Both of the monkey creatures duck back into total cover realizing that a thrown coconut at this range just ain't gonna cut it.

Rubani makes his way to the monkey creatures.

is the area difficult terrain?

Nope, it's normal terrain. It's in use a fair bit so kept clear of vines and underbrush.

Nuala stands pat then.

Charu-kai like all the other monkey men you have been fighting. Your lazy GM just shortened it.

Guess it's best if you open a new round or make some form of round-up post here drbuzzard?

I'm debating how to drop thm all in. There's really no great place for a jail so they either have to wander in from nowhere, or I could be really cheesy and just have them spawn in like it was some video game. I'm willing to go with what level of silly people prefer.

Also, I'd like to make sure everyone is all ready with their new characters, as I'd prefer them not to be fiddled with.

Old party:

You continue your fight with the monkey one. One of them throws a lucky coconut and Malok goes down, with a caved in skull. Dino go overs and sniffs him, realizing that his master his dead, and howls.

New party:

You are outside the walls of an ancient ruin in the jungle. It's apparently the goal of the expedition as you see signs of Azlanti construction, and it is obviously very old and overgrown.

Inside you hear a loud howl of anguish, from some beast.

PCs are up.

Ausk grunts at the nearby Pathfinders

An animal...

Kn:Nature?: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (17) + 12 = 29

If Ausk realizes what type he'll say so.

Looking at the others Lucian quickly weaves a spell to boost his combat prowess. "Let us investigate!"

You think it is some small dinosaur.

Bahari frowns and looks for a gap in the broken wall or a decent way over it.

Buzzard, is there a gap in the wall we can go through, or is the wall climbable so we can get eyes on the dino?

Climb: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24 w/ring

Plenty of gaps in the wall, it's quite old, and hardly a wall anymore. Most of it is more like difficult terrain than a climbing challenge.

HP: 55 | AC:22; T:20; FF:17; CMD:25 | Fort:+7; Ref:+11; Will:+6 | Init:+4; PER:+12

Bahari tries to sneak through a convenient gap in the wall and looks for the roaring beast.

Lucian looks at the Dinosaur and carefully selects an arrow, knocking it and drawing the bowstring back to his ear.
"Ready!"

Lucian, you don't see any targets nearby.

Bahari starts sneaking into the outpost. He can tell that the howls are coming from the north (V on the map). Might take you a little bit of time to get there (Squares on Tazion map are 75')

Ausk will place a hand on Lucian's arm, and whisper

Let me try...

Ausk will try and calm the beast down

Wild Empathy!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24

Ausk, you are making your way to where the dinosaur is howling, you are not yet there (you can keep the roll for when you arrive, it will be a few rounds).

HP: 55 | AC:22; T:20; FF:17; CMD:25 | Fort:+7; Ref:+11; Will:+6 | Init:+4; PER:+12

Bahari starts moving through the ruins towards the sounds of the beast.

I've got a base move of 40', so a double move of 80'. I don't mind getting a little ahead of the team to try and get eyes on the situation.

Male Half-Orc Warpriest Arsenal Champion 6

Moving forward to keep with the others, letting the others take the brunt.

Hmm, looking at the distance, I'll just have to arrive in combat in 2 rounds (which means you arrived a while back, it's too far to start you at the wall).

Rubani? You can attack.

The mwangi eyes widen in surprise at the strange scene: grieving dinosaur, poop-flinging giant monkeys, tiny humanoid with large eyes, and a pale elven woman. He nods politely as words fail him. Turning to the task at hand - the monkeys - Bahari swings north of the Bog (of Eternal Stench) trying to flank their furry opposition.

double-move (80') along the north side of the boggy looking area, trying to close with #3. I'd be happy to move my own token but I'm not sure what if anything counts as difficult terrain and if any of those walls act as an impediment.

Hey Hindi, I'll post a Status spoiler during combat so you can see my current HP and other effects. Is that good enough?

Fine with me. I just need to know when life link with trigger and then I need to heal. Which I'll be setting up some life links after this battle.
