Break Tractor Beam: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (6) + 19 = 25
"We're almost done with this! Keep those shots coming!"

Raia - Iconic Technomancer |

"YES!" Raia shouts in the gunnery station. Eager for more, she prepares the systems again, should the goblin fighter end up on her side of the ship.

Quig~ |

Engineer's Rolls
Divert to Shields: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (20) + 14 = 34
8 Hull points healed, 4 to forward and 4 to starboard.
Quig has clearly gotten the hang of this.
"WAHOO! Just one more to go, guys and gals! Blast em and let's get ready to land!"
Imagining the scene with Luke and Han blasting the tie fighters in my head right now, with fitting music.

GM Blake |

Lonely Goblin: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28
Particle Turret: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 4) = 11
Particle Fore: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 5) = 13
Starboard Laser: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 2) = 6
The goblin tries to make a break for it. It fires another load of debris at your ship, but Quig has served so well as engineer that you expect to return the ship without a single scratch on the paint. Iseph keeps pace easily and, ultimately, the three gunners, who finally have the hang of the targeting system, lay waste to the remaining goblin fighter.
End Starship Combat.
The science station pings repeatedly, alerting you to a strong artificial energy signal coming from the moon's surface. Iseph is able to find several safe landing areas near the signal.

Raia - Iconic Technomancer |

"I wish we didn't have to resort to violence, but I must agree, space combat is kind of fun..." Raia admits, embarrassed at her confession. "Let's land this thing and get going!"

Starfinder Pregen -Xynen- |

"...never? Aren't you all mercenaries?" Iseph looks at all of the others a little oddly. "I mean, if that's true, you guys are amazing! Three goblin ships down in your first dog fight? Remind me to keep taking jobs with you!"
Iseph chooses a safe place to land and steers toward it, fondly recalling the sense of thrill that ship combat brings.

Quig~ |

"We rocked them baby! Let's land this sucker!"
Quig goes quiet again, busy diverting the rest of the power needed to shields as they prepare to land, then diverts some power to help out the pilot.

GM Blake |

The Victoria Luna vibrates slightly as Iseph takes her down through the thin atmosphere around the false moon. Your pilot finds a landing zone that is both stable and somewhat secluded from prying eyes, so you feel comfortable leaving the ship unmanned while you make your way to the source of the strange signal.
Your environmental helmets indicate that the atmosphere is inadequate for unsupported breathing, and the gravity feels light.
Thin Atmosphere and Low Gravity in effect.
As you make your way across the moon's hard surface, you spy a large hanger with a ship crashed through the backside.
A shattered spacecraft covers the entry area and back end of this immense hangar. The remains of the ship spread across the exposed northern bulkhead. Several sparks flash amid exposed wiring. The telltale shrieks of goblin songs ring out from the hangar’s rear, accompanied by the recognizable bangs and whirrs of a salvaging crew. A ship hull plate sits discarded near the entrance. Just below a number designation, in bold red letters, reads the ship’s call sign: Archer.
Map updated.

Quig~ |

Quig activates Environmental Protections on his armor before heading down to the surface. No point is having trouble breathing while I'm there.
Just so you all know, ALL armor in Starfinder can maintain an environmental mode for 1 day/item level. Yes, that is a very long time, and yes, it is for ALL armor (unless the armor specifies that it doesn't). Light or heavy, even the cheapest armor comes with this feature.

Raia - Iconic Technomancer |

"Looks like a good place to start. Who wants to take point?" Raia says as she activates her own Environmental Protections and draws her pistol. If those goblin fighters launched from this moon, can't be too careful!
________
Where did you find that? I learned in another game I am playing that all armor starts with a comm unit too!

Z..D.. Pregen |

Not knowing what lies ahead, Obo activates the suits helmet and air recycling system. She then draws her rifle and takes point.

Starfinder Pregen -Xynen- |

"Let me do some recon." Iseph says through the comm in their suit as they slink ahead, keeping their eyes open for any more goblins that might be lying in wait. He reports any findings back to the group it he's able.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Stealth: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (12) + 14 = 26

GM Blake |

Iseph can easily report back the positions of the goblins. The command center appears empty.

Raia - Iconic Technomancer |

"That's a decent amount of goblins. How do we want to handle this?" Raia responds. We aren't too out numbered, but a plan is always useful!

GM Blake |

Navasi does not spy an array large enough to serve as a tractor beam at this hanger. However, your ship's sensors did pick up several other surface structures remote from this one.
The reason you came here was because you detected an anomalous signal worth investigating (the pattern resembles a plot railroad).
Iseph believes that he can make out a retinal scanner on the command center's door at the top of the stairs.
Open the Spoiler below if you try to Stealth past the Red or Blue lines (assuming you're using/moving between cover).

Starfinder Pregen -Xynen- |

Stealth: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (6) + 14 = 20
Iseph creeps on ahead, trying to see if they can get an advantageous position against the goblins. They're not as quiet as they'd like, but it seems sufficient for now.

