Deciding to take the safe route you walk through some other rooms to reach what you assume to be the other side of the door you were standing in front off (and it turns out you assumed right).
You check the door and you don't think it's trapped or locked, but you are not sure if you hear something on the other side
After you open the door;
The walls and ceiling of this room are hidden behind a thick, gray-white forest of spider webs that blocks all vision beyond ten feet. Webs are everywhere, creating a maze of vertical sheets.
Gray, furry dust clings to the sticky, white webs. The desiccated, shriveled corpse of a long-dead man hangs spread-eagle across one of these layers of webbing, and rusty swords, daggers, and axes hang securely from others.

"There's a big spider in there and those webs look very sticky... does anyone have a torch or other source of fire so we can set the webs alight?"

Assuming Tenerek points the spider out to me and I can see it. . .
"I can magic missile it and have it come to us and maybe at the same time you guys hit it with ranged weapons. Then let the melee guys do their thing."

@Eladrian, no it's medium size.
Torrag shoots a magic missile into the spider, but both of Tenereks arrows are stuck in some webs before they reach the spider
Eladrian is a bit more lucky when both of his arrows sink into the spiders flesh dropping the spider from the ceiling
Out of combat
As you enter the room you quickly find out that the webs are very sticky (reflex save DC 13 to avoid getting stuck in them - entangled and unable to move) but with the use of some slashing weapons and/or taking your time to slice your way through the room you manage to get around to investigate.
The corpse has no treasure. The webs in this chamber hold two longswords, five daggers, and one hand axe, all rusty but still usable. A purse containing 42 copper pieces is also caught in the web.

"I think that door is right over here, Sjonegaard." Eladrian says as he moves over to the remaining secret door and checks it for traps

The door is unlocked and not trapped and leads to a -by now - familiar looking roughly T-shaped corridor. As you take some time to carefully examine the corridor you notice a trapdoor in the floor..but other wise it's empty.
Unless someone wants to do something else on this level?
You decide to check out the shaft you found earlier and descend down the stair case after clearing you the spider webs to ensure it's safe for future Pathfinder Society members to explore this part of the dungeon.
The ladder’s shaft ends in a wide staircase descending into darkness. On the floor at the top of the stairs, a dead moon spider lies on its
back, its legs drawn up and frozen in a curled-in position. An unpleasant rotting reek emanates from a sunken hole in its belly.
some days ago. Intruders hacked at its underside with swords, trying to find treasure they knew the spider had swallowed, but they eventually abandoned the sticky, unpleasant task and moved on. Three bloodstones worth 50 gp each remain in the spider’s innards

Eladrian examines the body of the spider. "I have no idea why they would hack this thing up though. Anyone else know?"

"Shall we go down into the darkness? Seems the only thing left to do.
As the group starts heading down, Torrag uses the wand to cast shield then stows it.
