I don't see a problem with the hippo flying above you guys (all though it looks weird on the map). On the bag of holding..not sure what type of bag you have but...the bones weigh 650 lbs..a type I bag holds a max of 250 lb, a type II 500..so you need a type III bag..which costs 7,400 gp..I don't think anyone bought that, but how PFS works..if you found something worth money they assume you can magically bring it with you at the end of the adventure

As you open the door you see:
This strangely shaped room consists of two wings. To the east, a low workbench wraps around the walls. To the west, a larger wing opens into what appears to be a strange laboratory. A curving workbench covered with gory heaps of flesh and bone sits against the laboratory's wall. In alcoves to the north and south are strange contraptions resembling iron cages fitted with human-sized openings.

In the doorway stands a creature's whose bloated frame shudders with each heaving step, yet despite its shape, the thing moves with surprising quickness.

The fog obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature within 5 feet has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker can't use sight to locate the target).

is the hippo flying over where Grim could walk underneath? .

Grim picks up his Lucern hammer and moves behind Aviendha with his hammer, sheathing his axe as he moves. His judgement will help close some of the wounds he received.

"hang in there Aviendha, we'll get you out of that sticky wicket . "

Calistan takes 10 damage from Shield Other and 5 from Life link, leaving you with 6 damage Aviendha.

@Avienda; still need a fort save DC 18 or loose 1 str

Aviendha tries to punch the insect like thing but fails to get enough leverage to properly hit it with enough force behind her blow to deal damage

@Grimdoc;I think it would be pretty impossible for the hippogriff to be flying while squeezing with it's wings folded against it's body..so going to go with no on that. You can walk through it since it's an ally though..just not end your move in the same square

Calistan also remembers that this type of creature has DR 5/slashing, Immune cold, plant traits; Resist electricity 10, fire 10 (and on a grapple it deals extra damage and can deal stat damage)

Calistan tries to burden the creature with the same discomforts he has to deal with on a daily basis

Will save Visitant: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25

but the creature just shrugs it off.

Seeing the creature suddenly appear, and grab Aviendha, Marcel moves to the other side of the room and attacks the odd creature with his Aldori dueling sword, as it wrestles on the floor with the Half orc.

Torche's Fort save from way back: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Failing to hold his breath, Torche stumbles backward out of the cloud and stoops over dry heaving as he faces yet another fit of vomiting.
Out of Action for: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 rounds
Which if I'm counting right, brings him right in as the Mi-Go is revealed.

Standing back up straight, Torche rushes after everyone into the room, where his eyes go wide at the foul beast grappling with Aviendha. Seeing an opening, he darts into the far alcove north of Marcel.

Marcel moves to the other side of the grapplers and stick his weapon into the insect like bug thing his sword is deflected by some magical barrier and then has trouble getting through the creatures though hide but eventually it manages to sink in
Marcel is lawful right? And I think you'd still flank..haven't found anything that says otherwise so far either

Torche moves closer after he stops dry-heaving

Samuel (double) moves into the room as well

The insect seeing himself getting surrounded flies 5ft up into the air (so no more flanking) and continues to squeeze Aviendha

So the creature is flying above me? What would happen if I try to fall prone? Won't it be drawn down enough that we can flank it again? Otherwise wouldn't someone be able to flank it if they were on the other side of me?

Actually from the thread I found in the rules forum asking the same question you can flank while grappled. Basically you threaten if you can attack, and grapple does not prevent you from attacking just from taking attacks of opportunity. linky And yes Marcèl is Lawful.

Aldori: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 11 = 231d8 + 5 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 + 5 = 15

Marcèl swings his sword at the creature once more but now that it is flying he does not do quite as well, no longer having the support of the half orc attacking from directly across the creature.

I'm not sure you can fall prone..since you can't move unless you are the one grappling instead of the one grappled..now I have no clue of falling prone is actual movement. And if you could fall prone..I'm ruling that you are still within reach since it doesn't say anywhere that being prone changes how much space you take in...or since the thing is flying and holding on to you..you'd be prone somewhere mid square..so still within reach..and suffering the penalties from prone

Also the hippo can't provide flanking..it has to be opposite - so flying above the visitant to be able to do that

@Aviendha's did you include the -2 penalty for being grappled in both attacks?

Calistan heals himself after draining away some of Aviendha's wounds

Grimdoc slices through the creatures hide with an swing from his axe

The hippo manages to hit with one claw

Torche sends a magically conjured snowball in the insects general direction but fails to hit
