Kyras inspects the sarcophagus for traps and finds nothing. He steps aside and nods at Kakrish who then proceed to open the thing. When the lit hit the floor, a small skeleton rises from the sarcophagus. Everyone can now hear the unnerving childlike whimpers, songs, and sobs. Kyzen, who was standing ready, send a blast of energy at the creature, but misses and the attack hits the wall.
Everyone who is 10 ft away from the creature takes a -1 on attacks, damage and will saves rolls.

Hernvet moves around the corner and says "Ya'll thats some creepy stuff right there" Then hernvet holds his holy symbol and casts bless on the party.
The undead creature continues its attack on the dwarf. It tries to bite Kakrish again, but the warpriest is able to avoid it, only to dodge straight into its claw. He feels a magical effect coursing through his body, but manages to resist it.

Kakrish steps to the side of the skeleton to put himself opposite of Hoga. He winks at Hoga. "We got this now." He raises the greatsword to his lips and kisses it. "Gorum bless this blade!" Faster than the eye can see he swings the blade across the skeleton.

Teh mutagen enhanced Kyras attacks the undead.

Kakrish manages to catch the little undead with his blade, sending some shards of bones flying. Kyras and Kyzen, however, miss their target. The creature is starting to look pretty damaged from all the attacks, then hit it so far, but it is still standing.

Kakrish misses with is sword and the small undead tries to reply. Again, the creature can't seem to get pass the dwarf's defense and the stalemate between the two foes continues... That is until Hoga chop the thing in two with his axe, sending shards of bones everywhere.

The open sarcophagus doesn't have anything inside of it. Wanting to make sure that no other surprise was waiting for them in the others, the group goes from one sarcophagus to the other. The other three contains regular highly decomposed corpses. They are all wearing the remains of outfits you would find on a person with noble blood.

After Kyras finds no traps and that Hernvet sees no creature in the next room, you open the door. On the other side, you see a simple circular room with a set of stairs in the center descending deeper into the depths.

With no other places to go, the group walks down the stair and end up in another circular room. A huge mosaic of a red dragon decorates the floor of this large chamber. To the north lie three circular alcoves, each with a single pillar of black marble in its center. To the south, in a single large alcove, a spiral staircase descends to a deeper level of the crypt. Four stone sarcophagi sit on the floor on the south side of the main room, two on each side of the alcove entrance.

The Raven looks at Kyras. "Sure thing, I'll go see what may be hiding over there." He disappears and fly away. At the same time, Kyzen tries to use one of his psychic abilities to inspect the sarcophagi nearby, but find nothing. Keeping an eye out for traps, Kyras sees nothing out of the ordinary, that is until Kakrish steps on the red dragon mosaic. Multiples pillars of fire appear in the main room, burning everything and everyone that is there.
Reflex save vs traps DC 15 for half: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 2) = 9
As it settles down, the room fell silent again. There is a feeling, however, that the trap isn't gone.
Kyras, I assume a take 10 on your perception for traps and it wasn't enough to see this one. Let me know if you want to change that tactic for future room.

Let me take a closer look and try to disable this one in case it rearmed. He bends to examine the mosaic, knowing that it is trapped. At first he looks at the tile. Then chiding himself he looks and the engraving.
