of your pre-gen so that I can give token control to people. (You can do this by clicking on the Gear tab in the upper right corner and changing the Display Name, be sure to hit Save Name under it after.)

I'll be looking to get started basically as soon as we can once the start date hits with some text that will be posted here (and by hear I mean Gameplay), as well as some individual information that will be available to each of you in Roll20.

You're all set. You and others that have logged in and changed their name have control of the token associated with your pre-gen now.

You guys kicked off just after I went to bed and then work. I've made a first post but have a turn around shift today (return to work less than 8 hours after finishing) so I'll be quiet for some hours then I will have a more normal program for the rest of the week. I don't have an office job so my posting is from home only. If I have time I'll pop in before I leave for work tonight.

Roll20 is kinda phone friendly! Wow. That must be a recent upgrade. It wasn't perfect, but it was operational. What a pleasant surprise.

Yeah, they've done some upgrades recently. It's not great if you're trying to actually do rolls or move yourself there during a game, but it works fairly well for seeing a map on mobile now.

I just can't catch a break with this dice roller recently. :(

Sorry for the hold up on round one. Caught me by surprise in between things. I'm traveling today and will be wifi only for the next 4. Shouldn't be a problem, but I wanted to let you know.

Yikes. We took a pretty good beating on that opening fight and we don't have much in the way of healing resources going forward. If we get knocked around like that going forward we'll be dropping on the 3rd or 4th encounter. We'll have to be more careful. Heh- 7th level characters, three of them martial and no AC above 20. Not a standard party of PCs, eh?