Raia - Iconic Technomancer |

Raia stays with Quig and his drone. "What do you think we will find out here?" she inquires of her furry companion. She nervously looks around, anticipating something bad too happen now that some of the group has split off.

Quig~ |

Quig sends a text back to Raia from his Custom Rig to her Personal Comm Unit. "Well, we already found goblins. Hopefully we'll figure out if this place is actually a moon or if it's some sort of superstructure."

Raia - Iconic Technomancer |

She jumps a little in surprise as a text appears in her field of view. It takes her a moment, but she eventually figures out how to pull up the holokeyboard and begins typing away. Suddenly, Quig's Comm Unit is inundated with messages.
"This is so cool!"
"Goblins are new for me! More lifeforms would be fantastic!"
"How long would it take for a superstructure to appear like a moon?"
"How does your drone work? I've never seen anything quite like it!"
________
SPACE TEXTING WHILE THE OTHERS RISK THEIR LIVES! This is exactly what I wanted out of my Space RPG XD

GM Blake |

The goblins continue their ship-stripping operation and singing their goblin tune amidst the welding sparks, blissfully unaware of the mercenaries creeping ever closer.

Z..D.. Pregen |

No plus to stealth. So you guys go ahead and Obo will provide cover fire.
Just squeal if you need help

Starfinder Pregen -Xynen- |

Y'all could move up to at least the red line...
If only I had tele-pathetic-ness like some of these other races...
+1 to this. Navasi and I will be hurt considerably if combat starts with all of you over there. Right now it's 8v2.

Raia - Iconic Technomancer |

If one of us fails to be stealthy, I think the results will be the same. With a +2, I feel like I have a better chance of starting combat than putting you both in a better situation. GM, do the characters have any idea how close they can get without having to make a stealth check?

Quig~ |

That is what I thought as well. The more stealthers, the more likely we will be revealed. You might be able to take out a few in a surprise round anyway.

GM Blake |

You are confident--unless you have a -2 or worse modifier to your Stealth check--that you could get to and skirt between the large chunks of debris to the left of the red line without being noticed. If you have a +0 or better modifier to your Stealth check, you figure you have a decent chance to get behind the debris up to the blue line or even up the stairs and to the command center door without being noticed. Beyond the blue line, if you don't have ranks in Stealth, you're incrimentally less sure of your ability to remain unnoticed.

Quig~ |

With that info, moved Quig and his Drone up some. BTW, most of the party has very long ranged weapons (as SF weapons tend to have longer ranges) so it should be fine, hopefully.
Quig Stealth: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Drone Stealth: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Quig sends a text message to everyone. "Ready?

Z..D.. Pregen |

stealth/dex: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (2) + 3 - 2 = 3 Oh, well I tries.
Obo attempts to get to the next jump heap as silently as possible. But the shaft of her pole arm clangs against a peace of metal.

GM Blake |

Obozaya bumps into a precariously towered pile of junk and knocks it over with a clatter. Even the goblins furthest away notice this and turn to look. Seeing a lone Vesk trying--poorly--to skulk about their salvage yard, they all laugh. Then they focus their beady eyes on her and grin murderously.

The bigger looking goblin on the catwalk moves to a ledge where he can get a better view of Obozaya and begins shouting and gesticulating. Even if the Vesk soldier does not understand a word he's saying, the intent is clear: horrible, painful violence shall be directed towards her.
Obozaya has heard worse in boot camp.
The other large goblin ducks out of Obozaya's view behind a large chunk of starship and draws his laser pistol. He remains completely unaware of the assassins in the shadows not far away.
From current positions: Obozaya has a clear shot at Blues and everything else has Cover or Total Cover. Iseph has a clear shot at both Reds and Yellow Dot while everything else has Total Cover.

Obo, noticing she has been spotted, draws a grenade and tosses it in the center of the group of goblins.

The grenade sails through the air, much easier than the soldier expected, and lands right in the middle of a cluster of goblins. One of the goblins in a green flight suit stiffens up and falls over, dead. The other two jerk spasmodically for a moment, then come back to their senses.

Green Dot (dead)

Starfinder Pregen -Xynen- |

Glad that the Vesk seems to be drawing attention, Iseph makes sure to fire one the goblin closest to him so at least Obo doesn't draw all the attention.

The glass on the goblin in the red-spotted flight suit suddenly shatters and the goblin's body slowly falls to the ground as blood fills the helmet.
Two smaller goblins on the catwalk crowd together on a ledge and fire their lasers wildly at Navasi. Only one of the lasers scores accurately enough to penetrate the envoy's armor. Meanwhile, two blue-suited goblins rush out from behind a section of the Archer, firing at Obozaya and leaving scorch marks on the wall.

Keskodai, 4th level |

Kesko double moves forward, taking cover behind the large piece of metal, 20' south of where Quig currently stands. Kesko pulls his ranged weapon as he moves.
Would someone please move me? I'll stop at the northernmost point of that southern piece of metal, using it for cover.
