Nobody? Oh well, whatever Devic finds is hers to know, now :)
Devic does not find anything unusual on any of the other phones, figuring that it must have been the King's work on Dev's phone alone while he was using it.
Nazuri notes a vaguely arcane mark on her sleeve, under her armpit, that she is fairly certain wasn't there before.

Nazuri |

Nobody? Oh well, whatever Devic finds is hers to know, now :)
Not scared. Nazuri's browsing history is boring and touristy. :)
_______________
Nazuri selects a trendy Nintendo T-shirt, purchases it, and then ducks behind an Animal Crossing standee and changes into it. She then pulls the scissors out of her grooming kit, cuts the mark from her shirt, and hands it to Devic.

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

Ammon looks around the store, mostly in wonder and with a child like glee, that is until he comes to see a certain small pink blob, Hey Dev what is this abomination?

Yes, many people mentioned how bad it would taste, as well as all of the ocean life that would be killed. Others ignored those obstacles and just focused on calculating the packets of Kool-aid. Others posited sub questions like, what if it were Jell-o that you wanted to make instead?

Jaster Kite |

Whoops, lost that amidst the posts.
It is a rune designed not only to detect movement across the country, but shock the wearer with any attempts to leave.
It is a fairly weak rune that was riding on the fact that none might have noticed it, and it should be removed easily by someone with the knowhow to do so.

Devic Zaitsev |

"~Mmm hmm hmm HMM hmm mm-mmm~" Whatever song this is supposed to be, the humming is painfully off-key. Devics hands move over the rune with measured speed. Before the... song... is over, she stops examining the symbol.
"Sucks. Rune is ehh, shock collar. But country borders are fence activates. We leave this with phone of my." She bundles the phone in the cloth handed to her while she attempts to explain.
"Good reason for the combine to technological and magical trackers is proven efficacy. Effectiveness? Feh. Not matter. Example. Ehh, Abjuration fields disrupt one another with frequencies. Warped frequencies align poorly in spectrum. This abets unaided ocular observation. Technology has not this obstacle. But own... ehh... Черт, это не помогает вообще. I degrade. Ehh, we know how we get traced. These. We can use. Where we leave these? Vote for train, or pay cabtaxi driver to have fun. I make new phone, not important. Or wait until we tower."

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

Could pay a person to take them, Ammon comments

A cab being called by whomever did the calling drove in, asks for where the group wants to go, then is charged one-hundred credits for the ride.
The base of the Tokyo Tower, Foot Town, is a touristy mass of people waiting in line to get a ride up to the observatory, ushered in by uniformed employees.
There are also multiple souvenir shops and restaurants in sight, some of them within the base, some with view of the tower in mind, along with a few posters advertising in multiple languages a newly constructed 'floating' restaurant somewhere within the grid of the building, the Crystal Ball.

Odd, what happened to my perception Spoiler? XD
Sorry about that if I was wrong. If you have any business before coming here, I wouldn't be opposed to it having occured right before getting into the cab.
There appears to be more of those men in business suits around in the crowd, from before. They are dispersed throughout, but it would take one with exceptional perception to find out how many.

Got it, so however many credits to the cabbie to drive around all natural-like with the trackers in their cab, and another cabbie to actually transport us.
Perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27 Adding +2 from my luck of the clover.
On the trip over Devic idly plays with one of her bombs. Gone is the old ramshackle look in favor of a more professionally made sleek chrome look. Upon arrival she makes her way into the crowd, sliding through people more than she seems to push them.
"да, wonder how is floats. Oh look." Devic points out the men in suits. "More. Likely Yakuza. Not hiding as much so they keep watch on us. Be sure we here on time. And not cause trouble. Ehh, Still look like dildos!" She adds the last comment a little louder than necessary.
"See, I say earlier 'Falloimitator', which is russian word for dil- know what, nevermind. Was funnier in head."

Geralt Snacko |

"you really enjoy calling people phalical object's, don't you Dev?" Geralt teases, his hands crossed over his chest.

Honestly, even though Devic has obviously seen somebody to be worried about, he can't help but feel....nonchalant about any danger they might be in.
'...Silver...'
His mind instead drifts to Silver and Frida...gods above, he really hopes their ok...Silver is feisty, but smart...so he believes in her to hold out.
...Frida on the other hand...she's abrasive at the best of times...that could really get her and silver in trouble...
A pit grows in his stomach
"g$! d!@n it, please be safe guys"

Devic Zaitsev |

"Heh heh. Should meet Sokolov. Is common stereotype the ratfolk are quiet ehh "mousey" am guess. With large number of siblings, you ehh, develop habits to stand out somestime. Heh, poor mama." Devic doesnt appear to notice Geralts concern as she heads into the line.
"Ehh, no eat food."

