Razor Coast, a devil’s paradise, where a man’s fortune can bleed out quicker than a spitted pig, and where the dawn sky blazes across endless oceans. Oceans that for centuries hid a lost people of whom legend whisper were born into these wild reaches as the sons of sharks. Here, within in the kraken’s clutches, law means little while gold breaks all boundaries and blood, pearls, and rum pay for all sin.

I am also agreeing with Silas, except I did notice lyst doesn't have the ability to convert for cures so the wand and actually preparing cures might be necessary if he's the only healer. A non Blasty mage would function in support, and fill more of a gap

I think this guy might fit well if lyst stays:What type of ship rules are you employing? Thinking of an illusionist wizard smuggler/pirate with a penchant for trickery
Sucks versus undead but its a wizard and not a blaster.

You realize Wexley is an illusionist wizard? That's why he was so worthless vs all those undead and such in the sewers.
Also, Lyst has a spring-loaded wrist sheath with a cure wand and keeps a couple of cure spells prepared.

The Evangelist archetype (which allows me to Inspire Courage as a Bard) swaps spontaneous cure spells with spontaneous other spells, typically of a compulsion nature. For instance, I can convert fourth-level spells into suggestion as opposed to Cure Critical Wounds.

We have an amulet of mighty fists +2 that I found on that skum no one is using. Theoretically it would be useful to me if I had imp unarmed strike or natural attacks but that's not for a while and at most maybe a bit or something. It should sell well, assuming no one else needs it.
I thought it was in the party stuff funds but it might have been missed since I forgot we even found it.
Wexleyiknow you had illusionary magic, but if you keep playing lyst we would need another magic user support character?best guess on my part. A buffing control type caster with a lot of utility spells would be good.

Wexley wrote: It would be kind to loan that book to Wexley for an afternoon before selling it. Wexley, it would take you five hours to copy one fourth level spell into your spellbook presuming you made the check at a cost of 160 GP. He can make you a copy, but it will take a month and cost 2,685 GP if you don't include the 0 level spells. That is half of your cost and time. Remember he is already making a sword for Natalie and he has other customers. If you want it in half that time he would charge an additional 25% as he could do no other work.
Writing a spell into a spell book
The party is getting a copy free but it will take him that month to make. If you had to buy the scrolls and write them it would cost well over 25K GP. For Wexley to copy it, he would have to spend 146 hours at 8 hours a day and would cost him 5370 GP presuming he made all his spellcraft rolls.
Edit: Correcting cost figures.
Human Magus/Wizard 4 | HP: 35/35 | AC: 18/21, T: 17, FF: 11/14 | Fort: +6, Ref: +4, Will: +4 | Melee: +5/6, Ranged: +6 | CMB: +5/6, CMD: 18 | Init: +3, Perception: +0 | AP 5/5 | Speed: 30ft
It would take Wexley 35 hours and 1010gp to copy down the spells that really interest him.
Command Undead, Levitate
Gaseous Form, Stinking Cloud, Water Breathing
Solid Fog
Cloudkill, Teleport
Male Human Rogue6/Clr1
That is up to the party if the want Wexley to borrow it for five days first. Or he could wait until they get the copy.
Male Human Rogue6/Clr1
Ok, I made some errors in my computations so I corrected them. Does not change the time needed though. You still have to made the spellcraft rolls though and the 5th level ones will be harder (DC 20).
Female Human Swashbuckler 7; HP 62/62, Init +4, AC: 23 /T: 17 /F: 17 ; Fort:+4/ Ref:+9/ Will:+4; Per: +11; BAB: +7, CMB: +7, CMD: 24; panache - 3/3, charmed life - 4/4
Well is the smuggler thing time sensitive? If not five days should be fine. Did I get any change back from the sword. +2 adamantine greatsword 11020gpv/6612gpv(60%) - +1 adamantine cutlass 5015gpv/6016gpv(20%) basket hilt ?(free of charge from what it sounds), should of got around 594 gp back.
I guess I'll claim the +1 chain shirt...unless someone else wants it, I'm gonna sell it to see about getting my Mithral Shirt magicked. But I'll have to see how much share we have when accounting for the cred too to see how far I could get it upgraded.
Not interested in the scrolls...don't have UMD.
Male Human Rogue6/Clr1
I refer you to my house rules where I don't take 10 or 20 except upon rare circumstance. Still, you would make it on a 7. Nothing should be automatic IMHO. Stuff happens and that is part of the fun of gaming is dealing with the unknowns and how we deal with them:) Even Samuel can fail on a 1!

Spellcraft DC 17: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24 Success
Spellcraft DC 18: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (19) + 13 = 32 Success
Spellcraft DC 18: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14 Failure
Spellcraft DC 18: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14 Failure

Spellcraft DC 20: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (2) + 13 = 15 Failure
Spellcraft DC 20: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (6) + 13 = 19 Failure
So I can copy the first 3 spells (command undead, levitate, gaseous form) for a total cost of 170gp and a total time of 10 hours. I can try again in one week.

"Now you want change back Lassie? I was putting a rush on the order to get it back in a week for which my normal charge is an additional 25%. By that figure you would still owe me 908 GP! You would deprive an honest man of making a profit? Adamantine doesn't grow on trees ya know! I have to import that from the Darkol Isles and there is very little of it. If you want to rob me you might end up there scowls Samuel.