Jaster Kite |

The group of thugs seems to be moving in closer as the team heads in line.
The woman at the head of the line appears to be turning down access to the floating restaurant.
After an unseemly amount of time in line, a young woman in a uniform looks down at Devic with a pleasant, rehearsed smile.
Hello there. I am afraid that the floating restaurant is booked solid for the day, and I cannot let you in unless you have a reservation.

Nazuri |

Hmm. If reservations are just about money (which I don't know for sure... depends on the plot), would they be something that I could produce from my brilliant planner feat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/brilliant-planner/)? Not sure if this qualifies as a "mundane service," but if so, I could pull out some reservations.
As they are standing in line, Nazuri reaches into her bag, sure that she made some arrangements in this area that might help...

Jaster Kite |

It's one of the most beautiful things about vacation XD
Switching into an awkward, accented english, Oh, so it is you all that we have been waiting for, She said. I was wondering who rented out the entire restaurant. Come on in, it's a long ride, She leads the team into a wide, circular room, which appears to be the elavator.
As she lets the team in on the elavator, the men in suits, six of them, rush in. The attendee looks shocked, then falls silent as the lead suit flashes a business card. She leaves the elavator quietly and allows them in too. The glass door closing, the elavator begins its ascent.
Every single one of the suits have four fingers on all of their hands.
Hello, Said the lead suit said. As I am sure you could tell by now, we've been watching you,
Luckily, you did not seem to notice us in Shibuya, so we were able to get reinforcements. Said another.
We are here as an interested party. He said. Interested in Silver-San and her fate, as you are, along with whatever assets Shinzen-San represents.
The second suit smiles. To speak plainly, Shinzen-San stepped on the toes of a few Yakuza with the capture of Silver and her aide, but we have been unable to find her. We thank you greatly for leading us to her.
But I am also afraid that that leaves you all quite unnecessary as to what happens here and now. Said the lead suit. You have served your purpose in leading the hunt, and for that I thank you, really. Aka Manto would never have dealt with us like he did with you, but I am afraid that when we reach the top of this obscenely slow ride, you will either have to go back down, or you won't even make it to the top. Understand?

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

Is that a threat? probably not your smartest move. You probably don't know much about my kind, but we tend to be quick to anger...My breed are called the Motherless for a reason, our birth mother never survives our birth, we're too strong...too violent and uncontrollable, we often tear our own mothers apart from the inside out in the process of even being born. Ammon maintains an odd calmness as he speaks, removing his helmet you see he's smiling somewhat creepily. I'm a man who likes to keep his word, being a Knight of Ragathiel and all. I'm a trained warrior and mage, i've cut people in half before it's especially easy when i'm angry. I've unfortunately for you already give my word to save our friends, and i really don't like breaking my word. Do you Understand what i'm getting at? I'd rather no one get hurt personally, but a guy has to keep his word.

"*Snerk* Nyet, aliens were shorter. Yakuza take finger as sign to commit. If they want ehh, I got couple fingers for them. Geralt. Ammon. Remember what I give you? Good time to try out." The alchemist refers of course to the small vials she handed to the two of them around the time they came to Japan. Devic takes a swig of something of her own. It looks like liquor again, but it isn't she swears. It is mutagen tho.

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

Course Dev, Only if they decide to be stupid though. I'm still trying to figure out why anyone tries threatening us, Silver doesn't exactly keep us or much of what we do hidden

Jaster Kite |

The lead suit merely smiles at Ammon's threat. We know a good deal about the motherless and their undisciplined nature. You half-fiends are always so ashamed of your blood until it benefits you like it does now, don't you aggree? He said.
He turns to Nazuri, and then smiles at Devic's response. Correct, rodent, He said, his voice getting deeper with every word he speaks. That practice makes an easy cover for us. Yes, we do work for the Yakuza, but not as any human would. We are so much more.
Slowly, each one of the suits shifts into a taller, golden-skinned, heavily-muscled beast with a monstrous mask-like face, their four-fingered hands shifting to claws. These are what true fiends look like! The lead monster growled.
